Give me my money back

I'm giving wisely a bad review because twice somebody was able to steal money from me the first time a lady took $450 from me the second time a man took $250 for me wisely said that was correct and that is not correct I don't even know these people I told them my identity has been stolen and they would not pay me my $700 back so this is most definitely a bad review they should give me my money back I'm a housekeeper I'm not rich I'm just trying to make it they don't understand what people does they don't understand what housekeepers go through and that's what I am a housekeeper and I barely have a place to stay I need my $700 and they will not pay it back

Wisely are no good bank I have been with them over 10 years and have had thousands of dollars go to my account and someone hacked my account for 250 dollars and they will not give me my money back this happen in Houston TX and I live in Dallas TX sent in the information they asked me to saying I did not make this transaction and still no money in my account you can't talk to a manager no legit phone number to call this happen on June 6th 2022 and still no answer as of July 6th 2022 please don't use this bank to have your money deposited in you will not get it back poor poor customer service have to wait for hours to get someone on the phone only to be hung up on

Disappointment

I recommend you guys never to use wisely first.My cards got stolen and one of them was Wisely cart.I called the representative.She was on the phone with me.As the person was sliding my card she stopped one of the transactions But the first transaction she couldn't stop so she put it in the dispute on the February 27th and it is now. April third okay they close my My case on March 8th. I'm waiting for paperwork to send them back. They closed it before they've. I've received the paperwork, so I'll call them on the phone. And they're set to send the paperwork out. I talk to the supervisor the supervisor was supposed to reopen the case., this is April 8th, I've been going to this since then.the case was nevetreopen hey reopened the end. Didn't mind you. I have a officer on the case on arrest with me and everything and they're still saying this was not fraudulent.its just bull shot there feeding me there taking my jard earned money to. Do not ever use wisely ever because they are just much as thieves as the person who stolen my money in the first place if your money was stolen off wisely card you would not get you money back they suck

I want the world to know that Wisely steals money from their customers by placing charges on their costumer's accounts using transactions with businesses they normally use. On February 1 my account was charged with 2 duplicate charges from Uber and I hadn't used their services since December 23,2023. I contacted Uber to demand documentation for those transactions and they revealed that they had no record of the transactions.

Wisely refunded 3 of the transactions and claims it's going to take up to March 1 to resolve the final transaction. I called to have this resolved and the first costumer service agent hung up in my face. The second one provided the details of their investigation claiming the last duplicate is gong to take more time to resolve.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WISELY! THEY'RE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN HOW THEY ADDRESS THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CRIMINAL IN HOW THEY MANAGE YOUR MONEY!

I got suckered into using this bank card by my company, THERE IS ALWAYS A "THERES BEEN A PROBLEM, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER" IVE BEEN TRYING FOR 3 DAYS AND THESE SMOOTHBRAINS STILL HAVENT FIXED THEIR SITE. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY FFS!

Incompetent Scumbags

I identified fraudulent transactions on my account and requested to lock my card. After I requested having my card lock, their customer service division decided to lock me out of the application and disputed my access into the application for 3 weeks. While I was in the process of moving my residence, I could not order a new card, yet I asked them to temporarily unlock my card so I can buy food, and they would not unlock my card claiming that it was locked as if I didn't know. Then they change their answer to saying, they can only do it once a month, and they've already unlocked it once for me and will not do it again. Wisely has failed to allow me to recover my disputed fraudulent transactions, it's been 3 months now, on top of that they've decided to disallow me the access of my cash balance on my account by telling me they won't unlock my card. I tried transferring through account and routing number only, and that won't work either. These people hold your money hostage and treat you like s***, word to the wise, don't put your money with these $#*!s!

I messaged with some agents, then I had to call a number which I did, no answer, they gave me another number and AJ was my agent to this call, he was so rude I wanted to dispute a charge and he said "did you call them" I said I sent them emails and got no response he said well they have a number so call them and then he gave it to me and I asked so then do I call and if they don't answer I call back? He said yes and that that was it, I spent nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a rude a$$ agent that literally did nothing to help LOL

Credit Debit Card No Protection

Had this card for a while, not used much, Never carried in public, only in my SAFE NOT USED. Decided to use it on my birthday only to find it was locked... Hmmm, $800 worth of TikTok charges the day before that I obviously had nothing to do with since the account was locked. Filed a claim that day and 90 days later the investigation was "NO FRAUD" Ha. Out $800 and they want you to prove you didn't do it. 2 hours on the phone\no reslove but to get a check for the remaining balance. If offered this card... RUN, DO NOT GET IT THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU IF HACKED>

