I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
I dont recommend this shop to anyone to buy merchandise. These guys charge for shipping costs and also for the returns. Also, I was surprised to see a monthly charge in my account for member rewards program which was charged without my knowledge. The customer service provided a direct number to cancel though they couldnt give a reason why was it charged. These guys are real cheaters. They were not ready to waive the shipping costs too. There are tons of shops who give quality product and offer free shipping. This shop is absolutely horrible in everything! I dont recommend giving even 1 star to this vendor.

I read in this website a review that doesn't show the lady very satisfies about the products.
She should realize that they have an excellent service, but if she decide to buy cheap cloth
And invest very little money, that's what she will get in any store, like Wal-Mart and so on.

I've ordered from WW many times and have never been disappointed. Be sure to sign up for the emails. I've applied the codes they sent me and bought great t-shirts for as low as 99 cents and dresses for $15. Each season they get new colors of basic items so watch for lower prices on last season's colors and you can get quite a deal.

Customer service is a joke. I've had an order in for 3 weeks now and nothing has shipped. Customer service only gives a stock answer that you know is a lie. They won't even try to help. Steer clear of these folks!

I can't stand this company! I can't track my delivery, it takes weeks from the time it ships. I could have driven across country and picked it up myself in less time.
A few days ago it said delivery was to be on June 30th, now nothing. Frustrating! If they are going to charge you for shipping, it needs to arrive faster.

Everything I have bought from Woman Within I have sent back. This time it was panties. They were huge everywhere except in the waist where they were too small. That makes no sense at all. Whatever you buy try for a size or two smaller. But, still, I have no idea what woman they are making their clothes for.

After placing several orders and waiting months to get them, when you need to return your oversized clothing. But be prepared to never get your money back. When I called for the fourth time after hours of previous phone calls they just hang up. They will not give me a supervisor. They are a corrupt company. I assure you no clothing article is worth the headache and eventual loss of money you will experience by using this company. Don't do it.

Their clothes run large. But mostly be very careful not to have to return anything because you will never see your money again.

They sent me completely wrong items. Understand this can happen but the customer service is terrible. It is difficult to find the contact number, it is almost impossible to get through the start menu, right now there is a wait time of over 30 minutes to speak to a representative, which leads me to believe that they must be making a lot of mistakes on orders. I want to speak to a representative because the options they offer for returns are quite punitive, which would be one thing if I had just changed my mind, but again: they sent me items completely unrelated to my order. Also, shipping was very, very slow; I would have thought they could take the time to pull the right thing off the shelf since they were clearly in no hurry. Not worth the effort, very frustrating, strongly recommend that you save yourself the agony. Do not deal with this company,

I REALLY wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from this company. First of all, the reason I ordered was because I got $20 off order for applying for credit card, so I purchased a posture bra and ordered the same size I always wear but when I got it was WAY too big. I called to set up return and they only refunded me for the price of bra (not taxes or shipping I paid) and it was a gift card to them! Return policy states "full refund" and "no return shipping costs"... LIES! I spent over $8 to open a package... REALLY! Their response to peoples reviews are pretty much... sorry we'll try to do better... what a joke. I cancelled the credit card because they will never see another penny from me. Do not waste your hard working money with this company!

I ordered five pairs of the same shorts in different colors and they were invoiced at different prices ie: black was $11.99; French blue was $14.99 and khaki was $19.99. I was on hold for 40 minutes and when I called back I was hung up on in mid-conversation. I have been ordering from this company for 16 years but no more. They owe me $11.00 and a major apology. Woman within's customer service is in the toilet.

There was a winter coat that I kept watching hoping it would get marked down by Christmas. It was not. Instead they marked it way up and then discounted the higher price but when finished they still had added a higher price by over $50. I can understand marketing as I am a marketer but there is an ethical line not to be crossed and they did exactly that. No more purchases from a company with poor ethics for me.

