Wolferman's Gourmet Baked Goods

I ordered from Wolferman's using an old catalog, which had free shipping. The free shipping didn't work, of course. Later that day, I got the new catalog and contacted them hoping to use this year's catalog info to get free shipping. They advised (after several minutes) that the offer only applied to this year's catalog and since I ordered from last year's catalog, it didn't count. We're talking $18 on a $60 order. Amazon has spoiled all of us and I'm not sure I will order from them again with their old-fashioned corporate attitude.
