“Damaged and Spoiled”

Verified purchase

Expensive order arrived melted, damaged and spoiled. Food was unsafe to eat. Reached out to customer service twice. Instead of being helpful, they were contentious and threatening. Can't tell ya if the food is any good because we won't eat cheesecake covered in mold.
