I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
I have no complaint about the quality of their clothing … just too expensive when compared to other sites. I do object to many of the promises of their beauty offerings. The inventory seems geared to the more naive woman.

I purchased 3 bike shorts (exactly the same) from Woman Within on Amazon. These were each too large. For two shorts, this vender provided free return via Amazon at Kohl's. For the third shorts they would not allow this return policy - they are charging me return shipping via USPS only. The sizing chart for these shorts was inaccurate. I do not recommend for anyone to make purchases from Woman Within.

I was purchasing an e gift card for a friend. I went on to purchase it on Thursday morning, because some sites are slow. I was sure I would have it within 24 hours to give on Saturday. I failed to read their FAQ to see that they take 3-5 BUSINESS days to send them out. It also took them a day to process the order so the time it really takes is 4-6 Business days.

I placed an order April 11 and have received nothing. Their automated system thanks me for my April 12 order and says it was shipped on the 13th. Not possible. I even had an email from them on the 16th saying it was taking longer than usual to process orders. Tried sending an email to cancel the order and got no response. Chat is never available and wait time when calling is more than 10 minutes. I finally did that and was told I could not cancel because the order was in the warehouse to be filled but no timeframe for when that would happen. Their only suggestion was if I didn't want it to return it. Can't imagine what will happen if I try to return something and try to get a refund. Will never order from them again. Also same thing is happening with King Size, an affiliate company.

I had ordered a pair of shoes for@ 15.00. I received them and they did not fit so I sent them back. They denied they received them and I refused to pay them again for a pair of shoes I sent back. The charges eventually got up to 400.00 which I refused to pay. I was purchasing a house and the person doing this assumed I had the great credit rating I usually had. Woman Within had ruined it to where I had to pay them the 400.00 for a pair of 15.00 shoes that had been returned to close on the house and get and my daughter and me off the street. This homeless state went on most of the summer and hotel, meals out, gas etc cost me@ 5,000.00

I bought a gift card as a Christmas gift and never received it. We went back and forth with emails and finally I was promised a refund in writing. Of course, I never received the refund so I sent all the correspondence to my credit card company who back charged them and issued me a refund. Today I got a letter in the mail demanding payment since my credit card company refused them payment. Never deal with such a disreputable company.

I ordered 4 shirts, 2 came, then one more came that was a different color than I ordered, I called and they told me to send it back. There was no label to send it back and I asked for her to email one and she said she could not. I was not going to use my money to mail back their mistake. She then said they did not charge me so just keep it. Gave it to a neighbor and then they charged me for it. They said unless I returned it I could not get the last shirt I ordered, which I also paid for. I spoke with a regular person, a supervisor and a person above the supervisor and was not helped at all. They are making me pay for 2 of their mistakes. Don't buy from this company because you will pay for their mistakes.

I am just shy of being plus size, but I like wearing long line bras. For comfort as well as support. Great quality, great price. I usually order new bras about once each year. But, for as long as they last, other than my personal preference to order new ones each year, these bras last and last; through washing after washing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I work from home and I don't have a car. So it's no surprise that my shopping is done online. This order was requested by my MIL so I ordered this for her. Item said delivered but never came. I said you know what sometimes that happens and gave them 2 more days. When I reported to the company, Woman Within, j was told to request a refund/replacement I had to fill out an affidavit and mail it back. I thought that was weird but you know it probably weeds out the scammers because they wouldn't put in the work. Fine I'll fill it out and requested a copy be sent to me as I don't have access to a printer. Was quoted 7-10 business days to receive it, again it never came. Now my mailbox is locked and xan only be accessed by a key. I gave additional time again because I don't want to be a nag. I reached out AGAIN and was told we'll send another but you should just print it off. I repeatedly said i dont have access. They don't care. Another 7-10 business days. And they have a 60day policy. I spoke with 3 reps, another 1 on chat, then Susan then Ginger a "specialist". I was told that I better get the affidavit in before the 60 days or else they won't do anything. All of there request methods require physical mail there are no upload or email features. No alternatives. They refuse to express mail the affidavit. Basically it's my fault that I don't have a printer and I'm SOL. This is a scam company and I hope no one who reads this, is subject to this unprofessional company. So in the end I'm out $85, no coat, no affidavit, no service. Do not order from here.

Beware if u get a. Credit card from here. I opened one because they had a promotion that I would get 25 off my bill
But they neglected to tell me I couldn't use it on clearance items
I received a bill i. Paid in full mailed a check 4 days before it was due
To my surprise I received a late charge of 25.00
I figured it just crossed in the mail
I kept getting more bills for late charge so I wrote emails explaining the payment
Bottom line is they said they got the payment late and it was my fault
They kept adding 25.00 everything I got a bill
I kept writing emails
I finally paid the late charges because I didn't want my credit rating ruined
Needless to go say I cut up the card and will never shop there again

Return items. I return several items since February. I still have not issued a refund. Call customer service several times, they put me on hold and then hang up on me. Call back, on hold for 2 hours.
Stay away from this company. The customer service is horrible.
This company should be shut down. They stealing from customers.

They take abnormally long in shipping your items & this issue was way before Covid. Customer service is rude & not helpful. They have the most ridiculous return policies ever & they rip you off on returns. Thdy also do not follow their own policy rules with returns. I had an issue with a return & in response to my issue I was sent a copy of their return policy & the rep highlighted the area of the policy that they claim related to me. It did not & returned their policy highlighting where they were wrong & did not follow their own policies and ripped me off. I received an apology a week later & was asked to continue being a customer but not refunded the remainder of my money. I assured them I would never do business with their bad business again. As well as post on social media how awful they were to purchase from.

