I always loved the clothing line. Hut the cost had tripled. I used to get flannels and tops about 24 dollars. But with prices now it 50 dollars with a discount and you cant use your Coupon with it. But then I get a Coupon in mail it had requirements and I use it right away and it's no good even if I call they say no. I tell them it is way before the date of expiration. It does not go says invalid. Clothing is now over 24.99 sometimes in the fifties. With 10.00 or more shipping with 1 shirt. I've decided to shop local kohl's or other places and lose weight. It's a great incentive to not have to shop big sizes. That way I save money.
This is actually 1 of 16 'companies' owned by Full Beauty Brands LLC. I've been buying from them for over 10 years now. The prices can be quite reasonable but it's hit or miss whether you get good quality clothing. Their track, when you order, is abysmal. You'll get an email link to check your order status and there will be nothing there. Make sure you're logged in and click order history, nothing. That's always been a problem for them.
If you place an order that has not been shipped yet, do not even think about cancelling it. They have to charge your card and ship it, then charge you $9.00 to use their return shipping mail label for something you never wanted. Call and the hold time is less than 15 minutes due to Covid. Understandable, I just put the phone down to wait. One hour and 43 minutes later I hung up. Repeated the next day. Over an hour again. But if you select to place a new order, they certainly can answer and then rude because you are not ordering something and just want to talk to a human. Excellent service LOL.

The Woman Within franchise in Indianapolis is a joke. Ordered a pair of 70 dollar shoes for my wife. Sent them back for a refund since the shoes weren't comfortable. Expected a full refund but instead got a 57 dollar store credit after handling and shipping fees deducted. A store credit, really. Once they get your money, it's now theirs and not yours anymore. The joke is on me and I'm not laughing. I should have looked at their reviews before buying. Will never do business with them again and neither should you.

Poor quality, overcharged, make you pay to return items when sizing and quality is off - they do NOT look like the photos -- everything I have ordered from here looks like a sack of potatoes when worn! Go to C. J. Banks for quality nice womans size garments -- check out their clearance sale they have all the time.

This site is like many; you must be careful what you purchase because the fabrics for clothing are often thin and seams are messy or uneven. Just be careful about what you purchase. Never had a problem with customer service however to return items.

Returned items. I tracked the return and it was delivered to them on April 20th. It is now May 15th. Tried emailing and calling numerous times to find out where my refund is. No response! You can't even talk to a representative. Says unavailable. This is unacceptable! How does a company receive your return and not return your money? They need to be reported for their business practices!

I initially thought this site was for grandmas who wear house dresses but I'm now hooked! They have some really good deals. Also, their swimwear is amazing. As a plus size woman I have a hard time finding swimwear that looks and fits good. Their selection is great and I am now a regular customer!

I got my items from WW on 10/28/19. Mailed it back for return on 12/21/19( quality of the items was bad). Called customer service on 1/7/2020. Representative told me my package came to them on 1/6/2020. (From Missouri to Texas 3 week?). But was told I can expect credit to my account within 5 days. On 1/10/2020 I received my package back from WW ( to mail it back from Texas to Missouri 3 days only!), I called customer service was told my return was "late return ". It is why I was disqualified from credit. Representative Jacob(ID *******) from Woman Within makes fun of me, because of my accent. How Women Within hire people to represent the company, who is making fun of the customers? Really bad experience, I hope people will stop buying from company who disrespect customers. Bad customer service, bad experience, not quality products.

It's difficult to find quality large size clothing that isn't astronomically priced. Woman Within has good quality clothing for large women and their prices are affordable... especially during sales! I've never had a problem with the items I purchased (sooo many items!) and the shipping and packaging is great. The website is good about indicating when things are no longer available or on back order. If this is your market, Woman Within is definitely worth a try. I love it!

I have never had a problem with Woman Within. I first ordered from them about 9 years ago: two shirts. One was fine, the other came with a spot. I sent it back for a replacement, which came in a reasonable time and was fine. I still have both shirts. About 4 years ago I ordered a bra. It came in a reasonable time and is great. I just ordered another shirt and a pair of pants from them. I came here for reviews because even though I placed the order last Thursday, today (Monday) it is still being "processed for shipping." Other places would have shipped it by now. But I will wait and see since I have not had any problems before.

You need to re-think your catalog. Your sizing covers small (12?) to 6x, but all your models are lucky if they're a size 8 or 10. Please us0e real size models, so we can see what the clothes would really look like. Some of these girls are swimming in their clothes, and look absolutely ridiculous.

Placed order late March early April and it took over a month to recieve it. Day after receiving I returned most of it. Only response I receive is order still processing. It has been iver a month with no emails confirming received returns and no refund. Stuck on hold for over an hr. Simply get run around. No answers. I will never purchase anything from them again

Their 60 day, no excuses return policy is unreasonable. I bought summer jeans, wore them, washed them, and put them away. Went to wear them today only to find out the seams are shredded. They have refused to allow me to return them for credit. I also bought a winter coat, which is now also returnable, being past 60 days. This policy, in these times is not acceptable. Due to covid, I am not going out DAILY, so not getting dressed every day. Read all of their policies before buying from this company

Corrine, thank you for your response. I'm not aware of the time frame of my return, since I ordered the products about 4-5 months before they finally showed up. By that time I'd had knee replacement surgery so my ability to try anything on was sidelined for a while. I've never had to wait that long for a product before. My order # was *******3898, shirt and shoes. There's sort of a disconnect regarding the possible late return of clothes I ordered (and paid postage for both ways) and the unbelievably long time (4-5 months) WomanWithin took to send those products (at my expense). Yes, please - since the clothing you carry does not come anywhere close to fitting me I'd prefer a refund to my credit card in lieu of a WomanWithin "gift card". Thank you for responding.

