Wink Beds

So far, too firm, but website said to try for 30 days and give it a chance. I am doing that, so will let you know! I did see in reviews that I read that it does make a difference! If it doesn't soften up, I hope refunds are not a hassle as this is the softest 1 they make! Seems like a well made mattress, though

Good communication of order status. I would like estimates of 3-5 business days updated because it took quite a bit longer and I am sure I am not the only one that feels this way.

Quality of bed is exceptional beaded based on my early experience. I am very happy with it and also proud to have a USA made product in the process.

I was hesitant about buying a mattress online, as my last one was not very comfortable at all (from Saatva). Additionally, my husband is much heavier than me and prefers a firm mattress, and I enjoy a soft mattress. Somehow we both love this one! It feels like you sink into a bit, which I really like, but it's also pretty firm and when he moves I cannot feel it whatsoever. We've only had it for a week or so, but we are both v happy right now.

I ordered a Wink Bed in the medium firm a few months ago. It was very comfortable to both of us at first. However, we both have major spine problems and different sleeping styles. After a month or so, we realized the mattress was just not the right kind of mattress for our very specific medical problems & differing sleep styles. I contacted Wink Beds to let them know we needed to return it. This was completed within the return period by one email to customer service - with absolutely no problem at all. Joseph even set up a time for Salvation Army to come pick it up from our house because they donate returned items to a charity local to the customer. The mattress was not right for our special needs, but I give the company five stars because the product is a very nice product overall (guests tried it out and loved it while we had it) and the ease of returning it was amazing.

Had not posted until today because I wanted my parents tot give the bed a trial period. They both love their new Wink bed. Hybrid is definitely the way to go. Luxury firm is perfect for them and their arthritis and other body ailments. Glad I saw your bed on you tube. GREAT BED!

Wink beds customer service is world class. The staff is well versed in there product line. We will send a review after the trial period is up. We look forward to sleeping on our new luxury firm mattress

WinkBeds makes buying a bed extremely easy. Their website is intuitive and informative. Delivery of our bed, from the order date, was about one week - which seemed quite quick to us as the beds are made to order!

I wish the delivery person had rung the doorbell and helped carry the mattress upstairs, vs leaving it outside. It also came a day later than expected, which is significant when you're moving in and have no bed.

Excellent. I did not speak to anyone at the Wink Beds before placing my order as I found enough information to make my choice. I did call later for the dimensions of the mattress. The call was answered quickly by a native English speaker (No difficulty trying to decipher an accent.) who shared the information requested and offered to help if I had other questions. The mattress arrived in the time frame that was advertised, was actually very entertaining to watch it 'inflate.'. No/ problems with oder at all.

So far, so good. I found all the information I needed. Checkout was easy. Please don't call my phone for sales or give the number to anyone! Thanks.

BTW, my primary concern is healthy back. This is why I bought your mattress. Comfort at night is not a big deal.

Not really much to say about my experience. I placed my order. Wink confirmed it, notified me a few days later when they shipped it, and confirmed that I received it. The last email included reminder instructions for unpacking the mattress. So far, I've had no reason to contact them.

Wink Beds customer service and ordering experience was flawless. Deliver was prompt. It did take Bread financing about 3 days to approve us for 6 month interest free financing. Upon delivery it should be noted that the mattress is very heavy and takes a couple of really strong people to get it into the house and placed on the frame. Assembly of adjustable frame was simple and quick.

Overall great experience working with Winkbeds. However I was under premise that exchanging beds would also be free, just like returns would be. Not sure it makes sense that exchanges would cost a processing fee while returning is full refund. At that point, I might as well return my purchase for a full refund and just reorder to avoid the exchange fee...

Overall very responsive

Process seemed to go easily for the ordering, tracking, etc. Terms for return seem very, very reasonable, and appropriate in light of buying something sight unseen and untried. Regardless, terms are very good and hope I don't need to take advantage of them. My only comment is that credit card is charged at time of purchase, not at time of shipment. That is probably disclosed someplace in all the legal terms, it just took me aback. Otherwise, easy process, thank you

WinkBeds did what they said they would - the mattress was shipped on time, delivered when expected and the process was pretty seamless. The box holding the mattress was quite beat-up and damaged with big chunks having been taken out of the box - this is what we come to expect from UPS - but the mattress was wrapped in plastic so well that it was undamaged. We really appreciate doing business with a mid-west company that does what they say the will - you do not get that often. Nice job, WinkBeds!

We sent pictures of the damaged box to WinkBeds asking if the mattress was still good - the reply was "yes" and it certainly was. WinkBeds was unhappy with the condition of the box, they indicated this is not representative of how WinkBeds produced and sold products, and sent a free mattress cover as an apology. The mattress is working well, and the mattress pad is a really nice addition, a much cooler sleeping experience. Thank you!

So far the process has been good. However, the exchange process has been confusing and inconvenient to store both beds during the trial period. I also had issues getting the 100 pound mattress on the bed since there was no delivery install / support that I could purchase at Wink Bed.

The feel and support of this mattress is comfortable and gets 4 stars, but am noticing that it sleeps too hot for mine and my wife's comfort. We have woken up once or twice sweating. Because of this my overall rating would be 3 stars.

Ordered the bed. Suggested add-on was a mattress cover for $120 that "sleeps cool". Well it doesn't sleep cool and it feels like sleeping on plastic. This is such a shame because I spent nearly $2k for the combo. The mattress is great, but the company sells the cover as final sale. And now I know why. You can buy the same quality cover at Amazon for $20. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this company.

Seems they always have $300 off, so it's annoying that promotional material creates such a sense of urgency. I purchased a mattress from them, but still receiving frequent texts about $300 off promotions a couple of times a week. Mattress is okay, but some discomfort on my back after a night of sleeping. Overall it's fine, but the price seems much higher than it should be.

Couple of issues deprived the service of five stars:
1) the website did not appear to permit us to buy two mattresses in on order; and
2) there was limited clarity on when exactly the mattresses would be delivered. Perhaps we are spoiled by the standard that Amazon has established in timely delivery and in communicating their plan.
Neither we nor guests have slept on the beds, but they appear to be excellent.

It's honestly just a bed the Serta at the mattress shop was low-key better but their marketing got to me … I was weak. But I am giving it a two week attempt may return just not blow away with comfort I got the luxury firm which was suppose to be perfect for a 165 5 '10 dude that sleep on his side according to the quiz. I'd disagree

Received in less than a week. Easy to get setup. Best nights sleep in a long time.

Meh... First impression when it was out of the plastic was "cheap". I know they need to finish rising, but the material/fabric seemed cheap. After a week of sleeping on it, I can't wait for the 30 days to be over so I can send it back. Sleeps like a mediocre hotel bed. There are places where I can feel the springs in the mattress when laying on it and it isn't even close to soft even though we purchased the softest model.
