Very bad customer service I tried to contact them since 3 weeks no reply for emails and there is no contact no where I can reach them and contact them for my return items that I ordered which doesn't fits me.
Worst service, I won't buy anything from this store.

After reading reviews, I ordered a 36D instead of my true size, 36DD. It was too small so I sent it back and got a 36DD, and it fits perfectly. This bra does everything you want it to -- lifts, minimizes a bit, sucks everything in, and provides just enough separation (yet cleavage) so you don't have the smushed look or a uni-boob. I've come to the point in my 35-year-old life where I just can't deal with underwire every day, and I need comfy bras for sitting in a desk chair most days. This one feels snug enough to provide all-day support and to wear under any type of top. I usually buy Bali bras but this one may be the new fav.

My most recent order from Wingslove was my 3rd or 4th purchase. I was tired of the underwire bras from VS and their hefty cost, but I needed a full coverage bra. I tried bras from several companies, and found that Wingslove fit the best. Fast forward a few years and the fit and quality is still as good as day one. This time, I somehow ordered an incorrect size and I reached out to customer service. The told me to give the bra to a friend, and sent me a new one! I highly recommend Wingslove!

I love this bra. The material is very nice and comfortable. The color was as advertised. Fits perfectly (I wear a 38C). Price was reasonable. Would definitely order again. (My husband loves it, too)

I am trying to return a couple of bras. And, even though the policy is that you can return for a refund, that is actually not my case. Wingslove wants me to give the bras to a friend. Wingslove does not want me to return them and will not refund my money. Wingslove only wants to send me a larger size, even though the bras do not come in a larger size. This has been totally frustrating for me, and I just wanted people to know to beware before you buy directly from Wingslove. From now on I will purchase the bras from Amazon, who has NEVER refused a return and refund on any items I have purchased from them.

Refunds Procedure
On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 24h, but usually a lot quicker.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method. Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used.
Wingslove reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition requirements.
