I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
I bought tall jeans. Paid a substantial amount for jeans but wasn't impressed with the construction or the materials.

I placed an order on April 30,2021. They sent me part of the order on May 15th. The other item was on back order, and they sent it earlier than expected. I returned one item that I did not like on June 11th. I sent something back to L. L. Bean the same day and got my refund promptly. Today I called Woman Within about my returned item and got through to a person by pressing "0" on the phone. A courteous young man tracked my order and said they received it on June 18th. Their website is very poor about giving you any details. Even though I had enclosed the return form indicating that I wanted a refund, apparently they had not processed it for a refund. Duh... So, he sent the information in to process a refund for the item. He said it will take 3-5 business days for them to process it. I plan to call back to find out if they actually did it. I have ordered things over the years and returned things, and it wasn't problematic. Service has gone dramatically downhill now. It takes a long time to get your order, but the catalogs keep arriving regularly in the mail. They have a disclaimer on the website when you place your order that it may take longer than usual to get your order due to COVID-19.

So to be clear if i could give a 0 i would. I ordered 3 bras it took 21 days before it was shipped. I requested s14 days in to cancel order but they wouldn't per them even though product still at warehouse it was in process so couldn't be canceled. I opened a woman within credit card with purchase. In the mist of all this i contacted another company which sent the bras for me within 8 days of my order and was 35 dollars less than my original order. Bras finally came i thought of keeping but tried on and they didn't fit at all. I immediately sent back. I sent by usps mail with tracking they confirmed package received 7 days later my refund was not added until 14 days after which at this point i owe the credit card company, who wants me to pay even though product was returned. I didn't pay it which resulted in a late fee but also the company who sent me the shipping labeled made me pay an additional 21.00 for shipping and did not refund it so i did not get a product, was charged for the shipping and late fees an ended up paying 55.00 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THE WORST SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY IVE EVER EXPERIENCE EVER

Just be careful there was a woman who said she would send me the label for inconvenience but that didn't mean free shipping clearly. delivery takes forever and of course the pandemic excuse is still being used while everyone else is back to normal for shipping as least nationally

I placed an order in November of 2016. They billed me for 9 items on PayPal. I only received 4 items a couple weeks later. After 6 weeks I kindly requested information. Where were the 5 remaining items? WomanWithin customer support basically called me a liar, saying they don't bill until they ship, but they did bill me. I wrote back several times. Each time I was brushed off with some lame excuse. Each time I contacted them, I got a different person, which makes it easy for them not to care, knowing that you'll always get someone else when you contact them again. They didn't know where my order was at? Instead, they promised a refund in 3 payments to PayPal, totaling $58.95. Only 1 posted for $12.99. They lied again and said PayPal rejected the 2nd and 3rd refunds. Then they said two refund checks were in the mail instead, but they lied about that too. There were no checks. Then, after two months, the other 5 items finally arrived. I had tried to check the tracking number previously, but the number wouldn't go through when I tried to search for it. I contacted the company again, for the umpteenth time, to tell them I owe them $12.99, for the refund they sent to PayPal. I gave them permission to bill my PayPal. I offered to send them a payment. They brushed me off again, telling me I have to call them. No, let them call me! I've never seen such lazy, uncaring, worthless, incompetent employees at a company. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! What a bunch of unnecessary grief and aggravation. They just don't care, and why should they... they're hourly, it's not their company, and they know if they brush you off, you'll end up with some other employee if you contact them again. What a lousy system! Ironically, they claim to be a "very ethical" company on their website. They are NOT ethical. Don't take my word for it, go visit consumeraffairs.com, and you'll see that they have the worst rating possible (only 1 out of 5 stars). I highly suggest that they change the way customers are handled. From beginning to end, each customer should be handled by only one employee, to prevent what I went through. Thank you for reading.

I have not received my second order,
The first order was roughly $91, it was returned in full, which they received, then they tried to give me "store credit" when I told them I did not want store credit, they started piling on extra charges so in the end I paid nearly $30 in "extra charges". They told me they had to charge me for the return of the item, then the shipping of the item when it came to me, even though I had a code that allowed me free shipping and handling coming to me, then I got charged an extra 1099 because I wanted the credit card to be refunded
Right now I just got a phone call from account services looking to collect $144. My second order, the one that never arrived? That was a $94 order including shipping and handling. Do you see what I'm saying?
When I was on the phone with customer service I could actively see them updating and switching my account numbers around to justify them charging me nearly $30 in extra credit every time I would confront the person, the phone calls mysteriously ended, not once, not twice, but four times!
And when I would ask for detailed information, of course they never had answers
But let's get to the product itself
It looks wonderful – in photos –
Upon arrival, everything is either way too big or way too small, opening up each sealed item everything is damp and smells like it's been sitting in a moldy basement for a few weeks. There was even condensation on the inside of the bags!
Buttons and zippers not installed correctly, hemlines undone completely, etc.
To say this company employees sweat shop labor is the understatement of the century. To say this company pays the garment workers probably a dollar a day – if that – then they overcharge us by about $40, are you telling me a pair of cotton Capri pants is really 5999? Seriously?
Overall it was a horrific experience, I've already contacted the Better Business Bureau, twice, and I even contacted a lawyer - just in case. I'm putting my credit card account into dispute
I've never in my life dealt with such a slimy company that has absolutely no respect for its customers that will do any and everything to squeeze every last dime out of you. Completely unethical practices as far as where are the clothing comes from, how it's made, how the workers are paid, etc.
Of course I'm realistic. I understand if I buy a pair of jeans at a place like Walmart there are chances that the workers were not paid a fair living wage. No doubt. But woman within? This company is out to screw you every which way from Sunday in every aspect of their business

