“Won't allow returns”

Bought some shoes from this company. Tried them on. Didn't like them. Contacted the email address to return them. Was told that not liking the shoe is not a valid reason to return them even if they are uncomfortable on my feet. Customer service told me they had plenty of pictures online to view their product so not being happy with the product is not a valid reason to get a refund.
