I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
Their clothing is of good quality, fairly priced and the delivery is fast. I will continue to order from them.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I placed an order for a jacket on October 26.! Needless to say I just received it today Friday December 18th. I previously called customer service to inquire why I have not received my jacket. When I ordered it, it said it was available for delivery. Then I was told it was on backorder. So when I did talk to someone in customer service. The supervisor informed me that if I wasn't happy in other words I could take my business somewhere else? Wow that is really poor customer service.! So I called back again and I asked to talk to a corporate manager and I was given the runaround. I was told that somebody would get back in touch with me and nobody ever did. To me it is pretty sad oh, that if you have a customer that is always ordered from you. Why would you want to lose them as a customer? Woman Within shame on you...! I have never been treated so bad in my life. You are my first priority when I placed all my orders for anything I needed to do with clothes. Make me sad that you train your customer service to be so mean and ignorant to the customers. Hanging up on a customer trying to find out information is very rude. I just hope you take your policy and I hope you change your customer services attitudes! It's sad if you lose customers because everybody's so rude that works for you...

As a plus-sized woman, I have come to rely on Woman Within to provide my wardrobe. Unfortunately, I have experienced major issues with this retailer, so I strongly advise you: if you can buy from anyone else, do so.
First of all, their shipping costs are far too high, and they never comp or reduce them no matter how much your merchandise costs. This is a huge slap in the face to this shopper, when nearly everyone else in the business offers free shipping, or free shipping after a certain price point. This is one of the many ways Woman Within discriminates against plus-sized women, instead of empowering or beautifying them, as is their claim.
Second, their return policy is as punitive as their shipping policy. Even though their clothing sizes are far from consistent, Woman Within refuses to comp your return shipping unless you are exchanging items. That might be okay, but what about shoes or clothing that just don't look good? How is one supposed to know how something will look on them until they try it on? Especially with the skinny models you use! But Woman Within deducts $23 for shipping on any return, no matter how much it was, or how many items from the order are being returned.
For a mail order company with no store fronts, you would think they'd have better, more customer-supportive policies in place. But Woman Within doesn't value their clientele; they know we need them, and they exploit that fact with every order.
Lastly, and probably everyone already knows this, Woman Within's customer service is abominable, likely because they are constantly forced to defend their egregious shipping and return policies. After two phone calls with customer service, I had been hung up on, yelled at, and spoken down to by three different people. What kind of treatment is that for someone who placed three orders with you in as many weeks?
I have finally had enough. This is the last time I ever shop from this vendor. Not that they care, of course, because their customers are a mere commodity to them. They are extremely cognizant of the fact that some women cannot find clothes to fit their bodies anywhere else, and they are content to make them pay through the nose for it. Any decent company would be ashamed of such practices: price gouging and shaming their customers, all the while pretending to value and care for them, instead. Don't be taken in, and don't trade your hard-earned dollars for punitive policies and surly customer service reps. It just isn't worth it.

I have experience never had it in life and I hope I and anyone else can have it. My wife ordered 5items clothes, they sent 4 items complete wrong size,the 5 th one was right size.later on she paid that one item which she kept it and the 4 items shipped back to women within which she paid the postage $11 because the post office deny it,she called and assured that 4 items been received by womenwithin. All of the sudden thier bank sent full statement for the 5 items,it take us many hours between waitting and talking to different individuals in womenwithin to correct it,THIS over almost ONE YEAR.Bank came with other charges We have no idea where it came from.each month they add late fee until became $140.
We paid for this one item and we paid for the extra charge for the postage which we need to be refunded. They keep harras us by calling our phones and messages. This company need to be investigating by us attorney General and by the us trade commission. This case I am going to refer it to my legal counsel to fill case against womenwithin for continously harassment us and distribute our living.

I ordered a nightgown for my mother in law two weeks before mother's day, it came about a week before Mother's Day; I ordered a 3X, the package said 3X but what they sent was a 5X!
So, I called and they apologized and asked if they could send me the right order and I said only if it will come by that Thursday because that's when we would be heading home to see her. They promised me it would be there no problem I wouldn't be charged but on my bank account they had charged me 19.99 for fast shipping! Thursday comes and no package so I decided that we would leave Friday instead so that I could receive the package then. Friday comes and NO package. I called and the customer service rep says that it never was sent and the sales department had no way to contact me but every time I've been on the phone with someone, they have repeated my number back and my phone number is on my invoice! She transfers me to sales because she doesn't know why they didn't send it, all the while her customer service was AWFUL! That line kept saying they were closed but it was well within two hours of them closing so I left a message for them to call me back and of course to this day I have never received a call back. It's been a little over a week and a half after I have returned the package and I still haven't received a refund. This company absolutely disgust me and I'll never in my life make a purchase from this company again!

I have bought several items from this store. I bought shoes and the zipper broke. The shoe is still in excellent condition because the were just starting to be worn since it was cold and they are sandals. I contacted the company and all they would say is that it is past the 60 days. There was no assistance at all to try to compromise on a resolution. They should stand behind their products.

