Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
This our second mattress purchased from Wink Beds and it went very smoothly.

It was easy to order and delivery was quick. We had to look up directions and there was no razor included as the directions indicated, but we managed to open it with a knife we had here.

My husband and I would be considered plus size sleepers and we needed something supportive. I watched several YouTube videos and read several articles that said this was the bed for a heavier sleeper to have adequate support.

So far so good. We've tried a number of mattresses at this point, and I'm satisfied with the purchase. My wife's part of the split king comes in today. We'll see how she likes the bed. I can't give a final thumbs up yet, but we are trending in a very good direction.

The purchase and delivery went smoothly and as expected based on what is detailed on the website. Unfortunately while the mattress seems to be of good quality, we will be returning as soon as possible because it's too firm.

I'm not sure about the bed yet. It's a bit firmer then what I'm use to. Also, was I very disappointed that I order mattress and mattress cover at the same time but the cover arrived about 2 wks later. Luckily, I was able to fit old fill size cover on for meantime.
Bed arrived sooner than expected. Mattress had a strange smell that eventually went away. I would like to know that what I was smelling was not harmful.
Love the quality and luxury feel. I previously I chose the firm against the advice of do your sales agents. I have now gone for the plus and I'm very happy with my purchase. I've experienced much less back pain since ordering the mattress. Compared to other brands, wink bed was the only one that had a lifetime warranty and firmess that was over a 6.5.

I received the mattress protector more than a week after I got the mattress, which is dumb. The point of ordering them together is so I would have the protector when the bed arrived.
They were responsive, but there wasn't anything they could do.

Bed is good. The lease to own process was a hassle and took a bit before Winkbed and the leasing company got their ducks in a row. Junk environmental responsibility fund fee is lame. I'd get it if they hauled away the old mattress, otherwise it's not great.
Excellent so far…at 2 weeks in. Our purple was a nice bed and is in our guest room now but I haven't felt compelled to seek refuge on it. This top of the line hybrid was about the same price as our non hybrid "original" purple which at 6 years old is still a nice bed. But I think I'm falling asleep faster, sleeping deeper, and waking up physically feeling better than I was on our old mattress. Maybe a few nights to adjust…but after 2 weeks I'm at the point that crawling into our new Wink mattress (especially after a hard day of physical activity) is very much an ahhhh moment.

We bought a mattress from Wink almost 8 years ago. At first, we were shocked by the "bed in a box". Our previous mattress was shipped by several employees. However, the mattress expanded easily and has the same quality we love from our mattress that we bought years ago.
