Don't bother contacting the customer service again after posting here... I promise they are as insane as their business practices and they get off on every bit of it. We live in scary times... they are a prime example of this.
I purchased several item from Woman Within on the on 5/28/17. They arrived 6/8/17 when they arrived the 3 shirts were to big and the 2 bras were to small. So I returned them on 6/12/17. I have been looking on my site and nothing about the return was entered so I called. Well they received the items and were processed BUT they will not be shipped for another 2 weeks! Well needless to say this in my ONLY purchase I will be making with Woman Within EVER!
I have spent a lot of money over the past 7 years with this company. I am in Australia so delivery charges are very high. I ordered a pair of black denim pants light twill pants arrived The company does not care and will not take responsibility for the mistake. I am caught between a rock and a hard place because to return the product and re order will cost me on far more than the cost of their mistake. They had me they lost me they will never get me again. I found a great buy-one-get-one free offer at Woman Within. However, when the merchandise arrived, the clothing was much bigger than their size chart indicated.
I sent it back for a "free" exchange, but their policy is to process it as a return. This means I lost the buy-one-get-one savings, and now am charged full price. They added an unauthorized charge to my credit card when it should have been free! Customer service claims this is their process. Nowhere on their website or return form does it say this. Ridiculous!
In addition, they processed one item as a return instead of an exchange, even though I filled out the exchange form correctly.

Two months after I ordered the item, I found out (by making repeated calls) that it hasn't yet been shipped by the manufacturer (after one rep had told me it was already back in stock) and I should "call back tomorrow" to see when it will be shipped--or whether that is unlikely to ever happen. A bad transaction. Too much aggravation for merchandise I could have received a long time ago from other vendors.

I returned a pair of jeans and placed an order for 2 more items. I only received 1 item and a refund check. I spoke to 4 people who all gave me the same runaround. You didn't place an order for 2 outfits, but yet, I snapped a picture of it with my phone. Just no customer service, they charge you all the shipping/return fees and its not worth it. Trust me, I'm so done with them.

Woman Within has always shipped promptly for me and their clothing is great value. I've never needed to return anything. I do wish more of their styles came in Petite so dresss aren't so long on me. I have to wear them as a maxi or have them cut and hemmed.
This is such a sad company. There is an absolute and total disregard for customer service at this establishment. The representatives and supervisors have no idea what they are doing. This company makes you feel as if you are on one of those reality tv shows "what would you do?" in an attempt to exhibit bizarre and over the top unacceptable behavior and see what how the victim reacts. Woman Within has no notion whatsoever of what is going on at their showroom. When ordering it is the luck of the draw. Sometimes you receive your items most times you do not. No update is given to you to let you know when an item is on backorder and when you take the proper precaution to only purchase items that are available, they often turn to unavailable in a matter of moments. Once you ask for confirmation, the emails are usually not sent, and if they are the wrong merchandise appears on the invoices. After speaking to 4 reps I was guaranteed prices and items that were completely and absolutely fabricated. The woman within proceeded to commit fraud upon my bank account for which I am currently looking into taking them to small claims court about. Woman Within is a genuine disaster and it is shameful that a scam like this continues to operate actively and openly. I, along with many members of my community, have taken proper steps to exploit WW for its variety of unreasonable and disingenuine features and hopefully not many more people are taken advantage of through this incompetent and senseless entity.

I ordered a shirt I really liked along with a couple of other things. It had ink marks across the front so I talked to a lady at Woman within by their chat feature. She was nice but the replacement I asked for was the wrong size. I went through returning two more times and even then, their people act like it is business as usual. The forth time, I am certain I got the same defective shirt that I returned the first time. And finally, they cheated me out of ten dollars. I am closing my account and I will never buy their rags again.

I use this site. Pretty quick shipping, no muss, no fuss exchanges or returns. Pleased. They do what they promise.
There was a winter coat that I kept watching hoping it would get marked down by Christmas. It was not. Instead they marked it way up and then discounted the higher price but when finished they still had added a higher price by over $50. I can understand marketing as I am a marketer but there is an ethical line not to be crossed and they did exactly that. No more purchases from a company with poor ethics for me.
I initially thought this site was for grandmas who wear house dresses but I'm now hooked! They have some really good deals. Also, their swimwear is amazing. As a plus size woman I have a hard time finding swimwear that looks and fits good. Their selection is great and I am now a regular customer!

Questionable sizing. Pictures look great, price great, but I usually have to send back half the items ordered because the size isn't right. They always run big.
It doesn't matter what I order it never fits properly. And I am just dumb enough to keep trying. No longer. I sent the last shirt back and unfortunately had to keep one as I am terrible at getting things sent back in a timely manner.

I've been shopping at Woman Within for years. They have mostly casual clothes. Jeans, sweatshirts, knit stretch pants, basic t-shirts, etcetera. The quality of the item really depends on what you order. I've found that even though the underwear come in larger sizes, the quality is sorely lacking. They just aren't made well. The elastic comes unsewn from the fabric after the first washing. So be prepared to mend them yourself or send them back. Very disappointing! The blue jeans I use to love and wear are no longer available. Boo! They were the best item sold on Woman Within, in my opinion. They fit me perfectly, were 100% cotton, with 5 pockets. The quality was outstanding, a pair of those jeans lasted years and the price was unbeatable. Only $24.99! Shipping time is fairly fast (for in stock items), usually just a few days. So, don't waste money on express delivery. It's really not worth it. I also always look up current "Promo Codes" to save me even more money. It's really worth the effort.
I am loving the new clothes I bought from Woman Within but I am very unhappy with the promotions they offer! I have ordered from them twice now and have been ineligible for promotional items on both orders! When I ordered they had promotional deals of free bags both times. The first order (over $100) they said was not eligible for the free bags because some of the items were on clearance. The second order (around $100) they said was not eligible because of the brand I bought. Basically, the clothes are great but make sure to read the fine print on promotions this company offers! Personally, I will be returning to another company where things are more black and white!

These days its fairly easy to find order sites with easy returns and no fees attached. I ordered a 14 dollar item. It was too big. I asked for a refund and got hit with a 7 dollar restocking fee. Will i order again? No of course not.

Great place to buy from always has very cute clothes and other items to choose. My mom and I both buy from them and have always gotten what we ordered quickly in the mail.
Answer: I don't know about charging for each item but you are always charged a shipping fee for returns even if the mistake is their fault.
