As a woman dealing with alopecia it can be quite difficult to maintain confidence. However Wilshire Wigs has provided me with such an empowering experience. Their selections are stunning and their customer service is unmatched!

They don't even deserve one star. Their customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. I have called five times in the last 90 minutes and still only got the answering machine. I decided to telephone after my four emails, spaced out over two weeks, went unanswered. I returned a wig by registered mail to be sure that it arrived and had to be signed for. It arrived in their hands on June 1. As of today, June 28, my account has not been credited. Beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "Business" They will not return my phone calls or emails, I ordered a hairpiece over a month ago... the ONE TIME I got ahold of them on the phone, they told me it had been shipped out... that was two weeks ago--they did not price match like they promised... so now they have charged FULL AMOUNT on my CREDIT CARD, Have not sent me my hairpiece, and will not return phone calls or emails-----they have an F on BBB site.,... which I am getting ready to file a complaint with!

If a customer needs help you are out of luck. No one answers the phone, messages are not returned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Most wig companies value their customers but this is not one of them. BUYER BEWARE!

I bought a wig from Wilshire wigs in April/2021. I did not get it washed and cut until June 2021. I realized then the hair texture is very rough and dry. I talked to Caroline from this business. She said she can not refund me but if i send it back she will send it back to the manufacturer. If they agree with my complaint they will send me a new one. If not they send the wig back to me. I sent to wig to Wilshire wigs on 6-26-2021. I did not hear from Wilshire wigs for a month. I called them on 7-26-21, talked to Caroline, she said she got the wig and sent it but did not hear from the manufacturer. She said she will call the manufacturer and call me tomorrow she never did, I kept calling many times. They never pick up the phone, there is always a recording. I left many voice messages. No one returned my calls. I left them many text messages on their website. No one respond to me. Two months have passed and i did not get my wig back. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM, WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Tip for consumers:
NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DID NOT SEND YOU WHAT YOU RETURN.

I've done business with this company in the past (last year), no real issues. Recently, I went to place an order for a product that I'd ordered previously on their site. I searched the item and when it popped up in my search (among other similar items) it had a certain price but when I clicked on my search result and went to the item page, the price was higher. I attempted to message them on FB but didn't get a response. Tried again and the person asked me what item it was when I'd clearly identified it (with item # too) in my question. I responded. Never got a response. I then called Wilshire Wigs and got someone who stated it was "just a glitch in the page" but I told her that this is very misleading, almost bait and switch. She assured me they'd look into it. I see this issue is not fixed.

I tried recently to ask about an item I wanted to order but they're out of the color. Would they get it in again? When? I tried emailing them on their website multiple times, no response at all. I tried calling and no one answered. I checked FB again and see that others are having the exact same issues. In both cases I saw, they'd ordered a product and either were sent nothing and charged for it or sent the wrong item and charged for that. In both cases, this company was non-responsive. We've all tried contacting them numerous times.

Recently, on a Monday afternoon, their web page was down for "maintenance." Odd that it was in the middle of the day, no?

I have made reasonable attempts to contact this company but they are not responsive and that is problematic. I would caution anyone wishing to do business with them to know what you're getting into-an expensive fiasco with an obviously less than legit business-and proceed accordingly. There are better companies on the internet to do business with; please take the time and make the effort to seek them out. You'll be very glad you did.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company! Bait and switch with the pricing, completely non responsive to customer concerns, just a lemon as far as wig companies go. You will either receive the wrong item and be charged or no item and be charged or try to ask a question about your purchase if future orders are out of stock, all met with complete non-responsiveness via email, FB and phone. Just don't do it. BTW, look at their Better Business Profile page and all the complaints. Just.Don't.Do.It.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER BOUGHT FROM! THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER, AND YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT! I FINALLY HAD TO CALL VISA TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Returned a wig as soon as I rec'd it and have not rec'd my refund. I left voice mails and several emails without a response.

Wilshirewigs.com is the biggest scam artist site out there. I paid for over $200 in overnight shipping fees on wigs costing over $1000. Their policy is "If you receive damaged merchandise, contact us immediately. We will let you return at no cost to you. The first damaged wig cost me $64 to send back to them. They let me get another wig-charged $250 more dollars for what, I do not know, they refuse to give me any kind of receipt or itemized charges. I have no idea why I was charged $250 extra dollars. The second wig came. It was also very damaged. I sent that wig back. I had to pay for it. $12.90 which included tracking.
I sent the company pictures of the second damaged wig. I was very upset. I should have just been overnighted a high quality human hair wig.
I was now paying a lot of shipping fees-and I received two damaged wigs-
It was going on the end of week 2-
I still had no wig.
I wish so badly I would have just ordered with a credible company.
Anyway, I was told when the second damaged wig began tracking-since it was now going on week 3 and they saw the pictures of the second damaged wig they sent me-I could order another wig to be overnighted when they see second damaged wig is tracking.
I paid fees -again-to send back their damaged merchandise.
Their policy is "if you receive damaged merchandise, contact us immediately. We will return at no cost to you."
I was told when I called to order new wig when damaged wig was tracking that I was not allowed to.
I would have to maybe wait weeks.
I was yelled at and hung up on.
The tracking shows that the company signed and received their damaged merchandise-they refuse to refund my $1500. They refuse to communicate me in any way.
Do NOT buy from this company.
They will send you damaged merchandise and steal your money. They stole $1500 from me!