Just found this site in the past year. Now mind you, Im big, and tall. I NEVER thought I'd find jeans that fit me again. Gave up on it actually. But wow, they have them. If your 5'11 and a plus size, this site is something you should check out.
Be careful though, they tend to run BIG on sizes. It's worth it the first time to get on chat and have them assist you in finding your size the first time. Save on returning it.
I did read many people complain about cheap material. Well I've been buying stretch denim. The nature of this particular material is that it's thin and doesn't last as long as say a good old fashion pair of levis did. It is what it is. If you want stretch denim, it will be thin and wear out fairly fast. Count on that.
Now for the bad. Returns are horrible.
First of all, if you used a coupon code, (and they have tons of them all the time, just get on their email list and wait for a good one before you buy.)
Anyway you better SAVE the code you used. Because how they do returns is to first get the item back. Then it takes WEEKS for them to process. They will refund the price. It's up to you to reorder. And chances are, by the time this happens your size, or color will be out of stock. But if you used a discount coupon, contact them, give them that same code, and even if it's expired, they can apply it if it's a replacement for something you returned. Now it would make more sense if they just sent a replacement, but I've tried that several times now and it just never works. THey refund, you reorder.
If you want to save time, reorder right away. Again get someone on the phone so you can get the same price. You'll have to pay for the items again, be credited weeks later after they get the returned ones. Kind of a pain but if in a hurry this helps.
I would suggest you first CALL customer service. If a mix up is on their end, (I so far got the wrong item twice, wrong color once, wrong size once my fault once theirs.)
If it's on them they will wave the return fee. If you made a mistake, some nearly 8.00 will be deducted from your credit. So again, it's best to nail down the right size first. They have always been very helpful either on chat or over the phone.
Lastly, I had an issue with one style of pants. Already have 4 pair that are fine but 2 colors simply didn't fit. Same pants, same size. However, the waist band on these would not stretch. Stretch pants with a ridged waist. I got a lady in customer service who was very interested in this. Wrote down every word. Then she said they have had many come back. My details on the problem being the waist seemed to be important to her. Seems they have several manufacturers making the same item. And clearly there is a problem. She said give it a month or so and hopefully this gets fixed.
See? It really does do some good to contact companies. Sometimes they really do care and can fix things. This one seems to fit in that list.

Back in the summer I got an email from Woman Within about a big sale with the ubiquitous code to get a certain % off my entire order. It was, truthfully, a good deal. I placed an order. What I didn't realize at the time was they don't bill for items until they ship them and they apparently have until the 12th of never to do so. I noticed 2 items weren't listed with the order summary I received but didn't think much about it. A month later I began to wonder about the 2 tops I had not received and contacted them by email. I received a reply telling me when the items would ship and, seriously, it was outrageously late. One was over a month, the other over 6 weeks. It seems each billed as it shipped and my pay source rejected one for lack of funds. I received no notice of this at the time. At some point I began getting letters from a Full Beauty. Com. Having no idea who it was, I assumed it was an ad and tossed it. After a few of these I decided to open it and see who this Full Beauty. Com was. Well, it was a letter telling me of the rejected payment & threatening me with collections. So much time had passed I knew something was wrong with this picture but couldn't nail it down. After a while I went on and paid it just to avoid the hassle. Then it hit me. The two items that did not ship with the original orders were billed separately and at full price... NOT the discounted price I was to receive for the code I entered when placing the original order. The items were worth the discounted price but definitely not the full price I was billed and I would not have ordered them at that price. Sneaky, Woman Within, and you've bilked me out of the last dime you'll ever see from me.

