Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
So far, mind you we are not even 30 days in on the trial yet, however, sleep is better.
Cost less that popular brand
Good return policy, polite people, easy exchange and i think the exchange just might do the trick this time. Fingers crossed.

Previous positive experience with WinkBed mattress
I didn't notice until after I purchased the bed that I'd be responsible for getting the old mattress down the stairs, and finding a junk removal service to haul the mattress away. Further, it also was a surprise to realize that I'd also be responsible to get the new mattress out of the yard, up the 7 stairs (split-level home) into my living room. This also required me to hire and pay an additional service fee.
I emailed your company about the two issues above- essentially me,the customer, was responsible to hire other people to move the old mattress out of the house and haul it away, and still another to move the delivered mattress into the house.

The ordering process was easy and I appreciated the follow-up emails providing status updates on manufacturing and delivery. I was slightly disappointed with some discoloration on the side of the mattress, but otherwise the mattress was clean and well-packed.
Very easy to use website, I appreciate the military discount for veterans!

I purchased the queen mattress/ springs and am much happier with it than the foam mattress..
I purchased a 10-year extended warranty.
Shopping is simple enough. Delivery makes it very easy to unpack and place on bed.
Easy to order. Arrived as promised. Fairly easy to unwrap, 50-something female did it without help. Would be more difficult if it has to go up stairs. Off gassing not too bad.
