“Price of clothing and shipping”

I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.

This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.

I ordered a long wool winter coat (hard to find and in my size) Had one from 9 years ago that was worn and a little tight-same company and same brand. I saw a review where someone said they no longer had W's on the sizes so not to assume you were getting a woman's plus size. (should have listened to the review) I called the company and they assured me that the lack of W's on their sizes did not mean anything and they were still Woman's plus sizes. So, I ordered the wool coat in one size larger than my old one and sure enough when I tried it on the one size larger (with the missing W) was actually smaller than my old one which was one size smaller, but with the W on the size.
So, now the best part. The mailing label said to put on the outside of mailer bag and they would deduct 7 0r 8 dollars from your refund for postage. This sounded like the easiest thing to do rather than having it weighed at the post office etc. Wouldn't you know however, this did not prove to be true either. In the end they deducted 25 dollars from my refund listing a bunch of meaningless stuff such as handling etc! What a rip off 25 dollars plus my original postage to try on a coat that was not sized as I was told it was going to be (you know the W part designating it to be Women's plus size) Also forgot to mention the coat I received was much lighter weight wool than the one I had from 9 years ago. It was very poor quality and it was almost like a piece of felt! Don't bother with this company!

Make sure you know what size you wear, Ask for a fabruc swatcg if they will give you one.

I discovered WW via their magazine. I was thrilled to see modest clothing at decent prices. I made a selection and went online to purchase it. First of all, it took forever to find the item I wanted. (It was a khaki skirt) I checked out as a guest, as I normally do unless it is a company I know I will buy from several times. When I put in the shipping address, it wanted to use the same address for billing, but I needed to change the billing address. Doing so, I didn't realize that this changed the shipping address to the billing address. When I got the confirmation email, I realized that my order would be shipped to the wrong place. I immediately went to try to change this. I ended up making an account to see if that would help, but since I checked out as a guest, it didn't sync my order with the new account. I ended up contacting customer service, and they sent me an email with literally nothing addressing the problem. I then called, but they told me that there was nothing they could do to change it, except put a note for the person in charge of shipments. This makes no sense. For SOME reason (this also is silly) the order wasn't going to ship for a month! Why in the world can't they just change the address? Then I found out around the time I was supposed to finally get it that they won't be sending it for even longer! I've done the same thing with Amazon and if you get the address wrong, you can just change it with a click. And that's with two day shipping! Why in the world were they so incompetent?! I will never order from them again. I don't even want a skirt now.

Overpriced made in china junk that is ill fitting. Sleeves are always too short or too long and same size at the top of the armhole as they are at the bottom of the wristband... huge!

Beware using the credit card and pay very close attention to what company you are purchasing from. I went to the WomanWithin site and ordered some clothes. All of it was too large. (my mistake not theirs). I returned all of the items. I later ordered some different items for almost the same amount. I got billed for those items. I called to find out what happened to my credit. It seems that the first items I ordered FROM THE WOMANWITHIN site were actually FullBeauty items. The second items I ordered FROM TH WOMANWITHIN site were not FullBeauty so the credit I have for FullBeauty cannot be applied to the WomanWithin items. So even though I have never shopped on the FullBeauty site, I managed to purchase items from them and I can either go to FullBeauty and purchase or they can mail me a check for the credit but I still owe for the WomanWithin items that I would not have ordered if I had known I did not have a credit.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you know what company you are purchasing from. Just because you are on the WomanWithin site, you may be purchasing from one of the other companies they are associated with.

Please... please i beg you you deserve better. I know its hard to find big clothes and to afford them... but this is absolutely the very last company you should consider.

Tip for consumers:
oh really dreadful their practises are how they advertise one price but bill another . how they have made it impossible to cancel an order .. even moments after placing it. i can say only one good thing about this company . sometimes their really horrible clothing comes in pretty colors. that last for a wash or two.

nothing i would wear in public. disgusting quality . i bought a lot. i wear the t shirts to bed. about 5 times.. and then cut them up for dustrags.. pants .. oh.. jackets shoes.. miserable sizing discrepancies from one item to another of the same size.. horrible horrible fabrics. i cannot upload for you any photographs i wish i could.

If you do buy anything from Romans, Woman Within, King Size, you will receive very POOR quality merchandise AND once they have your credit card number, they will continue to charge your credit card each and every month for $14.99 and you have to FIGHT with your credit card company to reverse the charges AND Woman Within customer service number will NOT help you. You are stuck with this scam. All you can do is cancel your credit cards, file a police report, file a complaint with the BBB, and write your Attorney General in your state regarding their scam.

