I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
They only allow cancellation for 30 minutes, although it's been a week and my order is not shipped. I was told I may return the items, and only when asked directly did they disclose that they charge a fee to return.

Twice I have ordered a certain lounger, both times I received a different lounger. If/when they run out of a product, they won't contact you and ask you to choose a replacement, they just send you whatever they like.
I will now buy Woman Within at thrift sites. That way I know what I will get. Cheaper, too.

I ordered 2 items on 10/20/2020, today is 5/30/2021 and they have not arrived. Also ordered a skirt on 3/28/201 the status says "shipped" but there is no tracking number or estimated delivery. Had I known delivery was so vague and long, I would not have ordered, despite the sale prices.

Had my exchange went through, shipping for one jacket would have been $23.98! But, they cancelled my request for an exchange because I paid with paypal & I guess an email or a call would have been too much trouble. So, I have nothing & they kept $15.49 for that privilege. Never again!

Placed a huge order. Took over a month to receive my order. Clothing that was received is good quality - no complaints about that. One of the items I ordered was incorrect when I finally received it. Returned several items for exchange, including the incorrect item. Have never received the items I ordered in exchange - except to have the incorrect item returned to me with a different label on the bag. Have tried contacting customer service, very unhelpful. Overall, my original order was placed over 3 months ago and still have not been able to complete my order with exchanges. Also, when I sent back the incorrect item, I could not get a refund unless I paid a $9.99 fee - when I originally ordered, it was with free returns and exchanges. So I now have an e-gift card for somewhere I will never order from again due to their horrible service….

They have company math that they haul out. 2-day shipping means two days from when they ship it. They held my order for 2 days before they shipped it, putting the arrival time 4 days after they shipped it.

This is the worst company I ever encountered.
Was about to place my order when I realized that every item in my cart was not the correct sale price. I called to get help and I was told by the customer service rep that when my order processed the price would be adjusted. I have called 5 times spending over an hour each time trying to get my $35. Credit. They never gave me a credit and said after it shipped it would be adjusted. It shipped and they still won't give me my credit. I got an email days later that said they are giving me a $12 gift card towards my next purchase. I am calling my credit card company to cancel. I would never by anything from them again. Also their sizing is all wrong. They suck!

BEWARE -- this site is a rip off! I ordered five items from them in April. The items did not fit and when I returned them, I was charged a $6.50 fee plus they did not refund the cost of the shipping -- a total of $15.49 -- for NOTHING! Then I noticed that there were charges on my credit card during the months of May and June ($12 each time). WomanWithin had given my credit card information to "Shopper Discount" and they were charging me a monthly fee! Fortunately, I caught it and I have gotten them to refund the charges, but now I wonder who else they gave my information to! After all that, I found three of the items at a local store and the prices were at least 20% cheaper than the prices online!

These days its fairly easy to find order sites with easy returns and no fees attached. I ordered a 14 dollar item. It was too big. I asked for a refund and got hit with a 7 dollar restocking fee. Will i order again? No of course not.

I have been a huge customer of Woman Within for many years. Recently I returned 3 items that did not fit. The same items were returned back to me after several weeks. Come to find out they were returned 4 days after the 60 day return allowance. Now I have 3 pieces of clothes that I can not wear. I contacted customer service and was told they could not refund my money. I told them I understood but would accept a store credit. They told me that was not possible. They expect me to wait when something is on back order for several weeks. Woman Within wants to use Covid for an excuse when shipping has a lengthy delay but will not accept the same reason from their customers. I am very disappointed with Woman Within. It is obvious they do not want to keep their customers. I will be looking for another company to purchase my clothes from in the future.

I haven't ordered from Woman Within for several years but I decided to purchase underwear. I was surprised and disappointed that the size was too large and the quality was terrible, the panties were different sizes and sewn unevenly with threads hanging. So to return this I have to get a virtual store credit minus the shipping fees I originally paid. But I'm so happy I didn't purchase the 10 pkg. I will never ever order from Woman Within again.

I was a long time customer, until I had to return two items. Their customer service is horrible. The company insists I was sent an email with a gift card which I never recieved. They claim that they purge their gift card information every 90 days. Fighting with them now through BBB.org but even if this is properly resolved I will never purchase from them again!

