I ordered a long wool winter coat (hard to find and in my size) Had one from 9 years ago that was worn and a little tight-same company and same brand. I saw a review where someone said they no longer had W's on the sizes so not to assume you were getting a woman's plus size. (should have listened to the review) I called the company and they assured me that the lack of W's on their sizes did not mean anything and they were still Woman's plus sizes. So, I ordered the wool coat in one size larger than my old one and sure enough when I tried it on the one size larger (with the missing W) was actually smaller than my old one which was one size smaller, but with the W on the size.
So, now the best part. The mailing label said to put on the outside of mailer bag and they would deduct 7 0r 8 dollars from your refund for postage. This sounded like the easiest thing to do rather than having it weighed at the post office etc. Wouldn't you know however, this did not prove to be true either. In the end they deducted 25 dollars from my refund listing a bunch of meaningless stuff such as handling etc! What a rip off 25 dollars plus my original postage to try on a coat that was not sized as I was told it was going to be (you know the W part designating it to be Women's plus size) Also forgot to mention the coat I received was much lighter weight wool than the one I had from 9 years ago. It was very poor quality and it was almost like a piece of felt! Don't bother with this company!
I discovered WW via their magazine. I was thrilled to see modest clothing at decent prices. I made a selection and went online to purchase it. First of all, it took forever to find the item I wanted. (It was a khaki skirt) I checked out as a guest, as I normally do unless it is a company I know I will buy from several times. When I put in the shipping address, it wanted to use the same address for billing, but I needed to change the billing address. Doing so, I didn't realize that this changed the shipping address to the billing address. When I got the confirmation email, I realized that my order would be shipped to the wrong place. I immediately went to try to change this. I ended up making an account to see if that would help, but since I checked out as a guest, it didn't sync my order with the new account. I ended up contacting customer service, and they sent me an email with literally nothing addressing the problem. I then called, but they told me that there was nothing they could do to change it, except put a note for the person in charge of shipments. This makes no sense. For SOME reason (this also is silly) the order wasn't going to ship for a month! Why in the world can't they just change the address? Then I found out around the time I was supposed to finally get it that they won't be sending it for even longer! I've done the same thing with Amazon and if you get the address wrong, you can just change it with a click. And that's with two day shipping! Why in the world were they so incompetent?! I will never order from them again. I don't even want a skirt now.
Overpriced made in china junk that is ill fitting. Sleeves are always too short or too long and same size at the top of the armhole as they are at the bottom of the wristband... huge!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I work from home and I don't have a car. So it's no surprise that my shopping is done online. This order was requested by my MIL so I ordered this for her. Item said delivered but never came. I said you know what sometimes that happens and gave them 2 more days. When I reported to the company, Woman Within, j was told to request a refund/replacement I had to fill out an affidavit and mail it back. I thought that was weird but you know it probably weeds out the scammers because they wouldn't put in the work. Fine I'll fill it out and requested a copy be sent to me as I don't have access to a printer. Was quoted 7-10 business days to receive it, again it never came. Now my mailbox is locked and xan only be accessed by a key. I gave additional time again because I don't want to be a nag. I reached out AGAIN and was told we'll send another but you should just print it off. I repeatedly said i dont have access. They don't care. Another 7-10 business days. And they have a 60day policy. I spoke with 3 reps, another 1 on chat, then Susan then Ginger a "specialist". I was told that I better get the affidavit in before the 60 days or else they won't do anything. All of there request methods require physical mail there are no upload or email features. No alternatives. They refuse to express mail the affidavit. Basically it's my fault that I don't have a printer and I'm SOL. This is a scam company and I hope no one who reads this, is subject to this unprofessional company. So in the end I'm out $85, no coat, no affidavit, no service. Do not order from here.
Beware using the credit card and pay very close attention to what company you are purchasing from. I went to the WomanWithin site and ordered some clothes. All of it was too large. (my mistake not theirs). I returned all of the items. I later ordered some different items for almost the same amount. I got billed for those items. I called to find out what happened to my credit. It seems that the first items I ordered FROM THE WOMANWITHIN site were actually FullBeauty items. The second items I ordered FROM TH WOMANWITHIN site were not FullBeauty so the credit I have for FullBeauty cannot be applied to the WomanWithin items. So even though I have never shopped on the FullBeauty site, I managed to purchase items from them and I can either go to FullBeauty and purchase or they can mail me a check for the credit but I still owe for the WomanWithin items that I would not have ordered if I had known I did not have a credit.
Please... please i beg you you deserve better. I know its hard to find big clothes and to afford them... but this is absolutely the very last company you should consider.
If you do buy anything from Romans, Woman Within, King Size, you will receive very POOR quality merchandise AND once they have your credit card number, they will continue to charge your credit card each and every month for $14.99 and you have to FIGHT with your credit card company to reverse the charges AND Woman Within customer service number will NOT help you. You are stuck with this scam. All you can do is cancel your credit cards, file a police report, file a complaint with the BBB, and write your Attorney General in your state regarding their scam.

