Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
Love this bed! Keep having to kick my kids out cuz they love it too!

I do a lot of research before buying items, and Wink Beds was independently tested by multiple parties and has good customer reviews. Wink Beds has been highly praised so I figured I would give it a try and I do not regret the purchase at all.

Meh. Both good and bad. Had to struggle with them a bit on the accessories issues. Otherwise they're quick to respond and thorough. Too early to tell about the bed yet as we only had it a week so I'm not going to write that. Initially out of the box we were kind of shocked and what it looked like before it fully expanded and we're not 100% sure that it has yet even after almost a week.
Just a bit overwhelmed with all the choices out there these days. WAY too many! Also, we saw some reviews that were very negative a week or so ago that appeared to come from Amazon, and they were a little bit concerning (you might want to check into that, as they might be fakes?). Upon checking back there tonight, though, Windbeds does not even come up on the site. Very strange. We're glad, though, because everywhere we've read reviews or tests on the mattress the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.
Great! We are return customers and are handing our 2017 version off to our kids and upgrading to the new version of the softer Winkbed (our older one is still like-new!). Kristin helped us decide initially a few months back when I inquired through email about the different firmness versions. She really helped a great deal and was very courteous and professional with her responses. It's just taken us a while to get back here make the purchase! Thank you! Steve Disser

Pertaining to the above question, I found you through reading many reviews years ago and then again recently.) Yes, more sheet set choices (don't want to wait 4 weeks on what you do sell now), pillows, and maybe more frame/bed choices.
Fast and easy order. Looking forward to my first night's sleep on my new winkbed!
