I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.

I purchased nightgowns that started coming apart where the lace met the fabric. I saw they had other complaints of this when I looked at the other reviews.
They were not interested in helping me and told me there was nothing they could do!

They offer some nice things, but their prices are too high and thier common deals just never seem to actuall help or can be used that day or they get you with shipping costs based on purchase totals not weight. They give you a million codes and offers and yet nothing really qualifies for much or only one item will be marked down if you buy 3.
Dont shop online tired and read small print.

I ordered this for my mom 4 different occasions. They advertise that shipping is free anything over 75.00 four times a year. NOT! I PAID 14.99 EVERY TIME!
THEN, when you enter a code it gave one item off on it.
I canceled my card with them.

Shopped at their website several times for my (overweight) motherinlaw who returned every single clothing item she bought. The clothing was stunningly poor quality, flimsy, and barely sewn together not to mention pricey with unrealistically high shipping costs. She finally gave up and shops at better-quality brick-and-mortar stores for her large size.

I am giving up on this company and saving myself enormous aggravation. Sure, the clothes are cute. Turn-around times are ridiculous... weeks! Inventory monitoring is non-existent. Twice I've ordered things that have sold out 1 to 2 weeks later, so I never got product. Still waiting on my refund too. Wait time calling is more than 3 hours on hold. They take days to answer IMs and they don't REALLY answer a direct question with a direct answer. They want to take you "all around the block" instead. Used to be a decent company. Turn-around times were less than a week. Forget that now. They will blame Covid-19 till they are blue, but it all started when they became part of Full Beauty Brands. Really, really disappointing. Don't recommend to anyone unless you've got time to kill and money to waste!

Was promised $10 off 1st purchase with their credit card. Didn't happen. Called customer service twice. 1st representative didn't even understand the problem, 2nd one understood the problem but had no authority to fix it. Shipping charges are outrageous. If you qualify for free shipping it's limited to $15 and you don't get it automatically. You have to fill out a form, send back to them and wait 3 weeks. Great tactics to promise something that many don't have the time or will to do. Thanks woman within you just saved me $230.85 because I've given up on ordering from you.

I can't figure out how to get a sweater in the sweater sale. The website is all a gimmick. I've shopped here for years, but probably won't anymore because the sales are apparently too complicated for me. Seems like a scam, waiting for me to make a careless error so I pay more than was promised.

Took a month to get what was advertised to ship in 2-4 days. Calling customer service is a 45 minute wait only to be told that I shipped items cannot be cancelled. Finally received shirts that were enormous! These sizes are not right at all and the quality is no better than what I could have bought at Walmart for less money. Oh, and once they get your email address, be prepared for daily spamming. Never ordering from them again.

Both times I tried ordering from Woman Within I got badly made clothing, cheap fabric, terrible customer service and encountered a horrible return policy. That last, by the way--the return policy--includes a restocking fee after they've made you send back the merchandise at your own expense. And if you don't manage to do it within sixty days, their unempowered customer service reps (echoing to you over the phone from some distant land) can only utter impotent, insincere and agonizingly drawn out "apologies"--no solutions.
How hard would it be to let me speak to someone who actually could consider helping me with my problem? I did spend sixty dollars at their sham of a company. I would've thought it would be in their interest to resolve the issue with me rather than loose another deeply dissatisfied and downright angry customer into the world. Thanks to their negligence, they have another former customer who gets pissed every time they hear the name of the company or look at the useless items they wasted money on. Thanks to their unwillingness to work out a small return issue they've pushed another woman passed the point of "mildly unsatisfied" into "motivated to warn everyone what a $#*!show is Woman Within."

I bought and returned an item from Woman Within. The jacket was way too big. When I returned it I did not expect to get my shipping costs back. But not only did I not get the shipping cost back, they charged over $9 as a return fee. Then they wanted to give me what was left as a store credit. I paid with my Visa. None of this is acceptable. Not only will I never shop with them again, but I will also let everyone I know how they do business. There are plenty of other places to shop. Stay away from Woman Within. I wish I had read the reviews before I shopped there.

It clearly states on all invoices returns are subjected to a return fee of $7.50... If you can't read, that's your problem not theirs... If you don't know your size, ask, don't guess and get mad because you don't know how to size yourself... And PayPal... That's all online... "You" made the mistake... Why should women within or anyone pay for 'your mistake'...

Placed an order over $250, including an exorbitant shipping fee. Ordered 3/28, it's now 4/15 and the order still hasn't shipped. I've called customer 4 times and sent 3 emails. They wait a week before answering emails. Place callers on hold for 20 minutes +. I can't get the order canceled because it's "in processing". Stay away from this company. They don't care about customer service, charge huge shipping fees and then sit on your order for weeks. I've shopped with them for over 20 years, but no more. Woman Within, you've lost a loyal customer.

