I never experienced this bad treatment of customers. Everytime I once in a while forget to cancel a subscription a normal legitimate company would refund me without any hessitation. All products are expensive and this company is designed just to milk non-Chinese people. Their support is unreachable. AI chat will send you a non-working "Turn to human" link. I just wasted $140 + taxes for a program that I used 4 times in the first month. Their products somewhat work but it is not anything special and their predatory subscription makes Wondershare an EVIL company!

I have been using different versions of Wondershare AllMyTube for the past 13 years with great satisfaction. But during the past months of 2024 I have been experiencing all kind of defects that make it one of the worst software ever. I even bought a new version, deleted the old one but it keeps coming for no reason. Then the last obstacle, it connects to a device that I don't even have. Although it gives the option to click on "wrong device- Do not connect again", it doesn't work. Complete disappointment! Rating zero now if zero is available.
I purchased this junk. Attempted to get support, after sitting there waiting no one came. There is contact email for these crooks. The refund policy is a joke, I intend to cancel CC transaction and advise the SCAM sites of these rip-off practices.

Wondershare Technology Inc. is a very large scam. Asked for support and got none. I waited about ten minutes for agent and no one responded. I put a call into voice center and was told 7 mins wait 12 mins later someone answered. Requested a refund which they said IHAD TO GO ONLINE AND REQUEST A REFUND, i looked at before calling them page after page of hoops to jump through. Then told me they could give me a refund and would 7 plus days, they use my money to garner interset in thier accounts. As soon as the request hits the bank I will refuse it as fraud. and hopefully they get a backchrage for trying to defaud me. People need to understand what you get from this SCAM company! No support and refund is a JOKE.
I bought unlimited plan with multiple downloads for 5 pc's. I now want to use another download but Wondershare keeps locking me out of my account. Very frustrating.I am now trying Handbrake.

I am a long-time customer of Wondershare Technology, and my recent experience has been nothing short of horrendous. I purchased two one-year licenses for their Dr.Fone product, only to find that both stopped working after just four months. When I reached out for support, I was met with unhelpful responses and an outright refusal to provide a refund or alternative solutions.
After multiple attempts to resolve the error 12 issue on my iOS device through their AI assistant and a representative named Lloyd, I was informed that Pokémon Go had blocked third-party virtual location tools, rendering my subscription useless. Despite this, Wondershare refused to issue a refund, citing that my purchase date in February was too far in the past, even though I last used the product in June.
Lloyd's sympathy did nothing to address the core issue. He repeatedly stated that their system could no longer process a refund and that escalation to management or ownership was not an option. This lack of flexibility and responsibility is utterly unacceptable. I have wasted a significant amount of money on two licenses that are now completely useless.
Wondershare's refusal to accommodate a long-time customer and its rigid policies demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Their service has been deeply disappointing, and I expected far better from a company I had trusted for so long.

I paid an upfront one off fee and have just been charged a monthly fee on top. I tried to resolve on their chat but they kept dropping off the chat - three times!

Recently, I purchased a product directly from Wondershare's website and completed the payment. However, I soon received an email from Wondershare stating that the payment was incomplete. Upon checking my card, I confirmed the payment was successful. Initially, I suspected it was a scam email, but the domain and links were legitimate. Logging into my user page on Wondershare confirmed the purchase.
Despite this, I received further emails from Wondershare offering discounts and claiming the payment was incomplete. Clicking the "purchase" button in these emails led me to a payment page. When I contacted support, they requested screenshots and other details but provided no satisfactory response.
The practice of incorrectly notifying customers that payments for purchased products are incomplete and requesting additional payments violates consumer protection laws.

