“Price of clothing and shipping”

I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.

This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.

Purchased one pair of pant from women within for $40. Ended up to be $58. They charged me $14. For shipping that is because they stuffed 10 of there magazines in the package and let me foot the bill for it. They sent me the wrong size too small and too long. They don't know what petite means. I went according to their size chart witch is wrong. Petite is a 29" inseam not a 31". I don't have giraffe legs just because I fit that size. Refuse to give me money back, only want to give me some lame gift care for $43. Do they seriously think I want to buy anything else from those rip off artist?

Tip for consumers:
I don't have any photo links on my lap from my phone to send my receipt act.
And wow what horrible hassle just do get a refund for pant too long and too small!!!

My first order was capris, the navy blue pair had a small hole in the leg. I overlooked this and ordered more capris, 2 more pair, (after a few times wearing them) the stitching came out of the waist bands. They are too high priced for the quality of their clothing.

I placed an order on 9/21. I needed the article no later than 9/28. I paid extra for express shipping. Today is 9/28 and the item has not been shipped. The only thing I have is a tracking number and when I look up that number is states the label was created and nothing is in their system yet. I have contacted them several times and they insist the item was shipped. They are nothing more than a scam! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Normally their packages come tightly sealed. This last order was ripped open and then packing tape shut very minimally. An item was missing and when I called to advise and wanting my item, Their agent:Shy" would only refund my price, even though I wanted the item. I had to really yell to get her to transfer me to a Supervisor, Jerry, who was not to much help either. I ordered the item in a 28 and they no longer had the color I ordered in a 28 but many others in a 28 but at a higher price. Instead of taking care of their customer and offer me the correct size in not the color I wanted but the next cheapest color. If I want the item I have to settle for a size 24, Which I will try but not to hopeful that it will really fit. Hope their sizes are way off. But they certainly do not care about their customer, when someone in their order process had to rip my package open and remove the item and then do a half $#*! tape job and ship it out. I have done.business with them for years and have been happy. They have really changed over the years and the quality of the clothing has really deteriorated. The size I have ordered for years no longer fits. And….this e-card. If I want an exchange or a refund I DON'T want it back in their e-card. The headache of doing business with you is just not worth it.

We received an incomplete order that was also the wrong order. We were told before we could receive our missing items, we would have to ship those wrong items back at our expense, PLUS pay a $10.99 restocking fee, before they would send us the correct order. I would not even call the woman we delt with IN NO WAY, by her attitude a customer service rep, and should be removed.

It is almost impossible to get the correct prices online, even if you order from a catalog you received the same day you order. I have seen prices change in only a few minutes trying to order online. I'd advise calling and tell exactly what you see in your catalog and online. What a shame!

Their quality of clothing is very poor. Material is cheap and fades. You are charged for returning items and very strict quidelines. Most places do not charge a return fee. They tack on a hefty late charge. The prices have increased, but not the quality or service. Very unhappy.

Tip for consumers:
They already have a poor rating. I wish I would have read reviews before orderind of this company - they are in with other companies who probably operate the same. Very unhappy with quality and return service.

I ordered several items. I was charged over $250, the total of my order, at the time I placed my order. I was then charged a second time for the total of my order, over $250. Both are pending on my debt card and therefore, my cash flow is being held accordingly. I called the customer service and was told it is pending and one will be dropped within 3 to 5 business days. I said I know what pending means. I asked why they put two pending amounts on my debt card. No one could answer the why question and just kept repeating that one would be dropped and did I talk to my bank. I asked to talk to a supervisor and no one was available. Therefore, I was transferred multiple times instead. Thank goodness I have money at this point but what if I could not afford a hold like that.

I disputed this within a month of not receiving my product. They had drawn out the dispute by going back and forth with me to the point that I can't get recourse anywhere else. They insisted i signed for something and when i asked for them to show me, after several requests, they said it was still at FedEx. They sent invalid tracking numbers for FedEx. When I told them they said it was nothing they could do. They would not respond to BBB when i filed complaint.

Your package arrives with an excess of catalogs which were included in the cost of shipping. I had the weight verified at my post office. My last 3 orders items were canceled without any notification. Most recent I ordered a jacket on 12/10/2022 and my order was canceled on 1/26/2023. And that item is now on sale.

I have made my last purchase with WW. They sent me the wrong items and charged me for the return. The sizes are not standard. This is not the 1st time I have had proiblems. Items not worth the cost and/or hassles!

Placed order in September received only part of order in October and paid for that in November. Received rest of order in November which didn't fit well and followed return policy to return. Would not credit account and they said I should have cancelled order before I received it. Trying BB and see how that goes.

The sizing charts were way off and returning the order became a nightmare. No return label, the phone conversation incomprehensible and unsatisfactory. Refuse to pay shipping twice and am now stuck with this order. Wouldn't send a person i don't like to this company.