So I get on the woman within website to order a pair of my favorite pants. A size 16 TALL straight leg tummy tamer jeans. I select the right size and color and it says they are in Stock so I order two pairs. Checkout goes smoothly all of my order info is correct so I check out.
NOW! I receive my conformation email and the size of the pants are 16W as in not the TALL pants I ordered. 16W is the average length that is WAY to short for me. So I email woman within and tell them what happened and to please cancel my order. Fast forward three days and still no response. So I get on their live chat and the woman says it is to late to cancel my order because in was already packaged. So now fast forward three more days and I still have not received my email that they say to "look out for in your inbox" letting me know my package has shipped. So I have no way of tracking it. So I online chat with one of their employees again and she says that there is nothing she can do. So I get ahold of fedex and track my package to which was scheduled to be delivered saturday. Never showed up and now fedex says they don't have an expected delivery date! The Woman within staff I spoke with were completely useless and I will never buy from that company again!

I ordered an e-gift card on 3/19/19 for my grandmother's birthday. I checked my email this afternoon (3/20/19), no e-gift card. Instead, I received a phone call from Woman's Within customer service department wanting to verify my purchase "for my protection".

I waited a few hours thinking that I would receive the e-gift card since I had verified my purchase, but still no e-gift card.

I finally called customer service and spoke to 2 people who told me that e-gift cards take 24-36 hours to process - for AN EMAIL to process! I asked the second person I spoke to if I could speak to someone else who would be able to assure me that I would receive the e-gift card in time for my grandmother's birthday.

She said she would let me speak to a supervisor and then placed me on hold. When she came back, she said that no one else would speak to me and just said, again, that it would take 24-36 hours to process.

This 24-36 hour processing time was not communicated to me during the checkout process. If it had been, I wouldn't have bothered ordering the gift card fearing that I would be cutting it too close to my grandmother's birthday.

I will never order anything from this company again!

They do not send your stuff. They do not credit your account back for it. Half the stuff you see online is not even available. Do buy from them. They will just take your money.

I tried to order some sale items. The Webb site wouldn't work, so I called in my order. First, the person taking the order had totally incorrect information for the price as well as what items were included in the "deal". I gave up and asked to be transferred to Customer Service. Going through everything again, for every item I ordered, I was told a wrong (higher) price than the catalog. Customer (lack of)Sevice went through a song and dance about the price. Finally, after 45 minutes and going over and over item numbers, page numbers, and reading for the page, she got it right. I wanted to let someone in charge know the problem. I spoke with a "supervisor" who said their problem had already been reported. Since I had finally gotten the correct price, the supervisor said there was nothing more to do. Great! At that point it seemed useless to let him know that correcting problems reported would have been helpful so customers would not have to continue with uninformed workers. Sorry I cannot add a photo to this review.

Tip for consumers:
Before giving credit card numb er, ask what price is being charged for EACH item ordered.

I have placed several orders with Woman Within over the past couple of years, and every time I swear it will be my last. The clothes are nice - sort of. I order them for my mom (in her 70s) and for myself to wear at home. The prices are not cheap, but reasonable enough. However, their service is abominable. Every single time, the order just sits unshipped for at least a week and sometimes longer. Last summer, I ordered a t-shirt that never shipped. After three months of delays, they sent me an email that the item was no longer in stock. I swore I wouldn't order from them again. Sucker me. In November, something nice came up on sale, and I ordered it. Again, delay after delay, after delay came up. By the time they told me it would (hopefully) ship in mid-February, I no longer needed the item since winter would be over by the time it arrived, and it was a cold-weather item. I had to cancel the order. And again, I fell for the "save X amount" promos from them and ordered something for my mother's birthday. That was a week ago. The order has not yet shipped. It may or may not make it by the time my mother's birthday comes, but this is the last straw. You can get orders shipped faster from an overseas-online-only companies than from this Indiana-based company. I could have ordered a similar item for the same price from Lands End, and I would be in the mail by now. Woman Within is not reliable.

Tip for consumers:
If you order for a specific date, order at least a month or even 2 in advance. Their shipping is extremely slow.

I will never EVER order from this company again. I placed a order and if you joined the rewards program for 1.99 you would be eligible for a free shipping rebate there is a place that says "click here" to claim your rebate which did not work I could not claim my free shipping rebate.The nightmare began with numerous phone calls to customer service that would not answer the phone I called 5 days in a row being on hold for 45 mins at a time. I would call different numbers to see if they could help me get my rebate after no results I cancelled my order to find out 4 days later it wasn't cancelled now I cancel the the rewards program to find out a couple of days later I have been enrolled in a another rewards program that I had to cancel still no help with my rebate question I would be told you have to speak to customer service! How can I speak to customer service if they won't pick up the phone? When I would ask to speak to a supervisor I would get disconnected! Now I am stuck with this order and no rebate on the shipping can't imagine what might happen if I have to return my purchase!