I was very disappointed with my order. The sizes did not match their claims. When I returned my order they charged me $26.06 For s&h. So I practically lost the above amount for their inconsistent sizes. I will never shop or recommend any one. Very bad service.

I agree with other reviewers, I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a garment described as pants but received a heavy garment listed as jeans on the package. I used WW's return slip and chose the e-gift card option for a full refund. They credited my Amazon account instead, minus a $9.99+7% tax restocking fee. When I contacted them, I was told that the e-gift card option was not available for purchases from "Woman Within on Amazon" and that I should have read the return policy. Since I have ordered from their catalog in the past, it didn't occur to me that the return policy might be different if you bought from their site on Amazon. Had I known they would take half of my money, I would have donated the garment to Goodwill rather than return it.

I attempted to purchase a pair of shoes; however, the price that showed up in the shopping cart was $10 higher than the posted price. I tried to contact the company by replying to one of their emails but it bounced. I then tried to contact using their contact form. I'm a web developer so am not a web page dunce. With all fields filled out correctly, regardless of what I tried, their form would not submit. Apparently, they want your money but they don't want customer contact or to be held accountable for their web content. Internet shopping is highly competitive. Buy elsewhere.

To me "free shipping and free returns" means just that. I recently placed an order and order 2 different sizes to be sure it would fit and it was "free returns". The next day I ordered one other thing because you don't get "free shipping and returns" very often. As it turns out, I had to return something from each order only to find out in small print on the back of the invoice that they charge a $7.50 "return fee". What! A return fee is not free returns. Nowhere on the front of the magazine where it advertised "free shipping and free returns" did it mention a return fee as that would not make a bit of sense. I contested it on the return slip and if they charge me $15.00 in "return fees", I will never order again.

WW is ok if you search first and get a code. My mom shops there as well so between sales and codes most of the clothes are worth it. She has had a problem with one item and getting Customer service to fix it. It was missing from the order. Any other sizing issues she has been able to correct, one girl stayed on the phone and helped her find product # from an over 2 year old order so she could get current price credit since they still had tags, her size went down and she didn't think to call. Yes some items were clearance but some weren't and it was store credit, but an order that old it was nice they did anything.

Do Not Order from this company unless you want to get your merchandise months later and have the money taken out of your bank account immediately and not be able to cancel (although they say you have 24 hours which they do not honor). They have terrible customer service, extensive hold times and are unable to get anyone in charge on the phone. Good luck!

Have purchased several pullover tops in between tee and sweatshirt in weight & all have these huge neckholes. Definitely needs to be addressed. Buying a smaller size does not solve the problem. Same big neckholes. Makes a nice garment look sloppy & way too big. I would return them save for the return fees since I bought some on clearance. Did NOT look so sloppy on the models. Don't know if I should chance any more purchases of this style.

Due to Covid, I ordered some items including 3 thermal tops, pjs, and leggings. I wear a size 16. Ordered accordingly, size XL. Huge. I sent back, on my own dime of course, L was still too big. The thermal top of my long underwear set ( XL) was more like a medium. I kept those, as I did the other items replaced.
Boots were $36.99 plus shipping, my orders were all shipped at different times so I paid more. 2 months later all the vinyl is peeling off my boots and they won't do a thing. Don't buy from this site

We made a purchase via PayPal and have all the documentation to prove it. Nonetheless, we received a notice from a collection agency that we owed for what we had already purchased. I explained everything to the collection agency and by the time I was finished they may have been thinking the same as I - Woman Within sounds like they are involved in attempted extortion. I'm still considering contacting the Federal Trade Commission and a good lawyer.

The first lounge dress I got bleed out green dye when washing in hot water 15 times with a dye remover. I still have green dye on body after at least 30 washes. They did not respond to my comments on the dye.
This last shipment had seven huge and heavy catalogs. By i closing those catalogs I'm paying for the cost of them. This is just wrong!

I've been ordering from Woman Within for at least 20 yrs. I will never order from them again, however. I placed an order on May 28 and it has yet to ship. The last time I placed an order it took awhile but I attributed that to Covid but other companies get their orders out in a timely matter. It's totally ridiculous. I know I'm not the only person that is upset with their customer service as of late. They better get their act together or they will be losing a lot of long time customers.

First they inundate your email with excessive "deals". The clothes are factory-seconds made of poor quality material and shipped from China and other parts of Asia. Seams on pants are often crooked and twisted. Also, all too often, their women's pants incorrectly button to the left (like men's pants) instead of the right side.
The shipping is slow and a "restocking fee" fee is charged for every item that is returned even if it is defective. The customer service reps are incompetent. One example - they created 3 different accounts for me using the same email address. I asked them to merge the accounts to one and after more than 5 months it still hasn't been done.
Another example is I was told to call "customer support" which, according to the rep, was different than "customer service". It isn't. They are stupid. I'm done with them.