I really like this website. I have bought some clothing from them. The only thing I don't like is that they go a little overboard with the email marketing. I like seeing what items are on sale, but I don't need to know that often.

STAY AWAY from this company! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! They charge you a shipping fee to get your merchandise and also when you return it, no matter what form of return you use.
I drove 60 miles round trip to their "RETURN BAR" at Ulta Beauty. They STILL charged me another10.00 convenience fee to get my money back. Hmmmm bought 28.00 worth of items, which did not fit and poorly made. Paid 10.80 to ship. Returned to their shipping location and then hit with another 10.00 fee. What a rip off!

My mother purchased over $100 worth of products in may of 2021. She never received any of the items from the original shipment only received the back ordered item. All of this was paid with after pay. She was told she had to sign an affidavit and mail it back to them for the merchandise that she did not receive. She did this and has made multiple calls to the company. She has received nothing but a run around which I have been witness to. No one has given her answers and now she's on the hook for clothing she was never in reciept. This company is a scam and should not be in operation. It is now SEPTEMBER of 2021 and nothing has been done to resolve this issue still since MAY 2021. Unacceptable and a disgrace the way this plus size woman's clothing site has the audacity to treat their customers. Shame on you folks and every last one of your useless untrained representatives.

I placed an order in what I thought was in time for Mother's Day. Still has not only been shipped but hasn't even begun to be processed. Finally reach someone via telephone and was told that even though they have not yet put my order together, I can not cancel. They are blaming the covid, however I ordered once before several years ago and my ordered then took over 7 weeks to ship. I wish I had not attempted again. NEVER AGAIN!

The worst place to order from and return 2! Stay away! They send you an email telling you your refund is being processed to credit card and then you receive a letter in the mail saying you have 90 days to use this gift card. Hello, what? I called twice for my refund to be returned to my credit card, still waiting! PEARL needs a swift kick in the a$$ and some customer service training! No where in your return policy does it say we hold 9.99 for returning items and she laughed at me when I said that, so so so unprofessional and JEREMYneeds a class along with PEARL! BBB needs to review this company, it's run by a circus!

I shop a lot online and never have had an issue with ordering or canceling and order. This is my first (and last) experience with WW. Tried to cancel my woman within order, CS person told me it was being shipped and she could not. Yet 3 days later, still not shipped. Called again to cancel. And again, same results. Also the free gift that was suppose to be included and was confirmed to my order, was later substituted for a cheaper item. Wonder if free item was legit to begin with.

I opened up a Woman Within credit account and placed a order. I am supposed to get a $20.00 credit. $10.00 was taken off my first statement. I made a second purchase ($89.58). The second $10.00 was not taken off my bill or statement. I called Customer Service. They redirected my call d 4 times. No one could help me. Someone suggested I place an order, which I did. I will pay the balance and cut up your credit card. You have the dumbest people working for you. They are clueless. Shame in your company

I used to love Woman Within jeans. The only jeans that actually fit me in a 16WP! Then this past year they changed manufacturers and the jean sizes shrunk! Ordered a pair and they were 2-3 inches smaller, couldn't zip them! Also the new pockets are patch, instead of the former slit pockets. Not flattering for those of us with a larger butt. I'm afraid my old ones will wear out before I find new ones that fit. How does this make us larger ladies feel, from a store that caters to large sizes? When I called and e-mailed they didn't seem to consider these things!

After selecting the items I wanted to purchase, I went to my cart. It popped up a request to take the credit card for WW. I did not want the card and closed it out. When I did, the order was automatically put on my Catherine's credit card which I never agreed to do. I did not get my free shipping code put on order nor any other coupon codes. The customer representative would not adjust the order for anything. I'm completely disgusted and will never order from this company again. I am canceling my Catherine's and Lane Bryant credit cards. I'll give my business to someone who wants it.

I placed an order August 2021. Received emails dated in October 2021, December 2021, and February 2022 stating order delayed. I received order in March 2022 and it did not fit. When I tried to return item in March 2022, Woman Within stated I should have returned the item in October 2021, that the 60 day return policy had expired. Refund was refused. Don't waste your time and money with these folks that steal your hard earned money.