I was a employee at full beauty... And my job was so disgusting... The clothes you all are ordering are clothes that are already worn(most of their products)... I was in the area where we would open packages inspect the clothing and rebag them to be put back on the shelves to be resent out when someone else orders them... They DO NOT wash or sanitize or clean any of the clothing unless it needs it... How we were trained to clean the clothes was with a lint roller for only if we seen hair, cat hair or etc... Its been clothes sent back that were soiled with bodily fluids and etc... I left the job because I felt that their very dishonest with customers having you all buying clothes that you all don't even know if you getting anything clean new... Then their charging their customers high prices for used clothes... Now don't get me wrong some things are new and haven't been open but majority of their clothing is already worn... If you all really only knew what I seen as an employee working in the returns department you all would not purchase from their website which consist of Women Within, Big King, Lane Bryant Roman's and etc... I just want to be honest and let people know that your paying all this money for clothes people wear and their never washed or dry clean unless the feels it needs to be... I know i would hate to be dooped out of my hard earn money buying clothes yhat im thinking are or anything dis honest and I know as the honest person I am that you guys are not getting quality clothing... It just kills me deep down inside that the customers really don't know how nasty the clothes are that their ordering... Even the swimsuits al we do for those is put new liners in the seat part refold them and package them... Its people that even try on the underwear and return them because they don't fit... In order for you to get the correct size you would have to try them on... Its just so disgusting to know that their shipping g dirty clothes to the customers

On January 15,2021@ 8:05 PM I attempted to place an order on Womanwithin's website with my Visa Debit reward gift card. My order came back declined stating there was an issue with my card. So, I immediately called my gift card customer service and they said that it was showing a pending charge of $89.93 from Womanwithin and it should fall off since it was declined. Today, January 17,2021 I called Womanwithin customer service and the agent was incredibly rude (there were also roosters crowing the background... wth?)He interrupted me, said he could not see any information on this transaction and told me he couldn't help me. I told him I wished to speak with his supervisor and he said she would tell me the same thing. I said again, I want to speak to a supervisor. He says, my supervisor is busy. I said I can wait. He tells me to wait and his supervisor answered right away. She says she cannot see a transaction and asks for a confirmation or order #. I told her my card was declined, so I have no #'s to give you but there is a pending transaction showing on my card from Womanwithin. She says the sales department can help me and transfers me and once I explain to the sales department, the agent says she will transfer me to customer service and to ask them to find a confirmation or order #. At that point I hung up and called my Visa debit gift card customer service who put me through to the dispute department and they showed that the card was declined by Womanwithin but there was a pending charge showing and for some reason the hold did not expire until January 25,2022, 10 days later, even though it had been declined. The agent said that was unusual and he assured me my account would be credited after 11pm on Jan. 25th. If not, I should call back to dispute that charge. My advice is to avoid placing any orders with Womanwithin because if you have any issues the customer service department (and their rooster) are quite rude and not at all helpful.

Do not buy from this company would be my tip. Shop somewhere that has an awesome customer service department who actually cares about there customers and is willing to go the extra mile for you and who will resolve any issues that arise.

If anyone has shopped here for any length of time, you know orders can take a month to get to you, and refunds are a pain. Still, every now and again, we roll the dice over that really cool clearance deal, or a go- to staple that we know works, like the Kate big shirt. Sadly, branching out and trying new things usually ends badly. For me, anyway.
It started in April when I ordered a dress. It was not forgiving, and I returned it despite the archaic policy of receiving store credit instead of an actual refund (even if you pay with your comenity credit card, which is a rip off right there). I waited patiently for over a month before I decided I'd better check on my refund status. I tried chat, which was available, but as soon as I typed my query, it was unavailable. I called and waited over a half hour. I finally resorted to sending an email, which took over ten days. But, in the end, I got my gift card information.
I decided to order a couple of tops using the gift card. I put the gift card number in by copying it straight from my email and pasting it into the appropriate gift card field. I entered the PIN. It does not work. I thought maybe copying and pasting may have messed something up, so I went back to my email to get the card number and type it manually. When I went back to the woman within tab, the order went through... but it had been charged to my comenity card.
I immediately used the available chat for help, but again it was unavailable as soon as i typed my message. I called and waited almost an hour before resorting to email again. All I wanted to do was change the payment method of the order to the gift card. This is not hard with other businesses.
It only took me 3 days to get a response, but during that time frame I'd tried chat two other times and called once. I got a rep on the phone who was obviously clueless and told me that since the order was processing the was nothing she could do... wait until it ships to call back, and then they could change the payment method. As I was on the phone I got an email response that basically said sorry, nothing we can do.
Here's the thing. Nothing, and i mean NOTHING, should be this hard about ordering anything in the 21st century. WW seems to pride themselves on being stuck in 1995. Everything from lack of adequate customer service to having to pay for returns to waiting ridiculous times for merchandise to amending an order that hasn't even processed yet- none of this should be difficult. It doesn't make sense.
While no one was particularly rude to me, i'm completely turned off by WW and all full beauty brands due to the never working chat feature, paying for returns, and a generally poor shopping experience (don't get me started on the website glitches). If i can ever use this gift card, i'm done. I've blocked correspondence and don't plan to deal with them again. It's too easy to shop elsewhere.

I placed an order for Woman Within on May 9,2021. Today 5/19/21, the Women Within site shows the order has not processed yet. I called Customer Service, spoke to Nicole who said the order has not processed and probably won't ship until next week (week of May24,2021). Her explaination was that there was a huge increase in orders and they were backed up. When I asked if the order could be expedited, she said "NO!" I responded that this would affect my ordering from Women Within in the future. Why would I order from a company which can not process and ship an order within a week?