Stay away from this company!!!

I have ordered from Women Within for years. I love the quality I receive. But to work with the company on any issues is so difficult. They will switch you from person to person all in the same dept telling you they are different depts but they do not help. This time I ordered a dress. My friend blessed me with the exact same dress hours after I ordered. I tried to immediately contact the company. I tried filling out the form on line. It kept kicking back to me saying it couldnt go through. So first thing in the morning I called. They said oh sorry we cant cancel it is already ready to ship. Well I know for a fact after ordering so many times from this company that they do not ship things that fast. I mean I ordered yesterday afternoon. It would not be ready. They said sorry. Now they immediatly charge your card for the order. But it usually takes several days to ship. (no complaints on how long it takes to ship. They are a big company. So I do think they ship in a timely manner) It just frustrates me that they can not in this day and age be able to talk to another dept and take out an item. So now I have to wait for it to arrive. Ship it back. Which means I have to drive to another town to be able to even ship it back. Wait for them to get it and then maybe get my money back. Now I have been told by Javier agent # ******* that I wont be charged for this. There will not be a restocking fee or shipping fee. If that is true I will amend my complain. But I still think that is a lot of work to go through for something I needed canceled within hours of ordering. I'm sure no one had even seen the order yet. This really was the last straw with this company. I hate that because I do love the clothes and always get compliments on the clothes when I wear them. But I just cant deal with the unexpected charges and all the other things they have done. I could give a list of complaints but this would be too long of a post. This is actually one of the mild issues it was just the last straw.

I really think the problem is that each dept doesn't talk to each other. There should be no reason they cant cancel an order before it ships. Within hours of being placed.

Dissatisfied does not even come close to describing my latest experience with Woman Within. It seem to be their practice to say that you don't do exchanges if the item was paid through PayPal and refund the item, then do the exchange a week later WITHOUT communication to the customer, it is a horrible practice. A week after my refund had been processed, I reordered my item through one of one of their sister sites, only to find out that the same day an exchange was processed, causing me to get charged for the exact same item twice. Because both purchase were already processing I was told that neither order could be canceled. Now I have to wait for both shipments to arrive and return one for a partial refund, since I will be out the cost of shipping to send me the item. This has caused me such a headache with my finances and bank account because of getting charged twice when I was only planning and budgeting for ONE order/shipment. Thanks to this experience, I have no intention of ever ordering from Woman Within or any of it's sister sites again. It's shame because the clothes have always been good quality, but I don't have the desire to be screwed over in this way.

Terrible. They are very hard to deal with. Put charges on my bill after I returned everything. Their sizes are not right. You cannot understand them over the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM WOMEN WITHIN.

I was going on vacation and I needed some bathing suits so I clicked on sets, so I chose three bathing suits that I wanted not knowing that two of them only came with the tops And one was a full bathing suit. So I went back to the pictures and read the description and it shows just the tops, which I don't understand why because I chose sets and the picture clearly shows tops and bottoms. So I paid 53.99 each for just tops, That is ridiculous. So I try to do a chat and it showed agent connected but they never responded and I asked them to acknowledge and they ended the session. So I tried again agent connected but they disconnected on me again so then I decided to call the 800 number and I got Josh who I could hardly understand, when I clearly explained everything to him all he wanted to do was go over my account and get my email so that he could send me promotions. Then he asked me questions that I already answered so then I asked to speak to a manager because I was tired of wasting my time and he told me that if I wanted to speak to a manager it was going to be an hour wait. This place is ridiculous and I've seen the other reviews and how no one ever gets a refund so I guess I'm at a loss here and have to keep my items but I will never ever order from this company ever again they just don't seem to care about their customers or making it right.

