I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
Ordered from them based on a recommendation. Clothes came along with, what we thought was a full suitcase, was the bag set. One item was too big and we called about how to exchange. They told us and we did as instructed. Received the return has been accepted email and thought no more about. Earlier this week, we wondered what was taking so long. Did chat, told call customer service instead or email. Sent email and received a response. I explained for four days that it was not my fault and was told it would be made right and was told to call to get the exchange. Called and argued. Emailed and called back, argued. Chat and disconnected twice. They say sorry for the miscommunication on our part BUT... So done

I placed and received an order in the middle of February. I got an email the middle of March stating that my return had been accepted. On June 21st I checked my account and still no accounting for the $130 of returned merchandise. I called customer service today and they have no record so they will have to do an investigation and this will take another 30 days... so 120 days later my refund may post to my account. I will shop elsewhere and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

I ordered a swimsuite from WomanWithin in Feb 2011. They sent the wrong item. I returned it immediately with the correct code for "wrong item". Almost a month later, they still did not credit my card so I called them and now they say they will credit my card less the shipping so I will be paying for their mistake. Don't order anything from this company! They are dishonest!

W. W. is a great place to shop&I really don't have an complaints..., except for, 1.the jeans I have from w. W. all do down (it's embarrassing)&2. Why do they always have skinny &so young models, modeling the clothes? Isn't w. W. A plus size company for bigger &older women like myself? (50+) I just dont get it.

Beware of this seller. I placed an order with this company and 30 minutes after I did I received a 50% off coupon. I was just struck since I had just placed an order for almost $200. I contacted the company immediately after I received the coupon and requested my order be canceled. They responded a week later and apologized but there was nothing they could do. I again responded to cancel the order and 10 days later I received another response they could not make any changes to my order since it was being processed. So I am waiting for my order so I can return it for a refund. Neither of my requests seemed to be within their ability. They would not cancel my order, and would not give me a credit for what the coupon would have been. I will never shop with them or any of their affiliated sites. Don't buy from these people.

I ordered two items one came and was sent back. It took three weeks and many calls to get a refund.
The other item was never delivered. After many phone calls again and some very rude people in customer service {one even hung up on me because he could not answer my question}. The charge was on my credit card was finally refunded after seven weeks. However after never receiving the other item and calling again because there was a twenty dollar charge on my card again. I was told told that I had returned the item{ the item I never got} and that was shipping and returned shipping. They refused to take the charge off my card and offered me a five dollar gift card. I will NEVER order from this company again. Buyer beware!

I've shopped at WomenWithin for years while the quality of products steadily declined. Now fabric and workmanship are horrible, they don't refund for damaged goods, they over charge for expedited shipping that the cannot provide, and they charge $9.99 for returns. There are no redeeming qualities to this company anymore.

I placed two separate orders on March 30,2021. It is now April 9th and my orders are still in processing. Not yet shipped. I called customer service and was told it would probably be weeks before I receive my orders as they are backed up. I then asked them to cancel my orders since they haven't shipped. I was told I could not cancel but had to wait until I received items then return them at my expense! What a scam. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this company

I noticed today I have a debit in my credit card of $14.95 on Nov, two times in Dec, and in Jan.
I called and the customer service representative said: I have here that you enrolled online to our rewards program.
I said no I didn't. She said: you may have unintentionally enrolled in our rewards program.
ANYWAY! She said they are going to refund me the total amount of the debts. Let's see...
I tried to find the terms and conditions for the Rewards program and cannot find anything. Maybe because I am so upset. Will try again another day.

I have had no follow up from customer service regarding an item I did not receive. I have made three attempts to contact customer service. The last attempt I called and it was explained I must fill out an affidavit. However I have been waiting for the form. The item was around $80. I wouldn't have liked to receive the item but at this point I would like my money back. I do want to patron a business that doesn't send the product then make it difficult to get it resolved. My next attempt to resolve this matter is to report it to the Better Business Bureau. I have had success whenever I have involved them.

Avoid shopping at places that do not ship the items you ordered then make you fill out an affidavit to prove your not lying.

I placed an order oct 2021 ( never received) and made calls. They still put the purchase on my card. I called woman within card services and they put the credited my account. 88.00 It's been a few months with the credit so I placed an order to use the credited bal. One week after placing my order I received a letter saying my 88.00 credit was voided. I thought this was handled. Now I owe them for the order I placed. If you have a credit card with this company they don't have your best interest. If you place a order and you never get it. It's to bad for the consumer they will put it on your credit report. What a sad company!

Don't think COMMUNITY Bank has your back on any purchases because they don't. They put the credit on my card but once used.. You will get a letter like I did voiding the credit (88.00) after its been months of inactivity. Making you pay for items never received. This is terrible business. Best thing for any consumer is..Don't order from any Woman Within company. I don't want anyone to get their money stolen which is exactly what happened to me.

When I tried ordering pants on their BoGo sale, I was told the items were all on back order and when they do ship, they will be charged at full price! The pants in their sale catalog would jump from $16.49 a pair to $32.99 a pair! So I cancelled the order and they didn't care.

I really believe they are not in the USA. I ordered accordingly and all the items were too small $110.00 worth, I since have returned them. It took 33 days to get to me and it has been 16 since i returned them. There is absolutely no one to reach out to. I tried to email them and the email is invalid. I found Full Beauty Brands on Wikipedia and found a chat page. But of course that is a brick wall.
I will never recommend or shop with them again. I really believe I will be out $110.00..

