Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Choices were straightforward. I forgot to add my military discount. I used the chat services several days later to contact the customer service representative and my discount was credited back to my credit card. EXCELLENT!

I had a queen size and upgraded my master bedroom to a king-size. My guests will be loving the queen size in the guest room
Not easy to find basic information such as mattress dimensions, specifications, warranty, firmness. Too much unwanted information and advertisement.

Our bed arrived sooner than expected. We had a helper with the unboxing which I recommend, if you are older like we are! Our contact with customer service was so helpful and now we are enjoying night after night on what seems to be the perfect mattress.

Delivery was atrocious. Dumped in our front yard and my husband and I had to try and get it upstairs - we are both seniors - which was challenging.
Had it over a year and underwhelmed. It has a very basic feel and certainly not luxurious. If you are looking for very firm then you may like it but it is certainly missing the plush aspect. Over priced and over rated. You can certainly find far better mattresses at this price point.
I had really high hopes for this bed based off the reviews, but both my husband and I have had so much pain with this bed that we had to buy a memory foam topper to get through the 30 day trial. I feel bad writing this but want to be completely transparent. I had to go see a chiropractor for soft tissue therapy due to the amount of pain in my shoulder from sleeping on the bed the first week. I have not been in this much pain in a long time and I'm only 30 years old. The bed is way too firm and we ordered the soft. My husband and I are both side sleepers primarily and will be returning the mattress after the 30 day trial period unfortunately.

Been trying to return my mattress since 06/01/2022. Scheduled 2 weeks in advance due to my location. Confirmed multiple times, even called to check in day before scheduled delivery and was advised pick up was good. Then company cancelled, rescheduled, and cancelled again. Return policy means nothing if they don't allow you to return.

Best of the best. No fluff and super detailed so it made buying hassle free. Makes sense at how many times this bed was recommended to me. Customer support is also super fast and super friendly. Answered all my questions within a day!
Bundle options. I was kind of looking for a one stop shop with bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) and adjustable base. As well as color choices. I wished the adjustable base had a bit more features, like massage or lights that lit under the base or an app. But after personally being recommended this bed (and seeing all the high reviews), I decided to buy the mattress and mattress protector. It outperforms all the beds I was looking into (which was a total of 15 beds!)

I just received a Wink mattress this week. Because of the way that it is shrink wrapped in plastic for shipping, the corners came damaged (all four corners are bulging out because the foam is angled out). I have exchanged multiple emails with Wink requesting a replacement mattress, and so far they have refused. I feel very mislead by the stated return policy on their website, and I will continue fighting this. Be aware that they shrink wrap the mattress for shipping, potentially causing damage, and are unwilling to honor their return policy. Wish I could give them negative stars.
Super easy to order. Confirmation was sent quickly and delivery was on the day promised. UPS delivered it and he even brought it inside our home. We proceeded to push the box upstairs and had fun unwrapping the mattress. Very easy all the way through the process.

I saw it online. I ordered it. UPS delivered the mattress.
Because the mattress is rated 450lbs per side. I weigh 250lbs. So, in theory the bed should last awhile.
We researched best beds for couples with back issues and wanted very little motion transfer, as I am a light sleeper. This bed delivers! And speaking of delivery, it came faster than anticipated! Bonus.
Wink beds came up as the #1 rated bed for everything we were looking for by the Sleep Council of America. Org. The mattrresses are in several luxury hotels and it didnt hurt that they were having a sale :)
Hi - still too early to rate the bed. The purchase experience was excellent except for the fact that it took four or five days to get a confirmation email telling me what the next step was going to be. During that time, i did not know what had happened to my order other than it was received. I was provided no information on when I would receive the bed. I ended up calling customer service to ask what the next step would be. Earlier and more complete communication would have been helpful.
See comment above about lack of email followup once I ordered. Once I spoke to a customer service person, they were helpful and able to answer my questions

Not responsive. Asked a question about the bed when we received it and never received a response after multiple attempts. Luckily the issue resolved. Terrible customer service experience. Let me know if you need email traffic.

Easy to set up, super comfortable. For the price, it's fantastic. The stitching looks like a 3rd grader did it in some parts, but I guess that's what sheets are for?
