I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
The quality of the fabrics is very poor and the construction is okay at best. Styles do nothing to flatter the body.
Even worse:
1) if you miss the fine print you might think you have longer to return for a refund than you do. They wouldn't refund me past 3 months and I had to order from a sister company. Again the styles were unflattering and the fabrics were very cheap.
2) You will be forever on their print and email lists.
My advice buy less clothes and pay more for them other places. They'll last longer and look better on you.

They have THE rudest customer service I've ever dealt with. If you question above what their little skit is they read from they pretend your phone is breaking up. Or is you aren't satisfy with their gibberish they hang up on you. I was hung up on 3 times out of 5.

I ordered two pairs of the seven day knit wide leg slacks. I always order petite sizes but this time I must have read the wrong line and ordered reg length. I sent both pairs back. I wanted to exchange them for petite. I waited almost 2 weeks for the pants. I finally called because my bill was due that day and I didn't have any merchandise. When I called they said one was now out of stock. It would have been nice to know that. I checked on the other pair they
Were there but when I was told the price it was more than the price I was charged I said I used a 30% off coupon. The agent said I should have marked that on the exchange sheet. I had them ship the right size pants that were there. I called today to check on the status and they didn't have a record of that order. I hung up when they said it would be 10-15 minute wait for an operator. I have been a cutomer for 20+ years and never had this problem before. The cutomer service rep was very rude.

Website said that my items would ship in 5-7 days. They didnt ship for almost 3 weeks! And they were all in stock! Sizing was waaaaay off! Nothing fit right! My refund took several weeks and of course they charged me to return the items. I'm so glad I payed for shipping, both ways, for nothing!

I returned several items, filled out the slip. Should have been well over $100 credit but it wasn't! 2 of the items that I returned they didn't give me credit because supposedly when I ordered them, they were on clearance. When they shipped those items there was zero indication on them that they were clearance. How would I know that I purchased on clearance? I didn't know I had to check in each item according to the computer. The guy on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere for clothes. I don't like getting ripped off. Rather than return those items to you, they donate them. Ya right! They probably turn around and sell them again! BUYER BEWARE!

If it was the 70's, Woman Within might be alright. I've ordered about once per year and I've let things slide, because normally I wouldn't complain. But, if I can save someone else a headache I will. As I am writing on 6/28/2016 my one bra that I ordered the end of May STILL hasn't arrived. At checkout, it did not say my item was backordered. After two weeks of waiting I finally got a confirmation email saying it had shipped... and it was the wrong one. Sigh... Their customer service was not helpful at all. I receive about two catalogs a month from them and the front usually says any order over $25 will receive these two overnight bags. NOPE... I've never received those either. The quality of their items is not the issue. Their items will last better than most, but there are too many companies now with much better shipping, better prices, and customer service. Thank goodness I ordered with PayPal, so I can get my money back if it never arrives.

I ordered several items from Women Within, that stated per the website that they had the items in stock however once I received my confirmation email the items I ordered were not in stock. This company charged my card for items that they can not supply to me as the customer upon ordering. I called they're customer service number and waited on the phone 1 hour and 30 minutes before I could speak to a representative. Upon cancelling the order via phone, I asked for a confirmation email stating that the order was canceled. The representative stated that they don't send out emails pertaining to cancellation. I will never order from this company ever again and would not recommend anyone order items from them.

This is lightweight and colorful vest for casual wear. It is perfectly paired with a tshirt and jeans to chase after the kids at the park or take the dog for a walk. It is very long (which I like because I'm 5'10") and it runs large - I would suggest you buy a size smaller than you think you need. Washes well and doesn't pill.

After spending hundreds of dollars every year, after this years BIG order for my family I got a $50.00 off coupon when I spent $100.00. After struggling 2 hours on the phone with someone who barely spoke English she said my coupon couldn't be honored and was no good. Who does that? I ask to speak to supervisor of course I can't so I canceled the whole order and remove me from mailing list what a way to treat your customers. Just done

I ordered 4/29/21 & my order is marked "Not shipped". They SAY because of COVID etc the shipments are slowed. Ive e mailed 3 times only to receive an "auto Res ponder". I called (was warned I may be on hold for over 30 min. & I WAS. Probably to discourage) & asked them to cancel the order & they told me they could not do that & it was in ware house process but not shipped. I asked if they had charged my card & they said they put a "hold" on the amount. They stated they could not cancel it. BS! BS! BS!. I called my Bank & they can not put a stop payment on a card. But if I do not get my products & get charged the Bank WILL go to bat for me with this company filing charges. So here I sit. This company is a rip off & I DO NOT trust them. Just do yourselves a favor & shop else where.

There is a 4 page ad in yesterday's newspaper stating 12x (3x on each page) that code WWC9X1 would give you free shipping. After spending an hour and a half trying to get the offer and 4 chats later, I phoned customer service. After stating the problem and foolishly thinking I was getting somewhere, I was disconnected. I called again. Instead of my preferred method of ordering on line, I reluctantly ordered through the agent. Yay! Almost there! NOPE! There was some BS about the wrong address with my credit card and the transaction could not go through. I told the agent that she should get another job because this company (and it's website) are the worst. Called the credit card company and my address was correct, just as I thought. If you're thinking of ordering from Woman Within - DO NOT!

I ordered a denim dress I received a bikini bottom. I called them and spent an hour trying to straighten out the mix up. They completely disregarded my compliant and kept trying to sell me more dresses? I would like the dress I already paid for and I would like it shipped out soon please I paid extra for faster shipping. All they cared about was when they were going to get the bikini bottom back. Then after ten to twelve days they would send me the dress. I mailed back the bikini. A few weeks pass and wouldn't you know it I received the same bikini back from them an still no dress. I never ordered a bikini bottom I ordered a dress. They said the time for returns is over. So I won't be getting my dress or a refund. I am done with this company.