So I get on the woman within website to order a pair of my favorite pants. A size 16 TALL straight leg tummy tamer jeans. I select the right size and color and it says they are in Stock so I order two pairs. Checkout goes smoothly all of my order info is correct so I check out.
NOW! I receive my conformation email and the size of the pants are 16W as in not the TALL pants I ordered. 16W is the average length that is WAY to short for me. So I email woman within and tell them what happened and to please cancel my order. Fast forward three days and still no response. So I get on their live chat and the woman says it is to late to cancel my order because in was already packaged. So now fast forward three more days and I still have not received my email that they say to "look out for in your inbox" letting me know my package has shipped. So I have no way of tracking it. So I online chat with one of their employees again and she says that there is nothing she can do. So I get ahold of fedex and track my package to which was scheduled to be delivered saturday. Never showed up and now fedex says they don't have an expected delivery date! The Woman within staff I spoke with were completely useless and I will never buy from that company again!

I ordered an e-gift card on 3/19/19 for my grandmother's birthday. I checked my email this afternoon (3/20/19), no e-gift card. Instead, I received a phone call from Woman's Within customer service department wanting to verify my purchase "for my protection".
I waited a few hours thinking that I would receive the e-gift card since I had verified my purchase, but still no e-gift card.
I finally called customer service and spoke to 2 people who told me that e-gift cards take 24-36 hours to process - for AN EMAIL to process! I asked the second person I spoke to if I could speak to someone else who would be able to assure me that I would receive the e-gift card in time for my grandmother's birthday.
She said she would let me speak to a supervisor and then placed me on hold. When she came back, she said that no one else would speak to me and just said, again, that it would take 24-36 hours to process.
This 24-36 hour processing time was not communicated to me during the checkout process. If it had been, I wouldn't have bothered ordering the gift card fearing that I would be cutting it too close to my grandmother's birthday.
I will never order anything from this company again!

They do not send your stuff. They do not credit your account back for it. Half the stuff you see online is not even available. Do buy from them. They will just take your money.

I tried to order some sale items. The Webb site wouldn't work, so I called in my order. First, the person taking the order had totally incorrect information for the price as well as what items were included in the "deal". I gave up and asked to be transferred to Customer Service. Going through everything again, for every item I ordered, I was told a wrong (higher) price than the catalog. Customer (lack of)Sevice went through a song and dance about the price. Finally, after 45 minutes and going over and over item numbers, page numbers, and reading for the page, she got it right. I wanted to let someone in charge know the problem. I spoke with a "supervisor" who said their problem had already been reported. Since I had finally gotten the correct price, the supervisor said there was nothing more to do. Great! At that point it seemed useless to let him know that correcting problems reported would have been helpful so customers would not have to continue with uninformed workers. Sorry I cannot add a photo to this review.