Fraudulent charges

I was getting repeated charges for $10 in a row just kept going so I lock the card and called them still getting notifications that im being denied because the card is locked for multiple $10 charges all to the same place got a new card started a dispute got a letter in the mail saying they started working on my claim the next day got a letter say I was denied I've never been mailed the letters so quickly they didn't do $#*! but mail the letters I was getting the charges while on the phone with the guy I will never ever use this again and its part of fith third bank so never use them either

From August 2022 until now, when ATM cash withdrawal out-of- network in Domestic Area in aaddition to the ATM operating company's fees, I was also charged by METABANK additional ATM transaction domestic fee is 56 time: $3,00 x 56 = $168,00 and 13 times ATM Decline domestic fee: $1,00 x 13 = $13,00.that is terrible. I called many times but no one solved it.

Only use the card in Daytona beach at Dunkin' Donuts was a advised I had many charges from Microsoft which I do not buy from especially with this card also had a charge from England all totaled over $100 bucks not much but everything counts. Just received a letter indicating they found nothing fraudulent so I guess whoever bought Microsoft products on my card is enjoying it. How can this be it's not me. Perfect example they closed that card issued me another never used it was only activated fir a week an I get an email that someone tried to charge a 19.51 charge with fairway. Nope not me called because I found it kinda weird that I just got my new card and activated it and there was somebody trying to charge again I believe it's an inside job and when I contacted others that have the same card they have the same Microsoft charges and weird charges on their account too. Don't trust this co n they ask way too many personal questions when activating a card like full ssn should only be last 4 the real credit card cos don't even ask that…maybe just the last 4…. Let's see who will be buying stuff on my new card. Won't be be just ti test it… this card was issued to me by one of my companies fir bonus money I earn n like I mentioned before I have only used it at dunking donuts … if u plan on USING this company ti gave u check deposited I would look fir another co as to me it's not to be trusted n anyone that has this card I advise to put a lock on your credit reports…. Pissed off than my funds that I clearly did not charge we're not funded back like a normal financial institution would …

For years, I have a regular bank acct and maintain Dir Dep with no problems. Recently I applied for a general labor job. It seemed VERY criminal from the phone call to the actual interview. The managers were somewhat rude when I asked them about direct deposit. Then they offered me this purple Wisely card in a "sealed" envelope and suddenly they became polite. That attitude change is what made me suspicious about this card.

Now why would I want my paycheck deposited on any card that could be lost/stolen/damaged?

I took the card home but did NOT activate it. Instead I did an online customer search of reviews on this card and ran across this site. I am so thankful customers shared all their pain in the 1-star reviews. I really hope all of you get your money back, espec those of you have become homeless, carless, etc.

Afterwards I returned to the employer who issued me this card to tell him I quit before I even began to work. I will NOT work for any employer who offers a paycheck on a card!

I lost my phone so I called to update my new phone # and email address they wouldn't do anything without me sending a copy of my W2 form or ss card and license. I explained I had my license but no card or W2.I could go to my employer or have employer call them to verify who I am that wasn't good enough they were very rude AND the fact that my colleague had her wallet stolen and they allowed her to change hers WITHOUT this protocol is extremely unethical I'm disgusted

FRAUD

On 4/14/2023 $1003.00 was taken out of my account by ATM TRANSACTION, when I have my card on hand in another city 1hr 30mins away. These ATM withdrawals where done in NEWARK, CA at a CVS & then at a US BANK in a SAFEWAY MARKET 15mins apart one for $400.00-CVS and then US BANK $603.00. I contacted WISELY and was told I have to wait up to 90 days for there investigation and still may not get my money back. They had no regard for me being a single mother and sole provider needing that money for my rent, and said there is nothing they can do, but go through the process. After reading all these reviews I'm just in tears wondering if I'm ever going to get my money at all, I trusted this company since it was a part of ADP its looking like I was wrong to do so. I will defiantly keep you posted on the out come of all this, BUT IF YOU HAVE THIS CARD CANCEL IT NOW AND OPEN YOUR OWN ACCOUNT AT A CREDITABLE BANK.
