This doesn't seem to be a new problem, wish I'd googled this company before buying a voucher online from a group buying site. Paid money, no products = dissatisfied and hope that Fair Trading sort these crooks out sooner rather than later.
Odered a Champagne as a Christmas present, was quoted a delivery of 2-3 days but the received notification it would be 10 days, namely after Christmas tried to communicate via mail and cancel the order but couldn't get a positive response. Eventually received a reply after Christmas that the order was put on hold but am still waiting for a refund. Bad customer service communication.

Great website, price competitive and staff seem friendly enough.
One warning though, when you give directions where the wine should be left on your porch, please note that any instructions regarding date of delivery should be explicitly phoned through to an employee of the company. I recently purchased almost $400 of wine and, in addition to asking that the wine be left on the front porch, I asked that wine not be delivered until 4 June when I was to return from a week in Sydney. My request went out on 25/5/20; the wine was delivered on 29 May and sat on my front porch until the afternoon of 4 June (about 5 days). When I phoned the company, the employee advised that the section for advice was only for information on the location where the wine was to be left. No offer to take the wine boxes and replace them with boxes that had not laid outside for 5 days. The wines were to have been put down for cellaring and after 5 days outside are likely to be unsuitable for this purpose.
So the advice on dealing with 'Wine Collective' is as with many other suppliers these days is BUYER BEWARE.
