Cannot fault. I received excellent, speedy customer support when I started seeing an error message re-install after a hard disk failure. Brilliant company and highly recommended product - Aimersoft Video converter ultimate (which I have been using for the past many years).
Wondershare is a company based in China and its focus is to milk money from you. They will never refund you if you forget to cancel subscription by 1 day. I never experienced this bad treatment of customers. Everytime I once in a while forget to cancel a subscription a normal legitimate company would refund me without any hessitation. All products are expensive and this company is designed just to milk non-Chinese people. Their support is unreachable. AI chat will send you a non-working "Turn to human" link. I just wasted $140 + taxes for a program that I used 4 times in the first month. Their products somewhat work but it is not anything special and their predatory subscription makes Wondershare an EVIL company!

Trash bought their recoverit to recover some deleted files...it took days and still had 50% to go. I uninstalled wiped my pc and reinstalled my apps manually. Used one drive to get back what i could.
This was 4 days after purchase before the 7 day deadline...they refused to issue a refund unless i wiped my pc again reinstalled their software and got screenshots of it taking all day.
Im pretty sure its enough people here for class action lawsuit their policy isnt that airtight...trash as well

I had a problem with their junk software immediately after purchase. As others state, they refuse all refunds, no matter the scenario. They make it very difficult to contact customer support. Their customer service model is to take your money and never hear from you again. On top of that, others suggest that they may be installing bloatware and/or spyware on top of their products.
Bottom line: junk product, non-existent customer service, and likely scam company that I would not trust with any of my information. AVOID!

I lost $80 because they started my subscription again after a few months of cancellation. Also they denied refund request. They are tricksters and fraud service.
Also it worth to know that I cancelled using it because of a few perks and functions included in the paid version, for example Cap Cut or VN give you more stable operations in a free mode.
But the bad thing is they steal my money.

Wondershare masquerades as any number of 100s of downloads sites. They have no useful products; they do have many viruses and trojans masquerading as utility software. Once they have your billing information, you will never be able to terminate the billing. Sadly, the massive revenues that they collect from this boilerroom operation are simply recycled into spam advertising for their bogus products.

Purchased this software 5 years ago and although they have my cell number and alternative email address on file, they will not allow me to change the primary/login email address without providing a purchase screenshot from 5 years ago. What part of "I no longer have access to that email address" do they not understand? Why can't they use my other forms of 2 factor authentication? I guess they like seeing email bounce errors in their logs and I guess at some point someone will take my old email account and be able to take over the account. I will continue to use the software until that time and when it stop working will go with a competitor. These folks are silly.
I bought a subscription and after I bought it I got into the account and there was stated "no purchases were made". I was angry, but I forgot about it. The month later I got an email that I payed this company again. I logged into my account and couldn't cancel it. Moreover, even the "free" services did not work. The supporting centre did not answer my calls at all. It is a big scam, do not give these shtty people money. I imagine how many people like me were tricked. You deserve jail and I hope the police will take the case, I'll contact all the people below for that

This company charged me for a program that was supposed to unlock my phone. It didn't work, and now their "service team" is giving me the run around. Just refund my money. Your app was trash. Thanks but no thanks.

They were however quick to respond after I did request a refund although they made me talk to three different agents before finally being told that my refund request was being sent through which I’m still uncertain about at this point. It’s a computer program for unlocking locked phones. I was unable to use it due to my phone model not being supported although when I first followed the directions before purchase it all popped up on screen as if it were.
I purchased the Media.IO head shot generator to get a reasonable profession photo for my wife. I input 6 good photos of her. They have my 50 photos. 85% were male! The photos that were female were not professional, added weird folds and wrinkles, and stretched the head in very strange ways. Not a single useable photo. I requested a refund and they refused. Steer clear, it is a waste of money and they do not stand by their 14 day money back guarantee that they advertise
They have so many money-making traps in their sign-up process, everything opt-opt as opposed to opt-in and of course with automatic renewal. Cited as "Personal Problems" for the refund refusal once requested as soon as the charge hit without ever using the service. Beware, their customer service is awful.
I wanted to try out their software to auto generate subtitles. Which you cannot use on their trial version. So I purchased the annual subscription for $39.99. I was told that I had failed to click on the little "!" button to see that subtitle generator time cost more per hour. When I got in and found out that it would cost me an additional fee, I no longer wanted their product. I had no other use for it. When I tried to get a refund, minute after purchase, I was unable too. Just paid them for nothing.
I purchased the video editing software and was surprised to discover an unexpected charge on my credit card from them a few months later. When I contacted customer support, they said they had no record of the charge, asked me for a lot of information and took days to reply.
I first bought Wondershare when it was version 7 and the plan clearly indicated that I would never need to pay for an upgrade again. Since then I have had to pay for 3 upgrades or my version would not be supported any longer. They are a rip-off when it comes to how they explain their plans. The software is simply "OK" or "adequate" but not the best and easiest to use.

At least 4 times Filmora has failed to recognize my account. The links to get to support lead to a dead end. I call the support number and wait for 15-40 minutes and then I am often told it isn't open. When I do get a support person they are helpful. Also the video tutorials by Jackie Nguyen are excellent. But I lose so much time when it doesn't recognize my account and I can't get to support. Bad job, guys.

Purchased their PDF software on 2017. Paid for lifetime license. I had been using that for almost five years, but suddenly it turned...to trial and request purchase the license appeared. Of course - this is annual subscription now. Cannot retrieve my license # from account, they simply...removed certain website. 404 error now.

Wondershare popped up when searching iMovie for PC. You're tempted by free software and then spend hours editing your movie. After the project is finished, there's no way to export without paying a hefty fee, so you give your PayPal info. All seems fine until Wondershare emails 2 days later that you will be charged $20 on a monthly basis. You go to their website and cancel the recurring charge, but PayPal doesn't get that message so the charges happen anyway. When you ask for a refund, Wondershare tells you tough luck. Product is reasonable, but I think the company is not. Beware.
The company are nothing but thieves. DO NOT purchase from them. I bought the pro software and it couldn't even edit tags correctly. After 3 days of "investigating" the issue, i requested a refund which was denied. Subsequent emails just amounted to further obfuscation. If I could give lower stars I would. I got their DVD creator and it was an absolute joke. It wouldn't burn anything. I looked through every support option on the website, tried every suggestion and nothing worked.
I've been trying to contact a real person for 2 days but have not been able to reach anyone. They have an automated message for the phone saying that there is no one available now and you should call back later, the email portion didn't have anything for me to send an email, and the live chat feature would only let me talk to a bot.

Wow I desperately wish I would of researched this company and would of come across all the negative reviews before wasting my time and money with one of the worst companies I have dealt with.
Their website and description as well as advertising showing they do a free trial period like most reputable companies leads you into them taking your money for additional products not even described and then blaming you for misinterpreting false advertising. On top of it their software crashes and is very glitchy.
Their customer service is even more despicable, they refuse to take any ownership of wrong doing and provide no customer resolution. After working in customer service for over 15 years and owning a business I could not believe that there are companies still like this. Would give this company 0 starts if I could.
