I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
Quality clothing fair price quick shopping. Have ordered off and on for several years and always satisfied. Clothes hold up great on even everyday wear and often washing. Very nice.

I bought a top as a Christmas gift for $35.91 I noticed today that they added a verification charge of $35.89. I also noticed that shipping costs as much as my order & if I wanted it by Christmas it costs way more than my item. I called their customer support to ask why that charge was there. They said it's for verification & will be reversed after 7 business days from when it was shipped yesterday my receipt says 72 hours not 7 business days thats a false statement & I will report it to the BBB unless something is done. This is Christmas & New Years 7 business days the earliest is the 29th but more than likely it will be January 2nd before I get my money back that they could have charged a dollar for like every other reputable company does. It's a debit card I used there is no need for verification just charge us & don't ship till the charge goes through which also takes forever. I ordered on the 15th the charge just showed processing in my bank today the 20th & verification charge showed yesterday the 19th. I called customer support no help at all & no apology. I asked for a manager & was told they were with another customer they only have 1 manager. Don't order from a company that tells you lies. I have an email that says 72 hours. Also don't order from somewhere that charges so much for verification when it's not needed anymore with today's technology. I want my verification money back now.

2. Disputes on pricing or sizes NEVER RESOLVED!
3. Will NOT deal with you until they receive their clothing back on a return. FUNNY THING? Your sent clothing NEVER ARRIVES! So they won't deal with you.
4. WOMAN WITHIN is another ASIAN CLOTHING CO. They all work the same way!
And SIZES are NEVER the same as American sizes - so you are taking a gamble that what you order will fit you.
5. IF you get it wrong - don't bother to try and negotiate with them. Keep your wrong sized clothes and try to sell them yourself after correctly sizing them. You will come out ahead.
6. The first thing I do when ordering clothing on line is to research the company. IF THEY ARE ASIAN - RUN! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! They will not deal fairly with you!

I just got off the phone with Woman within. I ordered an online gift card for my mom as a Christmas present. She was excited to get this gift. Now it has been a nightmare.
Woman within decided to immediately take my money, hold the funds, then send me a letter saying they would not process my order until I called their security department. Oh did I mention snail mail me a letter. Not send an email to my email address they had sent me a confirmation to, or call the number I provided and is on my account. Instead send a snail mail letter.
Upon calling they said it was for my protection because of the amount of fraud they get. They needed to talk to me.
When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told that they do not transfer calls, and they were sorry I felt it was bad service but It was for my protection. Again I stated how horrible this was and I was not satisfied. They terminated the call.
I called back and they said they could no longer discuss this issue, my order would be processed.
Stay away. It can take 8-14 days just to get a gift certificate mailed out.

I ordered some clothes from this company in December 2020. They took money from my credit card a day after I ordered, then didn't notify me of shipment for another week. Two weeks later, their tracking showed it had been delivered to my towns post office. A week later, I contacted USPS and they checked and stated the parcel had not been delivered there. I called again a week later and the reply was the same. Woman Within tracking is still showing it as having been left at my post office as of 02/04. I called their shipping partner and they insisted of had been delivered. I called WW customer service to tell them the package was lost and I wanted a refund of my! Money and they refused, saying that covid was slowing delivery times and I should keep waiting for the package. I stated again that both their shipping partner and the USPS did not have a correct location for it, not that it was moving through the system slowly, and that has nothing to do with covid. They still refused to refund my money. Its a shame that this company is using this pandemic as an excuse to keep my money without delivering my merchandise. I will not shop here again.

I was double billed for items not even shipped to me. After being 2 hours and 45 min, on the second phone call to correct their mistake I was told I would receive a credit for items not shipped.
I will wait and see if this is finally resolved.
Prior to this order a was a very good customer. I even gave friends and family, the website info.

I had ordered 8 shirts. Two didn't fit and I didn't like them so I returned them. The other 6 I liked but were too small so I returned them with the other two and wanted an exchange for a larger size on the 6 shirts. I filled out the exchange form, used the prepaid label which was a charge of $7.50. I shipped everything via USPS as Woman Within requested on August 27,2015. I never heard back about my return. I made about 4 or 5 phone calls to customer service only to be told to call back another time as they had no answer for me. On Oct. 2,2015 I called again and customer service told me they refunded me for all 8 shirts and never got my request for exchange on 6 of the eight shirts. So I'm not getting an exchange and if I want them, I was told I had to reorder them. I checked with my credit card company and on Sept. 15,2015 I got a refund from Woman Within. However, minus tax and my original shipping charge of $13.99, my total merchandise order was $105.92. Minus the return charge of $7.50, I should be getting a refund of $98.42. Instead, they refunded me only $67.67! They cheated me out of $30.75! So long story short, I never got the shirts in the right size and they ripped me off for $30.75 because they didn't refund me the proper amount. Calling customer service to fix this is useless. I'm writing to the President and CEO of Woman Within.

