I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.

and said it was my fault. They would not take a return.

I ordered three pairs of shoes and two bathing suits for an upcoming family reunion at a local beach. After a month of waiting for my items, I contacted the company several times to check on my order. I was told via email and over the phone that orders have been delayed due to Covid blah blah blah. I never received a tracking number on the items I ordered. Then suddenly after 6 weeks and about 10 emails,
I was told that my order was delivered 4 weeks prior which was impossible. I have made numerous calls to the company regarding my never receiving the items and of course the charge is now showing up on my Woman Within account. Customer Service people could care less that you are having an issue and you have to spend a ridiculous amount of time with going back and forth. I don't know how they expect me to pay for items I never received. They now claim they are going to send an affidavit to either have my money refunded or resend the items. I don't know how long this process is going to take but I do know I will never order anything else from this company again.

I've been shopping at Woman Within for years. They have mostly casual clothes. Jeans, sweatshirts, knit stretch pants, basic t-shirts, etcetera. The quality of the item really depends on what you order. I've found that even though the underwear come in larger sizes, the quality is sorely lacking. They just aren't made well. The elastic comes unsewn from the fabric after the first washing. So be prepared to mend them yourself or send them back. Very disappointing! The blue jeans I use to love and wear are no longer available. Boo! They were the best item sold on Woman Within, in my opinion. They fit me perfectly, were 100% cotton, with 5 pockets. The quality was outstanding, a pair of those jeans lasted years and the price was unbeatable. Only $24.99! Shipping time is fairly fast (for in stock items), usually just a few days. So, don't waste money on express delivery. It's really not worth it. I also always look up current "Promo Codes" to save me even more money. It's really worth the effort.

Clothing materials are cheap. I returned my purchase the very next day only to find out after 2 weeks, that they credited me with a gift card instead of going back to Paypal. When I called she told me she would credit Paypal and when they finally did, (another 2 weeks) it was $20 plus dollars less. Called again and I was told I had to pay some fee of 10.99 along with 12.99 shipping. (But if I accepted a gift card my credit would have been $10 more.) It came in a white padded envelope so REALLY, was it 12.99 to ship here? OMG Never got my 10.99 credited back after they told me they approved it... been another 2 weeks,,,, called again and they wanted to do a 3-way call with paypal to make sure I really didn't get the credit back. Also, it says on their website that they will credit you back to the payment method you used upon a return. They tried to give me the gift card.
WHAT A SHAM OPERATION! I lost my $10.99 just because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. That's how manty companies work. They make it so difficult for the consumer to deal with them that they gain their monies anyway. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

I placed 2 large orders almost a week ago, and paid for the expedited 1 day shipping, because all our clothes were destroyed in a flood. They cancelled the order because I used more than 10 gift cards. Nowhere on the website, in the FAQs or terms, does it say that you cannot do this. If it is not allowed, then the checkout cart should be coded to not allow it. Their solution is I can reorder in smaller orders. However, now the sale is over, so it will cost $500-600 more for our order. Some of the items are now out of stock or gone forever. And they also told me the money would be back on the gift cards within 3 days, but guess what? It's still not there... Customer Service at this company is literally the worst I have ever encountered. If this had happened in one of my companies, I would have offered to redo the orders into smaller ones for the customer immediately, and price adjust everything for them, and then sent it out for overnight shipping asap. They couldn't even offer a promo code that might help bring down some of the extra cost. I am returning the gift cards as soon as they reload and will never be shopping here again. I will also be letting everyone I just recommended to them know my experience, and suggest they don't support this company after all. I will also be changing my review of them on the multiple social media accounts I run. They might not care if one customer leaves, but if hundreds never support them again, it will start to add up.

Some of the clothing is okay, but you really have to know their sizes cause they are different from everywhere else. The Roamans site is the same. Their return policy is not good.

I've purchased clothes from Woman Within for years. At this point I don't usually bother. Many times in the past I've purchased something I really liked in fit and quality, but, when I order it again the quality is awful. Then, there's the shipping time. If something is on backorder they should tell you. My last order I received one item within two weeks which is fast for them. The other four items still haven't arrived and there's no indication when they will. This has nothing to do with Covid. If you purchase something to wear in the summer such as I did, it seems it won't arrive until Fall so it's useless. And do not buy anything from them if you need it for a special occasion or vacation because it's very likely you'll have to scramble around at the last minute to find a replacement because the delivery times are so erratic. There's no reason for this, when you place an order they should let you know approximate delivery. Instead it indicates 'not shipped' with no explanation. I'm really sick of this company and they get worse every year.

I noticed 2 charges 1 for 14 95 1 for 3425 I called them up and they tell me that I had become a member of woman within I never did that I never signed out for it I threatened legal action I told them to give me my money back I've reported them to the Attorney General's I'm an ex cop so I told them this isn't gon to be pretty and they told me that they refund my money they are a scam company

I placed my order on May 1st, 2021. I called customer service (on hold for 30 min. Then I spent another 1 1/2 hours on hold for a supervisor) two weeks after because it said it was still not shipped. They said I was expected to receive my order by May 23rd. It came and went. I called customer service again. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Assured me that my order would ship out Monday. I hung up and called again. This time, I got a supervisor (supposedly and another hour wait time) who said the previous representatives lied to me as they have no way of knowing when something will ship. I asked to speak to the supervisor's supervisor. They refused and said we will have one call me back. To my surprise, the next day, one did call me back. He apologized for the representatives that had lied previously. He assured me that my order was due to ship out this past week. Here we are 30 days after placing the order. Order status currently: order not shipped. Like others, I order for Mother's Day and a birthday that have both came and went! I had to spend other money to buy alternative gifts as, like everyone else, they are holding my $229 while "processing." I may be a little more fortunate than others as I paid through paypal. If they don't ship within a certain amount of time, they cancel the order.

