I have had a Wilson tennis racquet for over 30 years that is still in good shape. I bought one for my daughter, and within 6 months, the grip had broken apart at the base. It was a defective grip, and we submitted a claim with pictures and the receipt. They quickly accepted the claim and gave us credit for the cost of a new racquet. Although we weren't thrilled with the defect, we were very happy with the quick warranty coverage and that Wilson stands by their products.
Hard to believe it's 2024 and Wilson.com--a major international brand--can't sell outside of the US. I understand not wanting to ship outside of the US, so happy to provide US address to ship to, but they can't take a Canadian VISA credit card because their website wasn't set up to change countries for billing addresses. Wilson - don't you want to sell goods? Don't your shareholders want you to sell goods? It's an easy fix - millions of companies are dealing with it.

Practically impossible to purchase from the Web site Customer service says it's incompatible with Safari! But cannot assist you to make the purchase!
I paid $200 for an official NBA basketball but THERE IS NO INFLATION NEEDLE! How cheap! It looks like it was made in a Chinese prison factory. I would buy a used, vintage Spalding NBA ball online before paying $20 let alone $200 for this POS. I complained to Wilson and they said the pins are for sale on their website for $2.50. What a decline of what used to be a quality sporting goods maker.
When trying to place an order the site freezes. When I called a rep said he was because the site is "overwhelmed" and there is no other way to order. 4 days, 2 phone calls, phone, IPad, laptop, desktop and three browsers. Still when you go to out in the backseat it says "wait for it…." It never prepares the order. Do yourself a favor and become a fan of non-Wilson ball gloves.

Worst company! I advise anyone to go somewhere else. I order pants on April 15, I did not recieve my order on my door step until May 30. The pants are thin horrible scratchy material that are see through. I requested a return but due to them not getting the pants to me within thier own return policy they will not return them. If a company can not keep up with orders to stay within their policies then they should reconsider their policies or not be in buisness exspecially for expensive pants in this bad economy.

I was sent a cyber monday deal of 25% discount. I tried to purchase 2 rackets and 3 credit cards were declined.
I was concerned it was my cards but it turned out it was a problem with the website. I called Tuesday morning to let them know what occurred. They immediately acknowledged that they are having problems with the website. I said I would like to complete the purchase but they, one, could not process an order over the phone, and two would not extend to me the 25% discount even though it was their website problems that did not allow me to make my purchase. I have been using Wilson rackets for over 30 years. Needless to say I am disappointed and will look to change to Head rackets. So short sighted on the part of management. This is not proper customer service.

THEY DON'T RESPECT OR CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS
I ordered a Wilson NFL MVP football around January 30th. The website said on order that it would arrive February 2nd. It's February 7th now and not only have I yet to receive an email updating me on the delay, I haven't heard anything. Really, it's been five whole days and there's been nothing on the site or in my inbox about a whole five day delay.