I received this catalog, though I dont know why, and thought oh these are cute capris. Sizes are 12w - 44w. I didnt see this, I saw thin models thoughout this whole magazine. That disturbed me, show me the real woman who fit these sizes. I am a short woman, 8 to 10 w, I used to be 12 to 14w, but as I got older, done with kids, I shrunk. But this still irked me that this magazine, that caters to the plus size woman,doesnt have models to represent it. Bad marketing, sad that noone saw this.
I have placed several orders with Woman Within over the past couple of years, and every time I swear it will be my last. The clothes are nice - sort of. I order them for my mom (in her 70s) and for myself to wear at home. The prices are not cheap, but reasonable enough. However, their service is abominable. Every single time, the order just sits unshipped for at least a week and sometimes longer. Last summer, I ordered a t-shirt that never shipped. After three months of delays, they sent me an email that the item was no longer in stock. I swore I wouldn't order from them again. Sucker me. In November, something nice came up on sale, and I ordered it. Again, delay after delay, after delay came up. By the time they told me it would (hopefully) ship in mid-February, I no longer needed the item since winter would be over by the time it arrived, and it was a cold-weather item. I had to cancel the order. And again, I fell for the "save X amount" promos from them and ordered something for my mother's birthday. That was a week ago. The order has not yet shipped. It may or may not make it by the time my mother's birthday comes, but this is the last straw. You can get orders shipped faster from an overseas-online-only companies than from this Indiana-based company. I could have ordered a similar item for the same price from Lands End, and I would be in the mail by now. Woman Within is not reliable.
I will never EVER order from this company again. I placed a order and if you joined the rewards program for 1.99 you would be eligible for a free shipping rebate there is a place that says "click here" to claim your rebate which did not work I could not claim my free shipping rebate.The nightmare began with numerous phone calls to customer service that would not answer the phone I called 5 days in a row being on hold for 45 mins at a time. I would call different numbers to see if they could help me get my rebate after no results I cancelled my order to find out 4 days later it wasn't cancelled now I cancel the the rewards program to find out a couple of days later I have been enrolled in a another rewards program that I had to cancel still no help with my rebate question I would be told you have to speak to customer service! How can I speak to customer service if they won't pick up the phone? When I would ask to speak to a supervisor I would get disconnected! Now I am stuck with this order and no rebate on the shipping can't imagine what might happen if I have to return my purchase!

Dissatisfied does not even come close to describing my latest experience with Woman Within. It seem to be their practice to say that you don't do exchanges if the item was paid through PayPal and refund the item, then do the exchange a week later WITHOUT communication to the customer, it is a horrible practice. A week after my refund had been processed, I reordered my item through one of one of their sister sites, only to find out that the same day an exchange was processed, causing me to get charged for the exact same item twice. Because both purchase were already processing I was told that neither order could be canceled. Now I have to wait for both shipments to arrive and return one for a partial refund, since I will be out the cost of shipping to send me the item. This has caused me such a headache with my finances and bank account because of getting charged twice when I was only planning and budgeting for ONE order/shipment. Thanks to this experience, I have no intention of ever ordering from Woman Within or any of it's sister sites again. It's shame because the clothes have always been good quality, but I don't have the desire to be screwed over in this way.
Terrible. They are very hard to deal with. Put charges on my bill after I returned everything. Their sizes are not right. You cannot understand them over the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM WOMEN WITHIN.

I was going on vacation and I needed some bathing suits so I clicked on sets, so I chose three bathing suits that I wanted not knowing that two of them only came with the tops And one was a full bathing suit. So I went back to the pictures and read the description and it shows just the tops, which I don't understand why because I chose sets and the picture clearly shows tops and bottoms. So I paid 53.99 each for just tops, That is ridiculous. So I try to do a chat and it showed agent connected but they never responded and I asked them to acknowledge and they ended the session. So I tried again agent connected but they disconnected on me again so then I decided to call the 800 number and I got Josh who I could hardly understand, when I clearly explained everything to him all he wanted to do was go over my account and get my email so that he could send me promotions. Then he asked me questions that I already answered so then I asked to speak to a manager because I was tired of wasting my time and he told me that if I wanted to speak to a manager it was going to be an hour wait. This place is ridiculous and I've seen the other reviews and how no one ever gets a refund so I guess I'm at a loss here and have to keep my items but I will never ever order from this company ever again they just don't seem to care about their customers or making it right.
