Early in the process, need to make sure everything goes smoothly. I agree with this statement. It is a totally different firm mattress than the first one. It is firm, and the sides are somewhat firm as well, but I do still sink in just sitting on the edge of the bed.

When I finally able to talk to someone, all I was told is that I had to email your company and leave them the information as to why I wanted to return the first one. Not even a chance to discuss my issues. Not impressed.

Overall experience was fine. Just disappointed. It's OK. I'm not thrilled. Will I go through the process of returning it? No, because it was a pain to get upstairs and on the bed. Next mattress I buy will be white glove service and from some place I can test it. I bought this because of the reviews as I am a side sleeper, but it's not ideal at all.

Experience has been great. Ordered bed. Arrived in a timely manner. Had a defect. Customer service responded right away and offered 3 solutions to correct mattress defect. I really appreciate the customer service. This is a really big purchase for us. Ordering online can be a bit of an unknow. They back their products 100%.

Wonderful. I accidently had too many beds in my cart, therefor ordered too many beds. They immediately refunded my credit card before processing the order.

I cannot believe this company. We read such incredible reviews and I wish I had found this site. Same issue as others have stated. As SOON as our trial was up the springs started poking into my back so hard I wake up with red marks(for reference I am 5'5" 120 pounds). I just had a baby and sleep is so precious, so this is lack of sleep due to a mattress is devastating to me. We actually liked the mattress until it started to go wrong! And the fact that this company won't do anything aside from telling me I can buy another mattress for 50% off, which I would never purchase from them again, and then told me to buy a topper is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. The trial period is about the length that we liked the mattress, buyers beware.

All questions answeredWe are blessed, maybe we should try the regular mattress but seems like a wast of time. I imagine the protector is good just haven't tried it long enough. We got two protectors accidentally so we will be returning one.

All was very easy to put together or unpack

I ordered a mattress king size and a platform bed frame king. Ur site defaulted to a twin which was delivered. Upon assembly discovered I could not set ip my bed am still awaiting delivery of the king frame so I can set up my bed. An inconvenience that is most incomfortable

The Wink Bed is exactly what we needed--something firmer than our old bed which, while comfortable, was a bit to soft. The delivery was quick and it didn't take too much effort to move it onto our bed frame. Once we'd unwrapped it and it expanded, there was no noticeable smell. We've slept on it about a week now and are feeling very satisfied with it.

Great experience with purchase, delivery and setup waiting now to see if it will work with our handicapped son. Will take awhile to see if soft enough. It was the softest one we could find. Hope so but hard when always sleeps the same way.

Easy start to finish. We didn't have a lot of time to look into options, but with the 120 night trial period of seemed safe to give Wink a try. The bed arrived in just a few days of ordering and the bed was as easy to set up as any king sized bed can be. We've been sleeping on it for just over a week and are very happy with it! Thanks Wink!

Wasn't sure how the mattress would be 'rolled' inside the box but it was maybe 2.5 ft in circumference and that made it easy for getting it upstairs.

Didn't Like the $49.00 charge is it doesn't work our, otherwise would have given five starts. If I hadn't clicked on return policy would not have known. Think this should have been stated upfront. Received several messages from usps about delivering which were incorrect. Kept telling me they would deliver between 2 to 7 then cancel, but nothing from Winkbeds confirming.

I contacted other mattress companies and they never called or emailed me back. Winkbeds did immediately. I liked the service so much I ordered one. It arrived and I slept on it for a month and a half and it was just too soft. I emailed them and thought, "ok here we go". BUT, they sent me the next firm bed BEFORE they even took the other mattress back! Talk about customer service. Then they picked up the old mattress in about a week. Don't bother with the others this company is the best.

Easy to order and promp delivery. I would definitely purchase from this company again. I feel like even though it seemed expensive for just a mattress it delivered more than we could possibly have expected. Well worth every penny.

Easy to order, mattress arrived sooner than expected. Appreciate the email updates and tracking info. Cal-king is large and heavy so needed two strong people to unwrap and settle into place. Mattress has slight odor but nothing that kept us awake. Very different from our previous bed but had a good first night with less tossing and turning.

Easy to order, and delivery was fast. The UPS delivery driver, thankfully, had a hand truck. They can only leave by your front door. It would be wise to have your own hand truck to deliver and hopefully you don't have a lot of steps! It's heavy!

See above Mattress arrived within two weeks of ordering. My husband and I have had the most comfortable sleep in our lives, We have a Thuma bed frame and it fits perfectly. I would do a commercial for this product it's that life changing!

Quick & easy process. All the info necessary for an informed purchase was on the Winkbed website. I used their prior customer reviews plus others around the web to make a final decision on which particular mattress.

Shopped around on the Internet looking for something that might support us (side and back sleepers) like a spring mattress without all the squishy memory foam that makes it impossible to move around. Also looking for something with a firm edge to yield more sleeping surface and make it easier to get on and off in the middle of the night for those midlife midnight pee trips. So far (after only one week) the King Luxury Firm WinkBed seems to be living up to all its promises.

Wanted to know more about the return process. Because once the bed is out of the box and fully expanded, it is impossible to pack it back into the box for shipment. A very friendly and knowledgeable CS rep informed me that WinkBeds will actually send a team to to remove the bed from the house and ship it back - no extra charges. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered this after having to cancel another company's bed because they couldn't deliver. Winks communication was great! Emails were prompt and included relevant details so you know exactly what to expect next. Mattress arrived on schedule, per the expected delivery window, was super easy to unwrap and slept great the first night.

Seems like a good product. Hoping it lasts a bunch of years. We had a nectar all foam. It had huge canyon's in just 3 years I think. It's tough to measure the inches because the top layer foam recovers.
The lower support layer not to much. Hoping your firm spring load model will do better. Thanks for building this product we will give it a spin over the next couple of seasons and give you a holler if it seems to ware well or not so well. Best regards, lisa

The referred back pain in my hip got so extreme I had to get a steroid injection which helped but the pain was still very uncomfortable and interferred with activities of daily living. Now, after sleeping on a couch for six months, I've been sleeping in a bed for two weeks on my new Luxury Firm mattress and, so far, it's been excellent. At last I can sleep through the night, thank goodness! And fill the bird feeders. And sit long enough to drive to the grocery store and shop for a few items. Still can't walk for half a block but can walk the paths in our backyard. Although the mattress was expensive, so far, it's been worth every penny and I'll be mentioning it to my pain doctor.

So far, given we have ordered five mattresses to go to three addresses, and they are shipping in partial shipments, there has been some ambiguity, but when I go back to your original emails, I LOVE how they update real-time on shipping and I have no questions. You have an amazing logistics system worked out. Super impressed.
