I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
I am angry and disappointed. I returned shoes, expecting a credit on my credit card. They sent a damn gift letter. Can't be used tward the bill or a cash refund. I am going to pay them off and I am closing the account.

I ordered maternity wear from woman within when my eldest child (now 13) was due. Nothing fit properly and was useless.
Since then, they have spammed me with emails. Usually a few every day. I have unsubscribed a few times. Every time I do, the spam INCREASES.
I am totally fed up. 13 YEARS OF SPAM!

My account was closed and called to see why told me I had not ordered in awhile and could not re open because it was closed 10 days ago and had to call in 7 days to re open never let me know I only know because I tried to place an order don't think this is very fair also when companies close accounts does not look good on credit report

I've been suckered into buying a lot of items from them because they look so good on their thin models. Most everything I've received has been very cheaply made and their sizing is off - sometimes too big and sometimes too small and sometimes just not made right. I just throw their catalogs away when I get them now so I'm not tricked into buying anything else.

I am very concerned about this company's operations. I returned a bunch of stuff before Christmas (one item delivered to me had a hole in it) and when I called in today to ask where my refund was, the woman on telephone said she sees on the computer that everything was returned. She couldn't answer why I wasn't refunded and then when I asked her what she has on the list as having been returned, it was a completely different list from what I returned. I asked to speak to a supervisor who couldn't figure out how to read my orders and return and became very obstinate. I want my money back.

I changed my default address when I moved and recently placed an order which somehow got on my WW credit card which I haven't used in over 2 years. It went to my old address and I caught it when I got the confirmation email. I used the Chat feature to change my address on the order so it would come to my current address. It was sent to the old address and they said there is nothing they can do. No credit will be applied. I was told to go to the address it was delivered to and see if I could get it from them. Oh and we have no record of your chat to change the address. What a bunch of bologna! They just lost a long time customer and I will not pay for something I did not receive. I will dispute it on my credit.

They will not stop flooding my PO box with unwanted catalogs. I have called over and over to get this stopped. I cannot even get mail at my box. They send several catalogs a week.

I'm general, their clothes are ok. Probably 3-4 stars but they're customer service is HORRIBLE, and shipping costs are outrageous. I've kept items to avoid paying $20 to return one shirt. (Btw, sleeves are always super tight, so beware of that). Customer service takes over a month to return emails and then those don't answer the issue. If they do answer, they don't follow through. I was told a return would be refunded instead of a gift card to their site but when I returned the items, I got a d$@# gift card. My initial issue was that I placed an order, then changed my mind when I realized I wouldn't get my order for a month. Two hours on the phone just to be disconnected. Then many email which weren't answered until the day after they shipped my items (a month later). How convenient. I will be complaining to the BBB if I don't hear from them in another two weeks for my latest email.

I ordered a shirt from WomanWithin. When I received the shirt, the material was thin and cheap. I sent it back the next day with the return shipping provided. I was notified that the shirt was received on Dec. 2nd. Today is the 15th and still no refund has been applied to my bank account. I read other articles about the company after I bought the shirt saying that they are not good about refunding money when you are unhappy with the product. I hate going on social media to get action. But this hopefully is what it will take to get a refund.

Horrible experience! Customer Service lied to me. I had to return two packages as the size (panties) was gigantic. I was refunded $46 of the $74 dollar charge. I was very upset but bit my tongue. The smaller size was $5 less per package. The first exchange package was sent and they charged me the higher price. I called Customer Service and they acknowledge the error. They told me they would correct the second exchange package that had not yet been sent, to the correct price. She told me it was done. NOT I just got the email stating the package has been sent and the email has the wrong price. They charged me the higher price after acknowledging the error. And on top of that, the first exchange package I got... they sent me the wrong panties... grrrrr This is how this company operates. They will deceive you, charge you outrageous prices and down right lie to you.
I will never do business with this company again..

I ordered 2 shirts and 2 sweaters and 2 necklaces. I got all of my order about a month after my order was placed. Spent $50 and the clothes are pretty but they did NOT send the right sizes. I ordered a specific size (XL) and they sent me medium for the sweaters large for my shirts and the necklaces luckily don't have a size. So the only good Was the jewelry as I have to now give away the clothes cuz the process to send them back is dumb and pointless.

I ordered two bathing suits on June 23,2020 and to this day July 8,2020 I still haven't received my order. I spoke with customer service I was told that I should receive my items by July 10,2020 and when I asked about returning the items for a full refund due to the length of time shipping customer service was very rude making the excuse that when I ordered the site says to expect delays due to the covid 19 situation. They stated that I would be charged a fee for returning order. I think it's terrible they are allowed to use the covid excuse for such sorry service. I can understand a slight delay but, not 17 days. That is if it even arrives by the 10th. Who knows when it will arrive? I also think it's horrible that customer service is allowed to talk to the customers any way they please because they know they have no one to answer to. I strongly advise for customers to shop somewhere else.