When you order you pay a shipment fee. Then if you want to return you pay a shipment fee again. And you must go to a return store to return. Cannot mail from your house. Plus it takes forever to receive it. Then the order was the wrong product. DONE

The company states that it will refund, exchange and help the customer to get what they are wanting to purchase, however they have instigated so many loopholes and restrictions that there is really no customer satisfaction to be had. I have paid more in shipping, returning, restocking and reshipping the correct item than I did for the item. All I needed was a different size. Futhermore, this was all for my mom. I feel like Woman Within is taking advantage of woman. They target the senior demographic and then make it very hard for them to actually get what they need, in the size they need. Etc. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE would I suggest purchasing from this company.

Just got off call with Customer Serice Rep. She advised me the catalog prices are 50 % lower for same items. Advised me I could use the 50% off coupon on the web; but cannot use the free shipping coupon too. So shopping on web is faster, but more expensive. Not sure why the mark up for web and automation is more expensive. Or why free shipping is limited to only catalog orders. Same product, same company but different rules Web vs catalog.

I recently ordered from Women Within. I am inundated with e-mails and catalogs from them which I usually discard. I have ordered from them before and it has been hit and miss mostly miss due to very poor quality and sometimes fit. I don't know what persuaded me to order again but I did - a pair of leggings, a bra, and a top which I have yet to receive. The leggings and bra came - the leggings material was not soft like the catalog said -stiff material and the pattern on the legs does not look right. The bra was ill-fitting -some extra material under the cup not sewn right- not due to me ordering the wrong size.I am hoping the top is decent enough but not holding out any hopes and also extra long delivery on the top. From now on when the catalog comes it is going directly in the garbage-which in my opinion is what their clothes are -garbage

DO NOT ORDER and wash anything from this company. This has to be the worst quality of clothing I have ever ordered next to Zilly. I ordered a black polka dotted dress, received it last week, hand washed it on Sunday, to wear on Thursday and the black fabric faded to a dingy ugly grey bordering on almost white. I called Monday morning and got a customer service rep who could barely speak English and couldn't get my name correct to save her life. I kept getting the written script they are given as their responses to any question you ask them. I had to hear, "our return policy states you cannot return anything washed or worn" at least ten times. I was told to return it for a refund card but the warehouse team would have to determine if it could be returned. I'm taking that as a BIG FAT NO!

AWFUL!! TERRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Ordered black boots, received a white shirt. They say I have to ship it back and be charged a second charge and the first will be reversed after they get the white shirt. Paid $72.66 and received a $2 tee shirt! The sticker on the shirt clearly says blk bootie size 9WW.

Wow! I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from this crap catalog. The clothes are NOTHING like described or reviewed. I believe the reviews are FAKE because I tried to leave one, but once you submit a return they block you from leaving a review about the clothing, that there seems really shady to me! And for a plus size catalog, their clothes are SO wrong, I ordered the size I order in every other store, but due to Women Within BAD cheap policy of selling over priced clothes that feel like a burlap sac, they get away with it. THEN they charge you a fee to return the item and have the money put back on your Credit Card! That's BS! This place needs to go away! DO NOT order from them, the plus size clothing at Walmart is WAY better than this doo doo.

I purchase 5 pairs of PAJAMAS, they itched me to no end. I really don't want to purchase anything from Woman Within. This use to be a good place to shop. Not to mention they NEVER SENT me a bill, change payment date and charge me a late fee. I wouldn't care if this store shut down. I thought the PJ's were 100% cotton, please they feel like steel wool pads. I am done with this company.

These are the worse PAJAMAS I EVER PURCHASE FROM ANYWHERE.They itch like crazy.

I've spent thousands with this company over the years. The products usually cost a bit more, but the quality always made it worth it. I bought a robe at Christmas that came apart first wash. It was my first poor quality from them. On May 2, I ordered a complete outfit. After weeks of not receiving it I started inquiring. They keep trying to tell me it was delivered on April 6! They INSIST this is accurate and don't seem to understand why it could not have been delivered a month before the order was placed! I can't tell if they're incompetent, apathetic, or just plain stupid. I've turned it over to my financial institution and I will NEVER spend another penny with any Full Beauty brand!

This is not the clothing resource that is once was. Beware the changes

I inherited this catalog from the woman who lived in my apartment before me. Apparently she was a shopaholic who loved to subscribe to catalogs like Woman Within. I am petite and slender and these catalogs are laughable - all the models have my body type but they pose in unflattering, formless and oversized dresses designed to appeal to a big woman demographic.

I have nothing against clothing companies targeting certain body shapes, but honestly, hire some models that actually look like your customers! It's ridiculous looking at these models who would never wear these tent-like clothes without being paid.

I emailed this catalog THREE TIMES to get my address off their mailing list. They ignore me and continue to send me this catalog. Whenever I feel like overindulging in a chocolate sundae, I spread this catalog before me to remind me of what might happen if I were to lose discipline. That's the only use I find for their catalogs.

I purchased this coat as a Christmas gift. The sewing within the pockets came undone in about 45 days. Then the sleeves began to come apart at about 70 days, so I called them. I was told by their employee that I still had about 10 days to exchange the coat, but by the end of the call he let me know that the 60 day return period was over. They then explained that they are sorry for my situation but cannot help me due to their very strict policy. This was not an inexpensive item but it was cheaply made. I would suggest you go to your local store or a better online option. I do not recommend using Woman Within.

Buy your coat at a local store or more reputable online vendor.