This is such a sad company. There is an absolute and total disregard for customer service at this establishment. The representatives and supervisors have no idea what they are doing. This company makes you feel as if you are on one of those reality tv shows "what would you do?" in an attempt to exhibit bizarre and over the top unacceptable behavior and see what how the victim reacts. Woman Within has no notion whatsoever of what is going on at their showroom. When ordering it is the luck of the draw. Sometimes you receive your items most times you do not. No update is given to you to let you know when an item is on backorder and when you take the proper precaution to only purchase items that are available, they often turn to unavailable in a matter of moments. Once you ask for confirmation, the emails are usually not sent, and if they are the wrong merchandise appears on the invoices. After speaking to 4 reps I was guaranteed prices and items that were completely and absolutely fabricated. The woman within proceeded to commit fraud upon my bank account for which I am currently looking into taking them to small claims court about. Woman Within is a genuine disaster and it is shameful that a scam like this continues to operate actively and openly. I, along with many members of my community, have taken proper steps to exploit WW for its variety of unreasonable and disingenuine features and hopefully not many more people are taken advantage of through this incompetent and senseless entity.

I have ordered from this company of over 15 years and have branched out to their companies as well, but now instead of 4.99 to return an item is 9.99 even after you were promised a free return label. What a crock. Waited on the phone for over an hour to get a price adjustment for something that went on sale and then told no I couldnt have it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS! You emailed the offer for the sale but again you couldn't honor what you offered. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOU CAN! NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTERED COMPANY

Quite a bit of my wardrobe is from them and much of it is nice, but a LOT of it is very cheaply made crap.
They CATER to the plus size women yet refuse to have ANY plus size models. All the models, though lovely ladies, are rail thin and I think that stinks...
If you are on Facebook, DO NOT complain to them about their rail thin models and cheap clothes... THEY WILL BLOCK YOU! That says a LOT about their company.

STAY AWAY unless you can find a promo code for "FREE RETURNS" you'll need it!
If you are plus size DO NOT let the models fool you.....it is NOTHING like what it will really look like on you!

I have been shopping with Woman Within since their inception. A couple of weeks ago, I received back two pair of booties that I had ordered, did not fit and returned TWELVE DAYS too late. That was my mistake as I thought that the allowable time for return was 90 days. The supervisor refused to budge on accepting them back even though they are STILL selling them in their catalogs and on the website. I could see if the seasons had changed, or they no longer carried them. I'm just really disappointed after having been a customer for so long. I'm now stuck with two pair of $80.00 booties I cannot wear. Then today I placed an order for 2 clearance items that I saw in a catalog, and 2 items from the clearance section of the website. I had a promo for $2.99 shipping from the catalog that would not work. Sooo... after calling and asking why, (and holding for 8 minutes) I was told that I could not use it because I could only use it for items that I ordered with catalog numbers and would have to place two separate orders. Ugh! I am really disappointed in their practices and their treatment of long time customers.

Beware of their fake "rewards program." I recently saw that I was getting repeated charges of $14.95 on my credit card from Woman Within. When I checked my order history there are 12 "orders" in this amount with no information as to what the orders are. When I contacted customer service, they immediately said "oh that's the rewards program you signed up for with your last order." I did not sign up for anything, and there is nothing in my last order confirmation indicating that I may have accidentally clicked on something that would have signed me up. When I was transferred to a supervisor I was told that after I placed my WW order, I would have received an email with a link to a company called "Clarus" and I would have had to follow the link and provide my payment information to register for the rewards program. I am pretty sure I would have been aware that I was doing that! Neither Woman Within rep could tell me anything about the rewards program and there is nothing about it on their website (it's not the rewards you earn for using their credit card.) And yet the charges come from Woman Within and both reps claimed to be able to see that I had signed up for it. However they refuse to send me proof that I signed up for anything. It's either a huge error on Woman Within's part that they refuse to acknowledge or it's a scam.

There are a number of problems with Woman Within and I only wish I had looked at reviews of them before I spent years purchasing from them. First of all, don't try to rate an item online at less than 3 stars; they will NOT publish the review, they will send you and email telling you how to return it. And don't try to respond to the email, it's not a working address. Secondly, if you DO return an item, be prepared for a hefty re-stocking fee -- they aren't up front about this so buyer beware. Thirdly, if you receive an item that is CLEARLY mislabeled or damaged, know that it DOES NOT MATTER to them --- they will charge you a re-stocking fee even if it is ENTIRELY their fault. Pictures of the size discrepancies do NOT matter. And last, but not least, the quality is horrible on many items and shrinkage is usually a given. Look elsewhere for plus sized clothing.