I returned an item for a credit. Instead of crediting my debit card they put the credit on a Woman Within gift card. This seems extremely shady to me. I called and they said this is their normal practice but would refund it on my debit card. If I don't get my refund I am you g to report them to BBB. I won't be ordering anything else from them.

My elderly mother made a return with the FREE RETURN label they gave her. The post office even said it was free. All of then sudden there is a $9.00 charge on her credit card through Comenity Bank. She was told the charge would be taken off. Well... 5 months later there is a balance of $200+. I found all this out when Comenity Bank started calling me, her son. I don't live with her or have anything to do with it. I spoke with a lady from Comenity Bank and she basically gave me all my mothers information because she thought I was her! This is a major security concern. So NEVER ORDER from this company or use a Comenity Bank card unless you want your identity stolen. They like to bully yhe elderly. Bait and switch. Preying on the elderly. I am filing a complaint with Pennsylvania's Attorney General Shapiro.

I ordered may 9 th and now we are June 3 and nothing has shipped. They refuse to let you cancel your order and they refuse to ship the product. They said at the earliest I'll get my order June 22nd and then I'll have to battle for another month to return the items as there site said 8-12 days shipping. This place is ridiculous I talked to my mom who said they were like this Pre covid as well. She ordered in early November before covid and things didn't arrive until January next year. Just don't do it unless you have any to wait months to receive your items. By the time I receive my bathing suit half the summer will be gone and I already had to buy one from somewhere else smh.

I am shall i say a plus size woman and my weight always went up and down. And for years i never found any clothes in my size that made me look and feel good. The clothes i brought made me look older than i was. And they didn't make me feel beautiful. Then someone told me about womanwithin and my life changed they had styles for us with just a little more love on our bones that were stylish and fit my curves and i have been a fan since then. And recently i have lost 125 pounds but and i can pretty much shop anywhere now but i still shop at womanwithin because i like how there clothes make me feel and look and i will continue to be a fan and shop there.

I am very dissatisfied with the service that I have recently received. First let me state that I understand that I returned 1 of 2 products after the 60 day return date but the other one was before the 60 day return date. HOWEVER... I have tried to track my return package with them and was told on my first call that they had not received by package. Then today when I called again they did receive it but will not refund anything because of the 60 day return policy, nor will they return my items. They assume that I know the policy and know that they will donate my items. I'm not sure why I don't get a refund on the items that were within the 60 days. The email that I got from them when I received my order said: Our goal is your complete satisfaction! That does not seem to be a true statement.

Anyone noticing that the standard response to the bad reviews for Woman Within is - Sorry! Thanks for the feedback. We'll try to do better. RARELY do they go further to try and change the experience for that customer. That sort of response is a serious let down that says that we don't really matter as customers to them and sounds like a serious "canned" response. In other words - a blow off so it looks like they're addressing the problem when they're really not. Another fine example of the brand's customer service. Shop Periculo Tuo!

We refund the items returned and then charge the new items separately, as our customers often want a completely different item that is a different price. We do offer free returns with an egift card credit refund so that you can also use the credit from your returns to place a new order.
I continue to find deceptive pricing on Woman Within. I had a "sale catalog" where a pair of jeans was $19.95... and another catalog where the same jeans were $44.99 and you got the second pair for $10. Low and behold when I put in the catalog code for the jeans for $19.95 they didn't have my size BUT when I put in the catalog code for the SAME jeans for $44.95 my size WAS in stock! This is not the first time I have run across this with Woman Within... buyer beware! This kind of price gouging should be illegal.

My mother has shopped at woman within for a several years. She has a woman within credit card. She became very sick and was in the hospital for 6 weeks. ShE has always paid her credit card in full the month she received the bill. Her hospital stay spanned two billing periods. When she came home we called to pay bills they initially as a courtesy refused to take off the late fees. After arguing with a sick woman very weak they agreed to take off half of one months late fee. We said fine we will pay and cancel the card. Then they agreed to take off one month late fee. They still left one month late fee. All of her other cards easily without difficulty due to her illness and great credit history cancelled the late fees without hesitation

When making a purchase from WW an item from another fullbeauty site showed up on my order. I immediately called and asked for it to be removed. I was told it couldn't, then told it could be removed - it wasn't. I was promised return shipping would be paid, it won't. I tried to call corporate during business hours and it goes straight to voice mail. The customer is definitely not of importance to them.
Tip for consumers:
Go directly to a supervisor - you will need to. Keep track of who you talk to. Not the same customer service and caring staff as years ago.

Denied delivery of merchandise beginning of June 2021 since ordered clothes early May. Would not commit to delivery date or let me cancel. Online reviews mainly negative so when order finally arrived I denied delivery from USPS. Filed dispute with VISA. WW tried to get check from me in addition to VISA payment they already had. VISA credited back my $81.87 after investigating and confirming I did NOT receive merchandise. End of December 2021 received notice Woman Within turned non existent claim into a Collection Agency out of Madison WI. Called VISA and they informed they had worked with Woman Within when they settled my dispute and that they had no legal claim for monies. Obviously there is something really wrong with this company. Wish I could charge them for all the time and trouble they caused me.
