I had the unfortunate pleasure of doing business with wolf49.com this past week. I tried to make an order for a tee shirt and there was a glitch in the system so I ordered the shirt again. The next day I checked my order and discovered that both orders went through. I immediately emailed the company and requested they cancel the first order and explained that I only needed one shirt and that there had been a glitch in the system and I made the purchase of the second shirt only because I believed the first one did not go through. This was on the weekend. The company, wolf49.com got back to me on Monday and said they could not cancel the order because I needed to cancel within 2 hours of ordering. I then requested to return the shirt. They said I could not return the shirt either because it was special ordered. It's a printed tee shirt! They offer no other solutions to this situation. They would rather get my 30 bucks and keep it instead of keeping a possible return customer. Their customer service and return policies SUCK!