When I communicated this to them, their response was dismissive, blaming automated discount emails and asking me to check the product page.
After verifying, I found no items in my cart. Further examination revealed discrepancies in their logs, showing that "unpaid" orders were actually marked as paid shortly after. Wondershare's support could not refute the multiple payment requests sent for already purchased items, indicating a systemic issue.
While I managed to avoid double payment by checking my transaction history, other customers may have been misled into paying twice. Reviews, particularly from overseas users, highlight numerous financial issues with Wondershare. Although I do not discriminate based on the company's Chinese ownership, their illegal sales practices and poor support are undeniable.
If you've purchased from Wondershare, I recommend checking your credit card statements. For those considering a purchase, be aware of the associated risks.
I am a South African University student and tried the software for a project. I saw that it was expensive (nearly half of my monthly living budget) but with the 7 day free trail and 30 day money back guarantee, I was not to stressed. I was slightly suspicious when the money came directly from my account immediately but thought that I still have the 30 day money back. When I canceled it not 24 hours after purchase, they said my product is not eligible for money back. Even though the entire process of purchasing it, it was clearly stated as being eligible.
Their support staff was not helpful at all.

Wondershare worked adequately for 2 years for me during a time I was paying for a payed subscription. For the last 4 months, it simply refuses to save any information I save in any inputtable document, which makes this product worthless. Not only is there a "watermark" all over the document for this product which I am actually paying for, but it also doesn't save content that I am inputting into input fields. Unless I upgrade even more, it's made my current payed version utterly worthless.
I specifically typed shady, due to the product works great, the codes they force you to buy only last maybe
24-hours, forcing you to continually purchase more codes that don't work cause you already purchased and redeemed a code, they refuse to refund your money even if they acknowledge it, their website constantly states full refund, which is a lie, they refuse to refund you or your bank due to the knowledge your bank will, they claim their business is in the states which is just a front, the location is someones house, if you were to research all positive reviews you would find out they work for wondershare,
they just use shady business practices, just be vigilant and aware

PDF was working fine when I first bought it. Now I can't open any files, and consumer services states it's a 10-minute wait to speak to someone. I was on hold for 46 minutes and could never get in touch with someone. I tried to use the chat also, but they could not help. They sent me an email asking the same questions. I now can't get a refund because it has been over 30 days, and the product doesn't work at all for me. Can't even open a PDF on it.

No refunds ever possible (even if you have issues). Very bad experience and a total disappointment, especially after thinking I found a good software. But thanks to the technical support agent for trying to help me, but "company policy" did not allow us to resolve the issue. I don't recommend using their service, find something better.

You try to unsubscribe from their promotional emails, and you get "you're not subscribed to our newsletter". Nice "error" that allows them to send you 3 or 4 promo emails per week.

Was offered to purchase DVD Creator for 1/2 price - when I clicked on Pay Pal it charged me full price. Once I realized it, I tried to get the credit for the difference. While the company was fairly quick to reply, they asked me to produce the screenshot of the offer, which of course was gone as soon as I clicked on it! So, not at all helpful. After deleting Filmora, they left numerous background tasks and programs on my computer. After finally figuring out how to delete all of the left over files, I find certain wondershare programs reinstalled. I then had to install multiple programs to search thru every system file, and had to go through my computers registries, all the way down to the literal binary and clear it out. Even now, theres 2 log files left that my computer refuses to uninstall and are unable to be accessed by any program. I actually might have to do a fresh windows install. Huge bummer and huge scam.

If you buy "lifetime" license, your software will ask you to upgrade itself every time, anyway. They are releasing new 'major' versions frequently (and oops they're already at version 12, guess why they need so many versions despite they exist from 2015? For a contrast, Adobe are at version 23 and they exist from 1991) in order to void all "perpetual" licenses and force everyone to purchase it again. Software demands upgrade, you install the "upgrade", software becomes unusable (watermark again, like you're in trial mode) and asks to buy itself again. It'll happen every year few times a year, so do yourself a favor and don't fall for it =)
I first bought Wondershare when it was version 7 and the plan clearly indicated that I would never need to pay for an upgrade again. Since then I have had to pay for 3 upgrades or my version would not be supported any longer. They are a rip-off when it comes to how they explain their plans. The software is simply "OK" or "adequate" but not the best and easiest to use.
