I have been using wisley for 2 months through my work, it's what my tips go on. I had fraud for over 700$ on my card and wisley would not give me back a dime. I called and called and called and there customer service is even worse then there company in general. Absolutely horrible company overall and 10/10 do not recommend. Stay away from this trash company. Wish I could click 0 stars
Not a way to start a business relationship. I received a notice from the Postal Service. My ADP envelope with my ADP card is at the Post Office. I went to the Post Office only to find that ADP sent my Wisely ADP card without enough postage. I had to paid 24 cents to get my card. I shutter to think how this is going to work when a company is two cheap to pay postage on a product that they receive payment for the customer using their product. The cost of postage should be part of the cost of doing business. It shows that Wisely by ADP does not have a strong business model and should be watched very closely. The "Fifth Third Bank" should be embarrassed to put out a product that they can't afford postage.
I cancelled my card because of unauthorized charge trying to be made, and they still make a payment 4 days after being cancelled. This is unacceptable, and I still have no access to my funds until the new card comes in the mail. FYI. The charge was not authorized with auto pay. Gave 1 star only because you have to give something to post a review.

I had 23 apple fraud transactions on my account and Wisely let all of them through and didnt stop any of them, i contacted them the day after i noticed and they told me it would be 90 days for me to get my money back, i then said okay fine, $400 i have to wait on, then something told me to contact them back and come to find out they only filed a dispute for 2 of the 23 transactions i called about. Im am VEXED! And will never be using and other banks other than credit unions! They have a awful policy and i have 3 kids now have to wait 90 days for $400, i have spoken with 7 representatives and they all are awful hard to understand, and they are offshore, i asked to speak with a supervisor and have been hung up on 3 times. I am so angry i really don't understand how this can happen when my funds should be secured, and they weren't at all any other day i have ever had i was able to call and they put my funds back until the investigation is complete! Now im left hopeless until i get paid again and, when i called back the 5th time i believe they told me when i called the first time the representative only put 2 disputes on there im am OVER THIS COMPANY and the only reason i didnt close is because i have my tax check going into the account but as soon as i get that money out i will be closing my account!
The customer service is so unprofessional they can barely help you you can't move your money the system down for whatever reason and you can't fund out why I've been calling for 4 hours and haven't spoken to anyone I'm over canceling this as soon as possible
Wow! Reading all the reviews and complaints. Why is this company not fined or shut down? Wisely Pay is horrible. Just got paid tonight waiting for pay because the system is down again. Don't even bother calling India Customer Service unless you want more stress. Service's like Wisley Pay are not needed, so many better options.

Infuriating! They decline any purchase that come from out of state, even trusted online services (like my health insurance). They say they are fixing things but they don't. Their customer service constantly hangs up on you. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE YOUR MONEY! These guys obviously don't understand contemporary banking. Zero stars is what they deserve. Where do I begin first off let's start with the ATM fees where they tell you that the all point was not in their Network which all points are their Network so it should be free at any all point that's one place they screw you next let's begin with customer service that can not speak a lick of English and will hang up on you when you're trying to get your money refunded for using a fifth third Bank ATM which says on their website is completely free but yet they charge you $350 and do not refund your money and hang up when you try to get your money third let's talk about when I went into a fifth third Bank to do an over-the-counter transaction and the fifth third bank manager absolutely did not claim my wisely and says they have no dealings with my wisely and you can use their ATM outside they will do no transactions over the counter no cash advance nothing of the sort so wisely is not only a liar their website is completely false they take your money whenever they feel like it and do not respond it hang up on you when you have a request to get your money back your hard-earned money that they take without any conscious whatsoever.
I only received my card Monday, January 30th, activated it January 31st, and today February 1,2023 I have a negative -$1,594.04 because someone in Minnesota used it to charge theater tickets! I live in Maryland, how does this happen and I have never even used to the card? I haven't even had my first payday yet. I'm calling ADP next, because this card is trash!

Answer: No I got fraudulent charges locked card called them got a new card while on the phone more charges were getting denied because I locked the card(all $10 to same thing repeatedly) told guy I was talking to he's said they would look into it and sent out an new card. Got the new card then got a letter saying they're looking into the charges and next day another letter saying I was denied I've never gotten anything that fast I don't think they even looked I called and the guy said I have to hand write a letter and mail it to them to do anything else wtf is that I'm closing this account of course and this is part of fith third bank so I won't use them either
