I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
I ordered a pair of jeans from this company last june. I ordered 1 but received and was billed for 2. Neither package had a return slip enclosed so I couldn't return them for a refund without paying the postage myself I called and texted so many times. They kept promising me the return slips but they never showed. Now it's september. I know I'm never getting my $40 back. That's a big chunk when my whole income is $8000 a year from SS

I recently purchased blue jeans of the same style I have ordered in years past. What showed up was substandard... thin material and a poor cut.
I should just take my old jeans to a tailor and have them resized.

Do not order any free gifts from woman within. My free gift was advertised to be a 40dollar value. Not only was it not the correct item but it was probably worth about five dollars. I have also received items that were really awful before and it costs ten dollars to send back. Always have had a hard time getting credit for returned items. BAD

I ordered 2 items. Received 1 item and it was so large compared to another item I ordered from them in the same size. Sent back and still haven't received another item in a smaller size. I finally received my other item which ended up being huge as well. This item took about 6 weeks to receive. Still haven't heard a response whether they received it. They don't answer emails. I guess my next step is calling my credit card company to try and get my money back.

This company takes forever to get your items to you. I've waited up to 3 months. Then when you email customer service to ask where it is they tell you it's been delivered, even though the tracking clearly says it hasn't. The worst thing is if you make a complaint to PayPal, Woman Within does not respond. Consequently, as per their policy, PayPal issues a refund. Then 4 months later Full Beauty Brands/Woman Within sends a COLLECTION AGENCY after you to collect the PayPal refund! I kid you not! I've never seen such a thing in all my life. It's no wonder they had to file bankruptcy. They'd rather lose years of business from people rather than properly communicate with customers and PayPal. I so wish I could take back doing business with them. I wish I had read all the negative reviews.

Made a purchase. Returned whole purchase within 3 days. Called and verified they had return but not processed. Called again, issued exchange credit via email. Didn't want or receive it. Took almost a month to issue credit. I knew I had to pay large shipping fee and $10 return fee. We told late fees would be waived. Asked to close account. Well they closed account with balance of 2 $30 late fees on it so will get bill with new late fee each month. Bad service and shoddy business practices. Called Comenity Bank and they were no help either so they must support the shoddy business practices of the company they represent. BUYER BEWARE!

I've gotten some nice and very comfortable plus size clothing from WomanWithin. I prefer my duds on the loose side, and their caftans and underwear are very comfortable and durable. They've lasted well through several washings and stints in our electric dryer. They don't shrink or wrinkle. I shall continue ordering from them as I find things I like.

Beware of this 'business'. I've ordered a pair of jeans from this website. Unfortunately they were very big, so I sent them back and asked to exchange to the same brand but smaller size. Instead of sending me another jeans they made a 'refund'. They refunded less than 50% of what I paid (paid -- $27.98, refund - $12.43). So what I paid for? Probably for the lesson -- never order anything from this website. Lesson learned!

Your catalog is ridiculous. Why are you using size 0 to 6 models in plus size 12+ Clothing? It makes no since. How it that representative of how the outfit is going to look? I'm a 14 and after flipping through your catalog none of those women are over a a size 6. I'm getting really tired of company's doing this and I'm not shopping with ones that do.

I have noticed that over the last several-at least four- years that the quality of the clothes has gone considerably down. Shoddy fabrics, seams crooked or threads left hanging, even seams coming apart after only 1 or 2 wearings/washings. Long sleeves that are no longer long, fabrics shrinking even washed in cold water. Yet prices keep increasing. Can no longer justify paying high prices for shoddy work.

Have been buying, usually by phone, from Woman Within catalogs off and on for many years and like the clothes. Now sometimes browse and order from the website, liking the ease and speed of it all. Though I don't like not being able to use more than one of the promo codes when ordering online.
Woman Within has great Customer Service... have never had a problem returning anything that doesn't fit right, which can happen when buying clothes online. Refunds back to their card, or whichever card used for the purchase without any hassle.
Have recommended WW to friends.

