I have ordered a few times from Wisteria and this will be the last time. I ordered 4 counter chairs I have waited weeks for and only 3 arrived today. Several calls and after th 4th call someone finally answered. Chavis said he was going to look into the matter and call me back today. No call back. I sent a chat through support and have sent an email too. No response. Cannot get a live person to answer my follow up call. What horrible customer service. And I have 3 chairs I can't use as I need 4 to complete my counter.

We reached out to Wisteria mid July when we received no notice on the given due date for shipping of a sideboard we ordered and paid for in May 2024 when we ordered it. They said it was shipped and put us in touch with shipper… giving us the run around. The shipper customer service is virtual and now 3 weeks later keeps pushing date back 2 weeks each time the due date arrives. Terrible execution from Wisteria and their shipping dept on delivering a piece we paid 1300 for…. Or were charged. We're going to turn the matter over to our CC company and see if we can cancel the order and get a refund. The dishonest policy or lack of policy at wisteria and disregard for customer satisfaction and rights has led to this.

Super shady and non-existent customer service. I ordered a coffee table September 2023. They charged me for the full amount and then never delivered. I had to initiate all contact and updates on the order status. Difficult to reach via phone - no answer or hung up on. The initial delivery date was mid December. I reached out in December - delivery pushed back to mid-March. I reached out again in March, then pushed back to April 28. Just reached out again, they couldn't tell me the problem or ship date. I canceled the order and am awaiting a refund. Thankfully I paid with my AMEX which has excellent fraud protection.
I received an item that doesn't look at all like what I ordered online. After weeks of back and forth with customer service, I'm getting charged for shipping back and a restocking fee...for an item that isn't what I ordered! Will never purchase again and would recommend others don't even bother.

The table is beautiful however it's lacks craftsmanship. There was gaps and cracks when I received it. Now that I have had it for a year it has cracks everywhere! Also took 4 months longer than originally stated.

I ordered a chest from Wisteria in April. The ship date was pushed out twice. It's now October and I am still waiting. I did receive an email about 9 days ago with a tracking number and a link to the freight vendor, but each time I put in the tracking #, it shows that my shipment doesn't exist in their system. I am now forced to reach out to both Wisteria and the vendor, Ceva for answers.

Eleven months ago we ordered an armoire from Wisteria.com. After many arrival dates promised by this company our armoire has still not arrived. At one point we changed our vacation (airfare, hotel, etc) date so we would be home on the day the company said the armoire would arrive. It never came and this company is still putting us off.
Stay away from these people and don't believe any promises they make!

I purchase two chests for a decorating project. No sooner than I placed the order, my AmEx was charged. However, I did not receive an invoice or any notification of when the items would be shipped. I tried to log into the website, and it would not let me. I did write to customer service and got a response from Katrina telling me she would look into it. I explained that I did need an email confirmation and receipt. She said I should log onto the website... I had already explained that the site would not let me log in. I decided to cancel the order as I'm now very leery of doing business with this company I called customer service and was unable to talk with anyone. Finally, after four emails and the inability to talk to anyone, I called AmEx talked with a manager, and explained the situation. AmEx is holding my payment as a dispute. I'm thoroughly done with Wisteria. I had never purchased anything before and will never again. Please beware.

I did not do my due diligence on this merchant. I spend a lot of money on sites that I trust for my clients, i.e. Frontgate, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma Home, etc. I have never experienced anything like this.

Purchased a table in March, arried in Late April - the wrong one. Set up a return/exchange. Took the wrong item in a couple of days, been waiting a month for the correct one. Cannot, will not, unable to provide any information about the replacement. Blame the mix up on "mislabeled" boxes, when the size difference is glaring, they're just stalling. Via email they insult you, yet provide any insight as to their own inability to provide even the most basic information about your order, and then give you WRONG information. Just the worst.

I have a trade account for interior design with Wisteria, and I have placed a few orders with them. I have been trying to cancel an order for my clients that has been postponed multiple times since August 31st. I contacted their customer support team via email and phone, but they ignored my request and instead asked for a discount as we wanted this order to be canceled immediately. If my order is not canceled this week, I will take further action.
I ordered the Flavigny coffee table. What a unique coffee table. It is very well made and I get compliments all the time. The ordering process was seamless and shipping was prompt.

Received the Alton Media Cabinet and am impressed with the design and quality of the piece. Love the brass pulls! It works beautifully in our family room!