I placed an order and did not get an email confirmation so I placed the order again. I didn't receive aconfirmation. I placed a third order and did not receive an email confirmation. Deliveries from three different orders can to together on the 17th than had the shipping date. I placed an order and billed me twice. It took me 16 calls to finely figure out want to do. Don't buy the Palm Beach jewelry it is cheaply made and over priced. The customer service is not in the loop. Just stay away.

Don use it. They didn't send me 3 confirmation emails. Their system fails and it is your own fault. The customer service rarely answers email and is not helpful.

Don't buy anything From this company! I returned several items to them in July 2020, my refund to be credited to my account. When I called to place an order and use my credit I was told a gift card was emailed to me, Benjamin couldn't tell me the email address it was sent to but I clearly did not receive it. Without any regards to a good customer I was told it was too bad and I should have called before now. Why would I do that when I didn't need anything until now? Benjamin went on to demeanor me and act as if I were an idiot. I guess I won't be ordering any longer from them (not sure what country this comes from).

Oh my gosh, I tried just exchanging 3 vests... yes I used paypal but all I wanted was an even exchange and was willing to pay the shipping... now after going on a month I don't have my vests... and I don't have my money. And communicating with them seems to be purposely made extremely difficult... they have my money and I have to do a days work to try to get it back and track it down. Really? This is a terrible company and I have paypal on my case trying to track down the money that is lost in cyber space. Woman Within says it should have been refunded on the 10th or 2 to 3 business days after that... no refund on my account still after around 3 weeks. Stay Away!

I placed an online irder on 04/13/2021. As of today it is still processing. Come on folks, how long does it take to pick an order and send it? Their customer services is the worst. They don't speak understandable English and do not have any answers. I would like to receive my order to wear in the current season not winter or fall. Their parent company has closed their bix stores, so no way to leisurely shop and try on items. Forget about returning an item, they charge exorbitant fees as well as their fees for shipping and handling. This used to be a good company. I have purchased from many times over the years, but I think this will be my last. My advice to folks looking to purchase from this compant is to avoid at all cost unless you have money to burn or are in no hurry to receive your items.

I tried to order 4 solid color slub pointelle cardigans today 5-19-2020, The prices for the cardigans were! 3.19 and $14.99, When I went to check out the prices had risen over $10 more for each cardigan. I called twice to ask for assistance and each assistant told me oh well that's the way it is. Never again will I trust them.

They took my product and my money saying it wasn't received before the 60 days. Because of covid the post office did not get the package to them by the 60 days. They have been asking the customers to be patient during the pandemic with the shipping time. But, when my package came in late due to the post office they would not take that into consideration they kept my items and kept my money. I think this is horrible seeing as we're all going through this pandemic they're not the only ones. But, from reading the reviews I'm finding out this has been going on before the pandemic. I am so so sorry I ordered from them. I'm not in a position financially to give up $100 to them. I wish I would have read these reviews before this happened to me. I won't be ordering from any of their companies again.

I had been a customer for yrs. But since they outsource their products it's been a living hell. Returned items in 10/21 got receipt from mailer, then they sent me slacks I had cancelled, returned them, got receipt that they had been sent. I continue to get bills from them saying I owe for the 2 orders I returned. Just to stop these bogus bills i paid the 1st bill & shouldn't have. But that didn't resolve things. Now they send another bill & won't credit me 29.99 for item that was returned to them.

The worst mail order site I've ever dealt with. Their measurements are wrong (following their directions I ordered a size 3 8D bra. The one I received was 32D. They charged PayPal even tho I gave them a Visa number. They didn't provide proof of purchase and wouldn't print a return label. I had a UPS charge of $13.28 to return bad product.

I Just order from Women Within a few days ago. Never got a confirmation number or Tracking Number. Told i Would Get Free Shipping if i put in my email address and then charge for shipping anyway. So finally found their number this morning and talk to customer service who told me my order was being process so o told het since its being process and not ship then cancel my order but she said she couldn't because its being process. So i said processing and ship is two different things so i ask for a supervisor but never got a supervisor but instead she came back and said its now ship. Oh yeah do how convenient now after told it was being process so now i have to wait to receive my order then ship it back and then wait for my credit card to be refunded. Wish i had read the reviews before ordering from this company but lesson learn. So now waiting on my order... unsatified customer... people check out reviews first... good and bad

Purchased a stadium jacket on 10/25/19. Yesterday I noticed the sleeve lining was pulled apart and frayed. I contacted customer service to be told that I could not return the item as it was over the 60 day return policy. I stated that if the item was defective it should be returned. I would have liked a replacement. I was told I couldn't return it. I asked to speak the a manager. Upon talking to that person I was told that the item could not be returned as it was past the 60 days. As I do not wear the jacket daily I can not say when the sleeve lining started to pull apart. I called immediately upon seeing the lining. I believe that a company should stand by the quality of their product. I am very disappointed with Woman Within.

I ordered 4 pair of denim pants with elastic back The book I had said the price was $17.49. I ordered 3 pair by phone because I could fine the color in the book and I place a second order for 2 more online on the same day. When the order came for the first 2 pairs they charged me $24.99. The next 2 came and 1 pair was $17.49 and the other was $34.99. Called and because I didn't have the book and the item number from the book that said they were on sale for $17.49 a pair they wouldn't honor the price. Needless to say I won't order again.