I've ordered several things from this company over the years but this last year has been horrible. For in-stock items plan on at least one month to receive it but they will charge your credit card immediately, so they use your money for a good three weeks before shipping. Recently I waited a month for two shirts and when they finally arrived the items were not correct, they were capris instead! When I called they told me they wouldn't refund the shipping and would charge me another $9.99 to send them back! After some talking and re-explaining I was told they would give me a full refund and allow me to return the items without charging me, but I don't have much faith that's what will happen. Woman within has become a horrible company and I'm done ordering from them.

I only made the mistake of shopping here once. They ripped me off. First I was charged for back ordered items. Then I receive my half order and find my size large is a two person tent. So 3 shirts to be returned, the yoga pants seem like the front is the back meaning there is all this room in front for a butt but there isn't no room in the back for a butt. I'm a medium on the bottom. Then I find out $8 of the $33 for the returned tops goes to shipping them back. So now I have 3, $25 pants on back order that I paid for, 3 tents going back for $25 minus $8 so that's $75 + $36 that's, after my calculations of shipping and taxes it came to about 70 due back after my $117 purchase they claim they owe me $25. Customer service is robotic, if you take time to try and do calculations they disconnect you and you have to start over. They never give in the never waiver they are products. There is no other way of getting through. I never got a response from "contact us" they are crooks.

Been waiting since 9/22 for a coat. They now say it will ship 11/2... I believe that as much as I believe pigs fly. They also said it would ship 10/20,10/27.10/29,10/31. Bottom line is they either don't have it or don't like the price I ended up getting it for and hope I cancel the order. Bait and switch... their website shows it still for sale. Uh... really?

WomanWithin used to be my preferred site for ordering clothes. Being plus sized the options are limited. However, in 2021 there service has been horrific. Take over 6 weeks to get an order, credits not being processed. Being told different things by different customer service reps when I call. They are horrible now. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for 2 pairs of Capris. Summer will be over before I get them. I am told the order is "processing" when I call so I cannot cancel or request express shipping. Crazy!

I received a gift card for my birthday last September. Turns out to be the worst gift ever!
It started with false pricing on items, which was finally rectified after numerous screaming phone calls.
Then, a return/reorder with no refund to my giftcard. When I finally got an answer about amount to be refunded, it was minus sales tax (which is illegal). CSR was rude and argumentative.
When I asked about exchange order I placed, he informed me it was not available in my size. I questioned why I wasn't notified and he said it was up to me to follow up. Cool, but try to get a response to an email. Doesn't happen.
What I really want is a cash refund for the gift card balance and to NEVER, EVER have to deal with this sham company again.

At one time, Woman Within and its affiliates were a reliable company. In the last year, this company's services have deteriorated to the point that it has become impossible to shop there. My order has been sitting in a warehouse for 3 weeks. They will not cancel the order or refund my money. THIEVERY.

I purchased a lounger from this company. When I opened the package, it smelled funny. Upon washing the item, it stunk up my whole laundry room as well as the other clothes I washed it with. It smelled like body odor and teenage soccer socks mixed together.
I contacted the company. They told me I cannot return it for a refund because I paid with PayPal. What does that have to do with anything.
Going forward, I'll be doing my online shopping elsewhere.

They charged me shipping to send the package and when I returned it. Charged me again the same amount. Though I also paid to return the package. Three times shipping!. Sent emails three times kept sending me form letters back. Finally got through on the phone. The couple of women I spoke to had no idea of what I was trying to explain to them. Dumb. Asked for a supervisor and after 4 minutes she showed up. Tried telling her I was charged three times for the same shipping, sending and returning that it should not have happened... in the middle of my sentence, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Waited a half hour for her to contact me as she did have my number and nothing. That did it. I called my credit card company and put the amount in dispute. Maybe now someone will listen to me. Believe me nobody that works there is competent nor do they care either.

Quick to take your money but your purchase takes FOREVER to arrive. You don't receive any type of updates as to where they are in the process with your purchase. Emails come daily and they are overwhelming. Why would I buy additional items if I have not received the first one. Customer Service individuals are nice but scripted. They all say the exact same thing when you call. WON'T DO IT AGAIN."

I shipped an item for return 4/23/21, using WW return label. Tracking shows item received 4/26/221. Woman Within requires 3 weeks to process refund. By May 14 and again May 24, customer service still claims warehouse has not received package. I have ordered from Woman Within for a number of years, occasionally needing to return or exchange something, with no problems. Customer service reps are patient but offer no help in resolving this. Covid delays are the excuse being used. Since tracking shows item has been received, someone should be able to electronically enter the return info and refund to my card. I will not be using or recommending Women Within to anyone. Also, the quality of fabrics being used for cotton tee shirts is now thin and flimsy. Gone are the days of good quality choices for these products.

when I see a critical review for a company, I steer away from that company. The risk of my information being vulnerable to misuse is not worth the low price, or whatever enticement is being touted. I have never written a negative review before.