I paid $11.99 doe my order to reach me early. The shipment was supposed to arrive on a Monday. I diid not get the package until the following Friday/ I had called the customer service number and they said when the shipment arrived to call them and they would give me a refund for the early shipment charge. I called on Friday the day the shipment arrived. The customer service person said I would get a refund of $11.99. Over two weeks later I got the bill. No refund was on the bill. Also the quality of the clothes is not good. Buttons fall off, hems come out, the material shrinks, and the colors faded. I have shopped with Woman within for the last twenty years and the quality and service has really gone down. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered on April 25th items that were all in stock and none of them have shipped yet! When I called it was at least 40 minutes on hold Saturday and Today! Still waiting for order to be shipped and they can't tell you when it will! If you need clothes quick, DO NOT order from them! They have no answers except they are backed up... Grrrrr will not order from them again!

I purchased 2 pairs of boots from their website. Both pairs were $43.99, quite expensive for a man made material, but beggers can't be choosers when it comes to a WW size 12 foot. They also offered a 40% off your highest item. One pair worked great, the other quite small. I was expecting to be able to return the bad pair for $43.99 but they are only letting me return them for $26.39 and not letting me use the 40% on the pair I am keeping. Their CS reps are rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. I will not give the compamy my business any longer. There are more companies stepping up the plus size market that I no longer need to give my money to an inconsiderate, hateful business! They will be their own demise!

I purchased several pair of your cargo and now they are all gone but one pair which will probably be gone soon as well. I purchased two black pair and one pair of khaki and one pink pair. I have the one pink pair left and they will probably go just like the others. Across the top of the leg just below the pocket the material just fell apart. I had no choice i had to throw them away. I like the style and the way they fit but the material is so poor and inferior i won; t buy them again!

I received this catalog, though I dont know why, and thought oh these are cute capris. Sizes are 12w - 44w. I didnt see this, I saw thin models thoughout this whole magazine. That disturbed me, show me the real woman who fit these sizes. I am a short woman, 8 to 10 w, I used to be 12 to 14w, but as I got older, done with kids, I shrunk. But this still irked me that this magazine, that caters to the plus size woman,doesnt have models to represent it. Bad marketing, sad that noone saw this.

I did not receive a shirt I ordered in January, 2022, from Woman Within. I did get a credit. The shirt was delivered in March but I was not charged. I called in April but was told to wait. I called again in May. Then I was charged twice. This company has lost me as a customer.

I can't believe you all are still in business with the shady dealings you all have going on. Paid for expedited shipping, received the wrong item. The rep said he would "help" me by returning my shipping and then proceeded to tell me he could rush the right item but it won't be in time for Mother's Day. When he tried to order the item that wouldn't make it he said it was out of stock. I advised him it's showing in stock online. He then asked me for the item number. After all that he said he would order it, again it wouldn't make it, then he had the nerve to ask for my credit card number. I paid more for shipping than the price of the item and then he wanted me to give him more money for nothing at all. Worst company ever. My Mother's Day gift is ruined. This feels like a ponzi scheme. You can't give me what I paid for but you want me to give you more money. What in the American Greed is this?!?! Absurd!

A standard routine for Woman Within is to have a sale, report item is in stock, only to receive a notice a week or more later that the product is back-ordered. Woman With states that because the product is back-ordered, the company will deliver merchandise after the sale; therefore, it is full price because it is after the sale!
Tip for consumers:
After paying return shipping costs, your credit for merchandise returned is towards a future order with the company, not to your credit card.

I ordered a pair of womens cargo capris in a xl. What I received was a man's polo shirt in a 4xl! There aren't even mens clothes in the woman within catalog! Customer service was very rude & dismissive. I asked if they could expedite the shipment of what I ordered as it was their mistake & I needed them by this Thursday. Even offered to keep the shirt & pay for it. They said I had to sent it back & reorder the pants as a new order. Refused to send item I ordered express. I'm keeping the shirt(my grandson can use it)& cancelled the pants. I will not order from them again! Also, there was no receipt or shipping info. Included in package.

I ordered a dress. I expected it in 7-10 business days because that is what they promised. Took over twice that long. I tried cancelling the order after almost two weeks since it hadn't even been shipped but they wouldn't cancel the order. Since I no longer have use for the item since the time to use it has passed I tried retuning it but they didn't reverse the charge. I disputed it with my credit card company which took the charge off. I am now getting notices from customer collections group. Horrible company! Horrible customer service!

I bought what had been advertised as a pyjama SET off of Amazon. It arrived as just a shirt. Looked at the return policy and it was around $7 to $8 to return it. She liked the top and we decided to keep it but we would NEVER have bought it if we had realized that it was just a t-shirt. I am not sure if it is Amazon or WomanWithin to blame for the deception since it was listed on Amazon's site.

I placed an order for a clearance swimsuit coverup. It was still $24. Later that same day I found a better coverup at Walmart for $11. I immediately requested a cancellation (same day!) and they said nothing could be done to cancel it because it was already in the system and if I didn't want it then I could return it once received. I got it today and when I tried to return it, there was a $10.99 fee! I opted for the gift card option to avoid the fee, but I'm very irked. I no longer want to do anything with this business, yet I have credit with them now.