I have previously ordered clothing from Woman Within and was pleased with the quality & fit of the items I ordered. However, shipping seemed to take a long time & not all items were shipped at the same time. I waited about 6 weeks for one item last summer. This May 16th, I placed an order for 10 items. As of today, June 2nd, nothing has been received, in fact, nothing has been shipped. When I tried the Chat, all I got was answers to common questions, the answer being that they are experiencing shipping delays. Yep, I'd say 16 days for all these pieces is certainly a delay. I called customer service and none of their telephone tree options actually connect you with a person. After 4 calls, I selected the order option. I was quickly connected to a customer service rep who was nice, checked on the order, and said it would be shipped with an estimated delivery date of June 8th. That is 3 weeks plus from when I placed the order. Totally unacceptable especially when I'm paying for shipping, unlike most other companies. If this order arrives within a day or two of the expected delivery, I will keep it, but if it doesn't, I will cancel it. I will not be ordering from Woman Within again. This is totally unacceptable service. Don't bother ordering from them.

I have ordered from catalogs for years, since the early 90's, and in all my years, I have never received clothes as comfortable and true to size as Woman WIthin. Lifetime customer.

This company is the worst company to deal with. I received the wrong size garment and it had no paperwork. I tried to cancel this orders by email, I tried to call and couldn't get through, a month earlier but no they couldn't cancel it. I called when I received it because they sent the wrong size they ask for an invoice number can't give them one because they sent no paperwork. I got shuffled around to two different people the guy said they can email a return label but can't send one. I don't have a printer. He said well you have an email. I order everything on my phone not a computer. I asked to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor said they don't send paperwork with single shipped items. So how was I supposed to have an invoice number if they don't send paperwork! So they told me to pay to send it back. I said no and said they should send me one. The lady said I already went over this with you and won't go over this again with you! Worst company ever and will never order from them again! I didn't want to give them any stars but they make you give them at least one! This company is not worth any stars!

In, JULY 17,2018, Full Beauty, let me know, they got my package. I, used, FB, self parcel mailing, label. In, the returned, bag, there was 4 pairs, of pajamas. They said, "process will be in, 3-4 days, and I would get a, REFUND. I, got a Refund, for 2 Pairs of Pajamas, for $19.32. The reason, I sent all the Pajamas, back, they didn't give me, what WE AGREED, on. I, will no longer, ORDER, from WOMAN WITHIN/ Next, FB, said, "they already REFUND ME, of $19.32. I, went ONLINE, and saw 1 REFUND, of $19.32, from Woman Within, on July 19,2018. Two Companies, ONLY 1 REFUND, of $19.32. In the bag, there was 1 pair, of slippers, ITEM NUMBER: *******365. I, sent the sheet, that saids, what the items, are and their, prices, and the slippers, and their, cost. I, feel your 2 Companies, are playing, games. I, want FULL REFUND, of what the 2 Companies, OWE ME. If, I, Don't, I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM, FULL BEAUTY, like WOMAN WITHIN. PLEASE, FIX THIS/

They debited my checking account twice for the same item and when I called customer service I got such a runaround it made my head spin! I finally just gave up but I will NEVER buy from them again!

I've ordered vnecks and polos from WW in the past. They're all 100% cotton which I take into consideration when ordering as well as when washing/drying. The 1st pic shows a new white vneck behind the first time washed black vneck. Both vnecks are the same size. The 2nd pic shows a previously washed white vneck behind the same first time washed black vneck. Again, both vnecks are the same size. The shrinkage is unbelievable and unacceptable. When I called and told the 1st CS rep I spoke to about the shrinkage problem, her response was "well, the item is 100% cotton and we do not accept items back that have been washed". OMG, really? That's the CS response to a quality/defective item problem? The 2nd CS rep I spoke to was not as snotty as the first one but she told me that all items are inspected in their warehouse so it couldn't possibly be defective, period. Isn't washing a new item a good way to find a defect? I will never order from this company again. I also closed my account. I would hope they review their return policy and actually "help" their customers rather than shirking responsibility for defective products. Do not order from this company, ever, or pray you don't have a problem that requires a common sense solution, like a free return or full credit.

Well after being a former customer service rep and fired for finding fraudulent activity within the company they don't give a damn if you get the correct order or not they trick you into ordering then you sign up for a members reward program that charges you the site is setup for failure. They turned it around on me fired me for doing the right thing and I knew it was going to cost me dearly. I am now homeless they didn't pay me just threw me out the door if you are smart get your money back and don't order from any of them they taught me a valuable lesson don't order online you don't know what kind of hurt you are doing by giving them your credit bank and PP account information. They had me going by my government name and turned it on me when I got proof I didn't take nothing. Roam in is like roaming in your phone they get the reward they are crooks and I might be homeless but the longer I would have stayed with MCI Communications Clarus and that company that handles the claims and rewards the more damage I would have been blamed for. The only reason they fired me because I found out about them snooping in my phone the videos are public you can see on my Trey Haziq page and I am going to report all these sites that push them because they didn't have to fire me
