Arrived sooner than expected. Easy set up. No gassing smell. Good response time via emails regarding concerns. Wish there was a store near me where I could have tried out the bed. I ordered "firmer" which has turned out to be a mistake for me.
I found their auto marketing outreach really annoying. The issue being that I had purchased a bed and then proceeded to receive what I had thought were follow up emails, but more offers on a bed I already purchased. Hopefully there is the means to flag their users better.
There's no reasoning with their customer service support team.
They make you try out the bed for 30 days before you can return or exchange so if you don't like it be prepared for a month of discomfort.

Huge upgrade from my previous mattress. Really happy with the quality, my boyfriend and I both sleep great, and you aren't disturbed by the other persons movements.

We purchased a soft queen winkbed mattress 3 years ago. We notice an issue with a small group of coils which would not decompress. We contacted winkbed and talked to Josh about the issue. After sending a few pics of the mattress issue, Winkbed quickly sent a replacement mattress free of charge. Great and friendly customer service which is hard to find these days.

This is our second purchase with Wink Beds. We are very pleased with our new mattress!
Essentially you get custom mattresses for a great price. We needed two different levels of soft/firm but the same thickness in the mattress. This meets the need. We are sleeping well and enjoying our new mattresses.

Quick and easy to order, delivery was sooner than predicted, set up was easy, and product is very comfortable.

Easy ordering process and quick delivery but an amazing bed that eliminated my back pain!
Love the quality of the beds but I don't want to rate the softer mattress yet since we've only had it a week.
The Luxury Firm mattress was nice but just a little too firm for us. Also realizing we both sleep on our sides more than I originally thought, so hoping the softer mattress is the answer!

After watching several videos reviewing various mattresses, we chose Wink Beds
The bed hardness rating is not accurate, go softer by 2 ratings. Delivery person will not be happy lugging around 80+ pounds of folded bed, so be ready with help to drag it into your residence.
Seemed like they understood how large people need more support from a bed.
Everything arrived in good condition. The beds is a lot firmer than what I'm used too. I used to have a memory foam mattress so I'm still adjusting

Disappointing! We were told before buying that we could replace the bed as much as needed. AFTER purchasing our replacement, I see verbiage that reads as if this is the only 1/2 price replacement we get. So unhappy with the way this has gone!

Chose this mattress cause it was rated best hybrid mattress by Forbes magazine. It's not nearly as soft or comfortable as I expected. Wish I had gotten a standard pillow top mattress.
Forbes review saying it was the most comfortable hybrid bed.
