To Whom It May Concern,

I am filing a formal complaint regarding the unethical business practices of Wirestock, Inc. I was contracted by Wirestock to complete a project of 50 illustrations, and the following issues occurred:

Background:
I was contacted by a representative from Wirestock, Ani Harutyunyan, through LinkedIn in August 2024. I was told that I was the ideal candidate for a project, and the agreement was that I could either create 3D illustrations or regular illustrations, with a deadline of August 25th, 2024 to complete 50 drawings.

We agreed on a payment of $450 for 50 drawings. I chose to create the drawings as illustrations due to the tight timeline and submitted my work by the agreed deadline.

Issues Encountered:
Miscommunication and Rejection: After submitting my work, many of the illustrations were rejected without any clear reason. When I inquired, I was informed that the work was rejected because it was not in 3D, despite having the option to choose between 3D and illustrations.

Request for Contract Ignored: When I asked for a copy of the contract that outlined the terms of our agreement, Wirestock refused to provide it. They even stated that they were going to delete my account without any explanation. This shows a severe lack of professionalism and transparency.

Unjust AI Accusations: After submitting proof of my work, including original Photoshop files with metadata showing my manual work, I was falsely accused of using AI tools to generate the illustrations. Wirestock has provided no evidence to support this accusation, despite the extensive proof I submitted.

Partial Payment and Case Closure: Despite delivering all 50 drawings on time, I was only paid $54, which was far below the agreed payment of $450. Wirestock has since closed the case, refusing to compensate me for the full amount.

Request:
I am seeking full compensation of the $450 that was originally agreed upon for the 50 drawings I delivered. Wirestock's behavior is unprofessional and has caused significant financial and emotional stress. They have violated ethical business practices and failed to honor their commitment.

Evidence Provided:
Proof of work, including original PSD files with detailed edits and metadata showing the illustrations were manually created.
Screenshots of communications between myself and Wirestock's representative, Ani Harutyunyan, confirming the agreed terms of the project.
Evidence of partial payment and Wirestock's refusal to pay the remaining balance.
I trust that the proper authorities will address this complaint to ensure that other freelancers and businesses are protected from such unethical practices.
