Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.

Best bed for our back problems of any my wife and I have tried. We both sleep very well on it.
We already have a king Wink Bed but it's in storage while we wait for our house to be built. We tried a cheaper brand to use temporarily in an apartment but we missed the Wink Bed comfort, so we got a queen Wink Bed instead, which we'll later put in our guest room in our new house.
We originally purchased a Wink mattress for our primary home in 2020. We purchased another one for our cabin a year later. This mattress we purchased for a home near our grandchildren. We like having the same sleeping experience wherever we are staying. The Wink mattresses have been great for us. We put a Tuft and Needle mattress topper on top of our Wink mattress. It works really well for us.

I did research about cooling mattresses for larger people. This had great reviews and was affordable. It has lived up to all our expectations so far!
Smooth, confident transaction. Received the mattress days sooner than expected. We are side sleepers so we had ordered the Softer full mattress. So far it is a little firmer than we expected. But it is still in the break in period. We expect it should soften more over time. Still, very comfortable. Overall, we are very happy with the product and service. Would definitely recommend!

Mattress seems better than most. Retains shape after use very well. Had it two weeks so far and seems to be very good!
Had two other roll-shipped mattresses previously and this one feels the best. Wink was the first one I was able to try in a showroom - that was a great advantage in making my choice.

Ever since I GLANCED at the website the first time I've gotten emails multiple times daily from an obvious AI named Dan basically strong-arming me harder than a used car salesman to buy a bed.
Now I have. And the bed seems fine? I guess? I would like to sing it's praises and say it's the most amazing bed of all time, unfortunately the foundation the company sold and sent me is about 20 times louder than my old foundation I just threw away to make room for these deliveries, and it does not feel like a very secure frame. I followed the instructions to the letter, and even then went back and checked the QR code video for assembly to verify I did it right because it did not feel correct. Every step verified exactly as in the video and it feels like a terrible bed frame that's preventing me from enjoying my $2000 bed and I worry is going to eventually inevitably ruin my new mattress.
They asked me to send pictures and describe the noise it's making. Like...what a ridiculous and unnecessary ask when I paid for "no questions asked" warranty, idk. Bed frame obviously was shipped before the mattress was and from a totally different state, so I'm sure that hearing some "we didn't know it was a bad frame!" blame-pushing is probably in my future.
I did weeks worth of review scouring and comparisons on sites like NapLap and your bed seemed like the best choice for my needs. Sad to feel like this awful bed frame could be making a 5 star purchase a 1 star.
Have slept on the bed for a few days now and so far it is fantastic!

I ordered the king extra firm. I thought would be plush w the pillow top. It's not. Very hard. Waiting the 30 days to see if gets better.

Came recommended, a bit nervous buying a bed without seeing it. Also buying a bed in a box, wasn't so sure on that. The 120 night guarantee helps with both. Time will tell how it holds up.

Love the firmness and contouring of the bed as a side sleeper. I would have preferred a little more edge support but the bed itself is very comfortable n well built.