WW is a big fat joke, think twice before ordering. Had 2 separate orders, I waited and waited for update finally called only to find out credit department put them on hold cuz they needed information. Never once did they attempt to contact me about my orders so when customer service transfered my call over to credit department I had the luxury of staying on hold for 150 mins and they hung up on me not once but twice.

I have purchased from WW for many years. The quality of their products has steadily declined, shipping times have been longer and longer and now their "customer service" has put me over the edge. I will never buy from WW again. I bought a shirt that I washed before wearing because it had a smell. The shirt (a pintuck gauze) practically shredded apart and it was a gentle wash. Customer service informed me that they would not refund or replace an item that has been washed. I guess quality control means nothing to these people.

Be sure you really want it before you buy it because once you do, it is yours - even if it is damaged.

Received incorrect items in my order, called in to have the correct items sent out; and to return the incorrect items. Instead I was charged out a second time -the entire order AND extra things I did NOT consent to ordering. Spent an hour trying to get the exchange corrected, only to be told I needed to be charged a 3rd time and all the while being up-sold on other crap I did NOT want. I ended up cancelling the exchange ( never getting what I paid for and ordered the first time) and waiting to see if the charge falls off my account - if not, I am calling my bank. RUN THE OTHER WAY DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Plus everything they sell,you can get on amazon. Literal, brands and styles all can be found on amazon.

My billing and shipping address are different. I ordered a gift to be delivered to another state. They delivered the package to the billing address. No one in the customer service was able to understand what was the issue, and, when they finally understood what happened, they blamed Fedex. This is just unbelievable.

They advertise numerous prints and colors of a sleeveless print lounger, priced from $19.99. Click on that design and what do you find? A line of different colors and prints -- priced from $29.99 to $34.99. Only one size of one print comes in at the advertised $19.99 -- apparently a size and/or print they either can't sell or are nearly out of. But that $19.99... boy, they really emphasize that price. I've also found that a sale price one day disappears in no time. Shame on them.

I placed 2 large orders in late January. Things have been trickling in a little at a time. I've received notice that one won't arrive until May 5th. Today I received a $40.00 blouse I've been hoping to wear with a pair of coral pants. It's solid orange with no pinstrips as the picture and definitely not sweet coral and white as described. No invoice in the package so return is going to be a chore.

I Love this store for just your everyday casual clothing. Good prices, most of the time and fast shipping and pretty good return policy. Even the sizing is pretty accurate. I find most of the clothing fits me the way I expected it to. If you are a plus size, I highly recommend trying Woman Within.

I just don't like the way woman within does business. They charge a fortune for shipping that takes forever to get to you. Heavens knows if you have a return. You may hear from them six weeks later after you know they have to be sitting on your return. They are a pain to work with.

I placed an order for three items online. I received two of the items but the third was shipped separately. I was given a Fed Ex tracking number that didn't work and a delivery date of a week ago. Still have not received the order. I contacted the company via their website but never received a response. I checked the status of the order again and they now show a delivery date of next week. The tracking number is still incorrect so no way to check to see if the order has even shipped. In addition - I was supposed to receive 60% off per an email they sent me but the discount was only applied to the cheapest of the three items. This company is a real rip-off and they have no idea of what customer service is. I would NEVER shop here again.

I qualified for free shipping and something happened on the website and didn't get the free shipping so I called to ask them to credit my account and they said there's nothing they could do. I have shopped Woman Within and Brylane Home for many years. Quality Slipping. Returns Impossible. The chat for help is not even available during weekday hours. There is no contact phone number or email. The packages contain no invoice or return slip. If you don't have a printer you can't print out the return form. The website return page does not accept the order number they give you on the site. So disappointing.

I even called them several times about the replacement order, and they just said it was in process and didn't seem concerned.