I ordered winter boots on 12/31. Got an email from them on 01/02 saying the boots were shipped, and to allow 4 days for delivery. They provided a Fedex tracking #. It's now the 12th, the boots aren't here, and the Fedex tracking number turned out to be fake. When I emailed them to point this out, they acknowledged that the tracking number was not right, said that I had to allow 10 days for delivery (?!?) and that I couldn't even complain until a month went by! Note that they also DID NOT provide a correct tracking number, which leads me to believe the boots were not in fact shipped at all. In 30 years of dealing with Fedex, both on the shipping and receiving end, I have NEVER had an incorrect tracking number. And oh, by the way, turns out all the customer service email addresses are one way only - you can not respond to their emails to you. Check out their reviews on Yelp. All one star. Wish I had. Never again. As a side note - $10 for shipping? Kind of high...

Horrible horrible customer service. Pants were way too big. I paid to have them ship them to me, I have to pay $7.50 to ship them back. Since I paid with paypal they will not do an exchange. So I will have to PAY a 3rd time for them to ship a different size to me. NO offers to waive shipping charges since I went off of their reviews AND a customer service rep to order a size up for these pants and they were way too big. Use other online websites for full figure woman, NOT this one.

I just called to cancel an order that has never been shipped. They will not cancel it. It is coded "in process". It was supposed to be delivered by June 2. I leave for vacation June 18, so I only ordered items that said would be here by June 2nd. They do not know when it will be shipped. They cannot process it. They are usless. I will never order from them again. Ever!

Order was for $113.84 for two pairs of shoes. Shoes did not fit. Returned merchandise, and was charged $22.84 for return fee and shipping. Return order was backordered and subsequently then cancelled by Woman Within and a refund was applied to my credit card of $91.02. Will NEVER order anything from ROMAN'S or WOMAN WITHIN again in the future. The Customer Service person was very glad to delete my information from their account info. Just trying to let others know about my first experience with this business. The shoes were of flimsey and poor quality, did not fit as compared to the same sizes purchased from local stores. Customer service rep was happy to remove me from their files.

My order has been over 6 days late, every website wont tell me where my order is, their helpline couldn't tell me anything, and their email helper wont tell me anything and refuses to mark it as missing. I've demanded a full refund I will NEVER shop there ever again!

I have bought hundreds of dollars from Woman Within and their affiliates although they are good quality sizing is unpredictable I have ordered five different shirts all in the same size and no two are actually the same size Returns our nightmare and you returned seem to disappear and you get no credit for them their advertisements are fake you do not get the sales price most of the time somebody needs to look into this company products very good the management team it is very bad

I am so disgused with Woman Within. I realize now they have fooled me twice, NO MORE. I ordered 3 items and it shipped in two separate packages. Nothing fit, material is very cheap, worse than Wal Mart if that is even possible, and when you return it they ding you 8 bucks per package. $45 ordered, $29 refunded. Mind you I DID NOT return 2 orders, but one. So let me warn you, the more you order the more THEY KEEP! Will NEVER buy from again.

The order code I needed to order the jeans I wanted was missing in the catalog. So I had to call them to get the code. They found the code and they placed my order over the phone. I was supposed to get a free gift with my order. I gave the lady my free gift code. For whatever reason she did not enter the code in the system. I called customer service and was told they would contact the shipping department and correct the problem. I still have not received my order or my free gift. I contacted customer service again today and they refused to send me my free gift and they still cannot tell me when I will get my order. I have canceled my order and will no longer do business with them. Ladies please don't waste your time and money on them. It's not worth the headache.

I placed an order totaling $67.94. It took almost 2 months for it to arrive. The merchandise was cheaply made and ill fitting, so I returned it. The company tried to give me a store credit for a much lower amount than what I paid. I called and was told that because I refused the store credit and wanted a credit to my card, they would only give me $35.00! This company will repackage what I bought and sell it at full price and still keep an extra $32.94 of my money! Beware of this company and all the companies associated with it.

Placed order and called a couple hours later to cancel, and was told to late order was been processed. Reason for cancelling was because I received my mail and there was a bill from them for $13.49 for a return on Item I returned because of size. I'm fairly new with this site and not sure how clthes will fit so I wanted to cancel so I am not paying double in returns on new order. I believe that is how they make money, they charge ship&handl twice. I said I will just refuse package and was told I will still be charged ship&handl charges! It's a win win for them and customer is out of money and nothing to show for it. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them.

If they send you the wrong thing, it is a major headache to return. This site is a fraud and a scam! I had to return an item they sent me that wasn't what I ordered, then they couldn't scan it at FedEx bc it was the wrong item from what I ordered, then I had to come back home and get an email return label to take to USPS and they promised me 20% off my next order considering all the hassle it took to get that wrong item returned and now they say no you don't get 20% off! BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM WOMAN WITHIN!