Bought two pair pants for $7.99 each. Returned them for a smaller size. Receive two more and again returned them. Did not fit. I called when I get notification that they received them. I called customer service and man told me that my bill would be adjusted to zero. Today I received bill for $29.53. Been on phone for an hour with three different people. Keep getting transferred where there isn't option to talk to someone. Definitely done with them.

Don't bother contacting the customer service again after posting here... I promise they are as insane as their business practices and they get off on every bit of it. We live in scary times... they are a prime example of this.

I spent 179.00 on four items, two of the items did not fit, I sent them back on 5/24/21 now it is 6/24 and no refund, they are quick to take money but not return it. It took forever to get anyone on the phone and I could barely understand them, I told them I wanted my money back now as they have had my return since 6/7 and she tried to say they were slow because of covid... BS. I told her I just ordered an item that came from China and got it in one week. She said she will refund my money now and it will take 7-10 days to show up. This place needs to be shut down people are constantly having this same problem with them. This no way to run a business cheating people.

I returned a pair of jeans and placed an order for 2 more items. I only received 1 item and a refund check. I spoke to 4 people who all gave me the same runaround. You didn't place an order for 2 outfits, but yet, I snapped a picture of it with my phone. Just no customer service, they charge you all the shipping/return fees and its not worth it. Trust me, I'm so done with them.

The customer service staff are not professional. Instead of helping with the customers issue they will leave the chat and not worry about it at all. That's unprofessional! Also, once I placed my order it took 2 weeks to process and another 5 days to leave the warehouse. And of course shipping takes a while so I am not so upset with that. In order to keep customers satisfied with their time here, then look into your staff, some are helpful and others are not the slightest helpful. & don't get me started with the staff that gave me attitude for asking where my package was and why it was not shipped yet. Not shopping here again. Its a HEADACHE! Save your time and patience!

I ended up getting help from one staff and I believe his name was Jorge. Thank god for him I finally had some information on my shoes. He was understanding, reassuring and nice. They real you in with "free shipping". Practically had to jump through hoops trying to get the free shipping. Had to complete an online form. Then send order confirmation. But what they don't tell you, is by completing the online form you are agreeing to membership fees. For us, it was $17.88 a month. By the time we realized it, it cost us a total of $35.76! Plus, of course, we never got our shipping costs reimbursed. Huge SCAM!

The clothes I ordered are too big. The return policy is $10.99 and you pay return shipping for their mistake. Which isn't worth the time considering the pennies on the dollar you get back. I'm making $100 rags and will never shop there again. They also own Roaman's.

I have spent a lot of money over the past 7 years with this company. I am in Australia so delivery charges are very high. I ordered a pair of black denim pants light twill pants arrived The company does not care and will not take responsibility for the mistake. I am caught between a rock and a hard place because to return the product and re order will cost me on far more than the cost of their mistake. They had me they lost me they will never get me again. Promo said purchase one pair of sneakers get 2nd pair half price. Purchased one pair for $29.99 with 2nd pair $14.99 on July 5th. Week later used website to check on status of order. Status said 1st pair now $27.99 and second pair now 21.99! Logged onto WomanWithin site, the 2nd pair NOW listed on their site for $16.98. At the time I submitted my order the 2nd pair were half off and IN STOCK. On the WomanWithin website there is a disclaimer that back ordered items are not subject to current promotions, however on July 5th, this item WAS in stock when I placed the order. This is not the 1st time that WW/in has performed bait and switch with pricing. Its unfortunate because plus size women are generally locked into a few clothing suppliers for decent professional and leisure wear. Its unfortunate that Full Beauty brands takes advantage of its loyal customer base treating them without respect and more like a 'captive' audience.

Check pricing as they can change while you are actually making a purchase
If you are using a computer, take screen prints especially of the price listed on the website before and after you complete your purchase.
Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to items that are out-of-stock
Prices actually can change between the time you complete your purchase and when you actually receive the item. Make no mistake, since they have your billing information they will charge you the higher price..