HAVE HAD GREAT DIFFICULTY GETTING A PHONE CALLED ANSWERED. WENT THROUGH 2 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND TO NO AVAIL. ON THE PHONE WAITING TODAY FOR 45 MINUTES. TO LONG OF A WAIT. RETURNED AN ORDER IN January and have been charged late fees ever since. Thought I fixed the problem last month. But to my surprise another late fees for 39.00. Wow not happening. I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOR THE STRUGGLE OF RETURNS AND CREDIT IS ADTOUNDING.

I paid my TOTAL bill and 2 months later they send me a bill with a 40.00 late fee! I called and the man on the other end said I need to listen to him and have proof and send it to the address he gave me that if I did that it would take less time. I looked at my ordering status and found that I had KINGSIZE billing on my woman within! Amount EVERY MONTH for 45.00 WHAT THE HELL

I bought 4 items in the wrong size. Confirmed with customer service about replacing identical items in one size smaller. Followed company directions and sent them back. Two items (pants remained at $14.99 when I bought them to when they were received back to when the company shipped replacements in the smaller size). Despite my offer of sending screenshots of all three times I checked, company charged me $2 more per item for the pants - even though they were never listed online for the higher price. Only when I threatened to report them did they credit my account back. Customer reps and supervisors were belligerent and non-cooperative. I was a loyal customer of at least 5 years before they pulled this. Never again. Also, they are not BBB accredited.
Update: I was encouraged after receiving an email response (on this site) from customer service, but was soon, again, disappointed by the lack of cooperation and the continued belligerence from the company's escalation team. No offer of proof or my side of the story was enough. It just made things worse. It's like the company went out of its' way to continue to alienate a long-term, once loyal, customer. I will never understand and accept that I won't order from them again.

This company has the slowest response time and the worst communication I have seen. Ordered a tankini top and bottoms on June 3. After a week finally received an email stating that the item was shipped. Followed the tracking and it literally sat for a week. Three weeks later I finally received a shipment from Woman Within. Unfortunately it was completely incorrect. Not only did I receive a bathing suit and not a tankini top, it was also the wrong size. Followed the "directions" for return and two weeks after I sent it back I did receive an email stating that they had received my return, however, I have heard nothing else regarding the replacement items I requested. It has literally taken all summer to receive a bathing suit that will not be here in time for my vacation. This is sad. Also, beware if you sign up for their emails. You will be inundated with them. They come all day long and can be overwhelming I have unsubscribed from the emails, I have no idea if this affects any other communications with them or not. Horrible customer service. I will never order from them again. EVER! Would give zero stars if it were an option.

There is a disclaimer on the site that states due to covid shipping is taking longer than normal. They aren't kidding. It has taken roughly 6 weeks and I still do not have my item which I will now be returning MINUS SHIPPING because I had to get it somewhere else to have it in time for my trip. I purchased a garment back in September. I did not realize the item was sewn with the unfinished edges on the outside of the sleeves near the shoulder. The weather was still warm and did not look to wear the long sleeves til this point. I wanted to wash the item before wearing when I noticed the poor craftsmanship. I CALLED THE COMPANY WHO REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS A DAY OVER THE RETURN POLICY. Sorry but this was poor quality not just a return. They should have taken it back. I have not been happy with the quality that has been coming from this company lately. I HAVE RETURNED MANY ITEMS RECENTLY AND WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

The product sizes don't seem to correspond with normal sizes or their own size charts. I order a 2x and what I get is OBVIOUSLY meant for a petite but is marked 2x. This happened more than once. AND, Their return policy is horrible and SLOW. YOU have to pay for sending the items back even when it was their screwup and it takes FOREVER for a refund or replacement! I'll never buy from them again.

I placed an order with Woman Within, my first time shopping and my last. I ordered several shirts and leggings and the web site told me the order ships within 7 business days. What it didnt make clear is it ships within 7 business days of the order being processed. How long does -that- take? However long they wish. They did not even contact me to let me know that some of my items were on back order. I only found out after I had to do some digging to find out where my order was. As far as I know it STILL has not been processed. They were able to send me TONS of advertisements but not one email that my items wont be arriving for xmas. I can see now, having belatedly read all the other comments, that Woman Within just simply does not care. I have written them to complain but all I get are standard cold canned responses. Which are NOT at all helpful. I would like to know WHEN to expect my order. I do not think that is too much to ask considering I ordered two weeks ago. I dont even know if they will be here by christmas or not. I would never recommend this company. You are much better off shopping elsewhere.

I have been ordering from Woman Within for about 4 years. I've never had a problem with an order but my complaint is that I can't order an item that is listed in their catalog. I received the May catalog that showed some knit shorts that had the Multi Tropical Beach theme. When I tried to order them they were already sold out! In MAY! Not just sold out of one size, but all sizes!
I received another catalog in June with the same shorts and they're still sold out! I sent an email to customer service and got the generic answer that I figured I would get. They ran out because they had more orders than they anticipated.
EXCUSE ME, but the model is wearing that style and usually more people order the style the model is wearing than any other! And it is the only Beach style shorts that you have in the entire catalog! People go to the beach in the summer, especially in the South.
I'm frustrated that they ran out of these shorts before the catalog was even mailed out and before Spring really got started. Please don't send generic answers to me about not enough stock. This is BEACH ATTIRE! You should have thought ahead!
