I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
I have been ordering from this company for years and the last 2 shopping attempts have resulted in the most frustrating experiences. The web site chat doesn't work, the agents are rude. The "offers" are not accepted at check out. And when I get a supervisor "George" on the phone he tells me "I'm sorry" and yes, he is.

The first time I ordered from them I was unable to get help returning the item and I gave up trying.
The second time I was getting something for my mother-in-law so I decided to try again. It said 40%off so I went ahead. It took me 45 minutes to order because of pop up ads asking me to create an account or buy more merchandise. When I finally got to checkout I found that standard shipping was $18.
Next time I'll skip Woman Within.
By the way, the first review website that shows up if you want to review Woman Within is Consumer Affairs. It showed good reviews and it wouldn't let me create an account.

Shipping took over 3 weeks and that was not clearly stated when I purchased the shoes. When I call them they say that it says it on their website so consumers know it can take that long.
But it is not clearly stated.
They said I can get a refund it the shoes arrive later than 4 weeks! Their call center had no solutions other than I can mail them back at my expense.

1. I have been waiting a month for a refund.
2. When you call, nobody answers the phone.
3. The "account" information online is all messed up; it shows only one of my three orders, and does not show my return, even though I received an email verifying that the return had been processed.
4. Even though I type in my full address, the shipping labels they generate has only my name, the street name and city - not the numeric part of the address - which causes all kinds of shipping confusion.
5. The time from when the order is placed to when it ships is far, far too long.
They have good prices, but this is ridiculous.

Terrible customer service using website or /and phone service. Website doesn't allow you to do anything but order. No place to address problems with orders. On the phone I waited over 30 minutes up to nearly an hour with No service. I placed order over a week ago and it is still not been filled or shipped. At no place did I see anything saying the order was to be delayed for filling. I used to order often from them but lately service has gotten worse and worse. They also have already charged my credit card.

Will never buy from Woman Within again! I placed an order today. I put my email through to get 40% off as promised. The email did not come through until after I placed the order. I tried to call and chat. Absolutely no one to take my call or address my situation on chat either. I was trying to get someone to honor the 40% off. No luck. I've had problems in the past with Customer service on this site before but I thought I'd give it another chance. MEVER AGAIN!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I want to warn everyone who has not yet managed to contact this site and was not deceived by them, disgusting service. I ordered sandals for $65 plus $20 shipping. The shoes were not delivered and the money was not returned. Customer service via email had said we need to fill out and return the affidavit via mail to receive a refund. We send it via EMAIL AND POSTAL MAIL. Nothing. Contacted them regarding my refund status and they wrote back that its been 60 days and the chance to receive a refund/return had expired. So I was left with no shoes and no money back. Never ordering from here again.

Clothing that actually fits nicely. It is sometimes hard for a woman who has not only wide shoulders but a large bust to find things that fit nicely. I love that they don't cater to just one body type.

Women within and their businesses are using unethical business practices. You may see one price for a purchase that you have made recently and they jacked it up $30 and try to give you a discount totally unethical and I refuse to purchase or do business in this manner.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants. When I received them they were cheaply made, frumpy, and looked downright awful. Considering I'd have to pay to return them, I almost kept them to wear around the house but they were so ugly I figured I'd never even wear them at home. In addition, they slipped in a membership rewards sign up that I mistakenly signed up for. It's $16.99 a month! Per month! I can't imagine they have many sign ups for that unless people don't pay attention to their credit card charges.

They were very comfortable, today I washed them and when I took them out of the washer, the sizing was ripped off and all frayed. There was a hole in the arm where it attaches to the shoulder. I did not send it back because they were 22.49 with a 7.50 return fee. I was not putting any more money into this rag.

She said, "no," but assured me (?) that if I call in a month, I will be able to have the large late fee waived. I assured Katrina, the phone clerk waiting on me, that I am going to pay my debt as soon as I can, and promptly cut up my Woman Within credit card. Katrina didn't offer any condolences for my mom's passing. This is a loser of a company!

I order from WOMAN WITHIN occasionally. I like their fashion. The clothing usually fits good. I have ordered a couple items that didn't fit, but it was my fault. Had I read more carefully, the reviews stated the item ran small and to order a larger size. I will continue to order from them, but wish they were a little less expensive.

I ordered from Woman Within a catalog offering free shipping of orders over $50. It was 2 shirts. One $27.99 the other $22.99 which equaled $50.98. It was a split order. First shirt arrived $27.99 and I was charged $9.99 for s&h. The second shirt arrived $22.99 a month later and I was charged $3.00 for s&h. So in total I was charged $12.99 for s&h. Then I noticed they reduced the price of both shirts by $1.00 to bring the total below the free shipping. When I tried to rectify the discrepancy I was given the runaround. I don't like dealing with dishonest companies so beware shoppers and check your credit card statements carefully. I will not be shopping with Woman Within or their other affiliates because I can not trust them.

I had a very bad experience when I placed a large order from a 'Free Shipping' catalog. However - I was charged for shipping. When I called to ask why I was told it was because I paid for my order using
PayPal. Apparently - they don't give free shipping to people who use PayPal.
Too Bad I didn't learn my lesson. I placed another large order in July. Since placing the order I have been very ill and hospitalized twice. I called today to explain. I have 8 items that are way too big for me (I lost a lot of wright while I was ill). All of the items are in the original packaging just as I received them. I am way past their 60 day return policy but I asked if they could please make an exception due to my circumstances. All I wanted to do was exchange for a smaller size. They refused. I guess I am a slow learner but I finally have it in my thick scull that these people do not deserve my business. BUYER BEWARE!

On April 19,2021 I placed an order for my mother and the order had not been received after 2 months. I checked on the order twice and was told it was in process of being shipped. NOT! I called and cancelled the order and asked for the check to be returned and was told it would returned but to date no check! This was my first and last time purchasing anything from them! Customer service is terrible if you can get through. Very unprofessional and sorry service! I cant even give them a rating because there isn't one for 0!

If you have to return something, good luck. There's no customer service, their information online isn't that clear, and oh by the way they're going to charge you 10 bucks or more just to return something.
UPDATE: I still haven't received my exchange. I guess I'm just out the 30 bucks for the pants.

Ordered shoes online and box came up stating I qualified for FREE shipping if I signed up for their membership card@ $1.99 the 1st month then $14.99 a month. Signed up thinking get the free shipping and then cancel but was still charged $10.99 shipping. Called and was told it's a reimbursement program. Did the steps for reimbursement and then was informed I'd get the reimbursement in 3-6 weeks in gift cards. NO WHERE in the online prompt advise me that I wouldn't get an actual refund for shipping. Demanded that account be cancelled immediately and cost refunded. Woman had the nerve to say no other customer has ever complained about this before- I highly doubt this. Very dubious business practice to tell customers they're getting free shipping if they sign up then charge them and reimburse in gift cards to ensure they spend more in your stores.

I ordered as guest, rather than using my password. Used my email address, when ordering. Did not receive conformation of my order, called customer service, they had sent confirmation of order to my dead husbands email (updated information 8 years ago) They said they could not send it to my current email, it went to the default one. The order has been in process for a week and not shipped yet, I asked them to cancel order, but they said it could not be cancelled as it was being processed. I made a similar order same day from one of its sister companies and received it within two days. Still waiting on order to be shipped...

I returned all the items I purchased because they were all too big. I asked for a refund of my money. I received a refund minus $20 which included the original shipping fees and the 7.50 return fee. This means Woman Within made $20 and I received nothing from them! Do not buy from this company! Another disadvantage was it that it took forever to get my clothes.