I have been ordering from Woman Within for several years and recently opened a Woman Within and a Full Beauty account, I placed an order for a pair of shoes needed for an event and after two weeks checked the status and found my order had not even been processed yet. I called customer service and asked to cancel the order and was informed this wasnt possible. The shipping costs that they charge compared to other companies is ridiculous so the fact they they wouldn't cancel the order so I wouldn't incur this cost was unacceptable. Not to mention the additional cost to return. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes at which time I was asked to call back. I said No I would like to close both of my accounts then and was transferred to another dept to do so. Again I was asked the reason for my cancellation but no alternative solution was offered, so i closed both accounts.
PENNY WISE AND DOLLAR FOOLISH. Shopping is my thing and the amount of future revenue they've lost is ridiculous so very foolish on their part.
I will never order from any of their umpteen companies ever again

My review isn't about the company. Its about some of the customers. We state all of our policies inside the catalogs AND the website! Do not take out all your anger out on us reps all because you did not bother to look up our policies on returns, exchanges, etc. WE ARE JUST DOING OUR JOB! We do understand your frustration if you didn't know about the return fee, or that we don't credit shipping, etc... but please stop yelling at us and bashing on us because we can't manipulate the system for you! I had a customer yell at me for not being able to use 2 coupons on one order. If you turn to the page that has more details for the coupon, it will state "CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS". Not only that, a customer wanted me to send her the exchange right away WITHOUT charging her even though she hasn't sent us the original order. Uhmmm hello, anything that leaves the warehouse IS always charged! It's like going to walmart and demanding to exchange an item but not having the item with you and expecting them to give you the new item for free! We can only do so much. We are just doing our jobs. Please, for future references, research the company's policy before you order from them. It would save not just you, but also an associate from having a bad day.

COUPON is a comeon only. They say 50% online only. BUT because I entered the item numbers from one of the 3 catelogs they sent, along with the coupon, they wouldnt honor because I "used a catalog"

Poor quality it's quite the scam they have going on... They offer you all these promo codes for all these name brands. There are no name brands everything's made in China. It's extremely poor quality Sweatshop material... So if you don't like it guess what you have to spend 7:50 to send it back and they change their prices on a daily basis so now you're going to get whatever discounted price they have now even though you receive will clearly show you paid full price for overpriced crap... So basically in all reality you already paid for it multiple times over.
Customer service is basically scripted? They will yes you to death. I finally only got results after I had called and emailed multiple times that I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor and I refuse to be put on hold once again with no results. Customer service tells you yes. I have it I'll do this I'll do that they don't do anything that yes you to death. They were sure you're able to accept my credit card number in my PIN number but yet on three separate orders were not able to apply the promo codes. I had to get on the phone to get refunds which took me multiple calls and emails to accomplish that... Listen if you want to buy crap at five times the price it should be be my guest!

I used to order on this website all of the time for my grandmother, and never had any issues. But after this last time (last month), I will NEVER ORDER from them EVER AGAIN! This has been an absolute nightmare and has left a really bad taste in my mouth.
I placed an order last month (April 17th to be exact) for her some shoes for Mother's Day. I ordered this ahead of time, thinking it would still get here on time, but boy was I wrong!
I experienced a 2-3 week shipping delay. The shoes finally shipped out May 1st. However, I still HAVE NOT received these shoes. Thanks to this company for deciding to use PITNEY BOWES as a shipping partner. Worst mistake ever! Everyone that has packages from this company NEVER receive it.
Woman Within customer service keeps telling me I can't get a refund until June 3rd, which I think is so wrong and not even fair. It's not my fault that I tried to order the shoes ahead of time and experienced delays and now my order is LOST. QUIT blaming shipping issues on COVID, when this is not the case, and PLEASE for crying out loud stop using PITNEY BOWES as a SHIPPING COMPANY! Also, please change the refund policy!
At this point, I just want a refund because I'm not expecting for these shoes to even come at this point.

I RECENTLY ORDERED FROM A SALE CATALOG FROM WOMAN WITHIN, SOMETHING I HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH BEFORE. IF THE NEW CATALOG HAS COME OUT, THE ON-LINE SITE DOESN'T WANT TO LET YOU ORDER FROM THE SALE CATALOG AT THE LOWER PRICE, EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM NUMBERS DIFFER. THIS TIME, WHEN I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHICH IS THE ONLY WAY TO HANDLE IT, THE MAN I SPOKE TO TRIED TO TELL ME THAT THOSE PRICES HAD EXPIRED, EVEN THOUGH THE CATALOG CLEARLY SAID IT WAS STILL GOOD FOR SOME TIME. HE FINALLY TOOK MY ORDER, BUT THEN SENT ME A SIMILAR ITEM FROM THE NEW, HIGHER PRICE CATALOG ANYWAY. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM? NOT ONLY IS IT TWICE AS MUCH, ITS 2 SIZED TOO LARGE AND NOT ONE OF THE 2 COLORS AVAILABLE FOR THE ITEM I WAS TRYING TO ORDER.
