I paid $70 for their recovery and repair products and was not able to repair any of the videos recovered from an old thumb drive. I had similar results using free products online. Don't waste your money.

Wondershare PDF Element took over a Word document I had spent hours working on. The Word document was just gone, replaced by a pdf doc that I had open. Spent 4 hours trying to retrieve the Word document with no success and finally had to spend 4 hours to recreate it. I was scared it would happen again so I deleted the program from my computer. When I finally reached someone in customer service they said they can't help me because I don't have proof of what happened, and refused to provide a refund without that proof. I am deeply disappointed in this product.

Never do business with them. Liars. They say money back guarantee then refuse. Out of Hong Kong. Thieves! Avoid. Or throw away your money to these crooks.
PDF editor could only rotate the entire page. No editing. Free version doesn't let you manipulate document, must buy. Purchase and it doesn't work. Never buy a thing from them.

I purchased this software with a lifetime ownership, two weeks later they forced updated it then locked me out until I pay for it again! All of their methods of contacting support don't work! These people are liars and thieves! I am so pissed at these people! I've tried everything to contact them but nothing works they don't have email, they don't answer Facebook or Twitter! Their messaging form does not work! I even sat on hold for hours on the phone but there's never a human to help! Stay as far away from these thieves as you can you will absolutely be cheated and then have zero recourse!

This site is pretty much worthless, and forget about Tech Support. What it is good at is getting your money and then send you in circles. One piece of advice, I wish I had taken. Never ever by a product, that does not have a phone # you can reach, that provides support. I called the one number they had on their site, and all I got was some guy asking me to take survey in exchange for a chance to win a free cruise. SCAM!

The trial version is trash. They let you get all the way through the recovery process then make you purchase their product.

Ended up purchasing and it hasn't recovered or repaired a single file I have tried.

If you want to throw away $100.00 buy this program. But, If you want to save 100.00 go look for another pdf software program somewhere else. My son just show me a web site on line that was free - so I delete this crap off of the computer installed the new one and it actually does a good job. Once you pay for it, it is yours, absolutely no refund. Should of read this web site first- my bad.

I've had Wondershare a few years, Always terrible customer service. Many times glitches with using it, wasting many hours. Also tried overcharging me. I think a bunch of monkeys could give better customer service. So when people review Wonder and they say Disaster, Trash, Terrible I agree with them 100%

Ordered Wondershare Recoverit. Was not able to recover any of the files it said it could in the free trial. The customer service that was promised is non-existent. I cancelled it right after buying even though I have a year subscription because it's so useless. I don't want the software on my computer.

After purchasing software from this company I get an email from Paypal stating I had set up automatic payment system that authorised Wondershare to debit my Paypal account each year which I clearly did not. The wording on their purchase page says nothing about them setting up an automatic payment system. Totally unethical.

For the past year that I have been paying my subscription I have not recovered any single video data that i lost. They also automatically renewed my subscription with more than what was indicated in my plan. Waste of money.

I'm using AllMyTube to record audio and video from the screen. Unfortunately, the audio quality is so bad at times that you can't make out the dialog. I've been trying to contact customer service by phone, email, and chat. When I have gotten through, I get someone that speaks very poor English, with an extremely muffled voice, and talks over me. It was impossible to communicate. It took 6 calls before I got through at all.
By email I'm getting completely non-responsive replies. It's pretty clear they are not reading the emails I'm sending.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company and this product.

I downloaded and PAID $59.95 for the software. The scan found ******* files to recover but only one file was recovered. Ask for a refund and am being given a runaround like you wouldn't believe. This is an Offshore company I would recommend NOT doing business with them. I've been fighting with the for weeks with NO success. I guess they figure they got my money so screw you(me).

Purchased PDF element 6 and it's awful. Customer service did respond, but said they don't give refunds for dissatisfaction. Definitely not worth the price and definitely not worth a subscription. There are free products that function better and are less clunky.

After a month of waiting and back and forth, Wondershare finally refunded my money. It took numerous emails for them to honor the money back guarantee. I am happy I got a refund but wont use this company for software again.

I bought the yearly plan and used it for 2 days and wanted to get a refund because they did not have the gadgets I needed to make my type of videos. Needless to say they did not refund me. I spent $50 just to use it for 2 days.

This company is fraudulent and predatory. There software and services are terrible. And when requesting for a refund they give you a hard time and refuse to refund your money. Be careful do not use this company and it's services.

Used the recoverit software after accidentally deleting files just a few minutes before - and the files were recovered, but were all blank (nothing in them). These files had been deleted no longer than enough time for me to find a software and recover them. Then I requested a $70 refund and now they want copies of the blank files. I plan on disputing the charge and continuing to write reviews on their software and customer service since I'm not being offered a refund easily.

Don't buy anything. They will not refund the money. The products will have issues. They will simply keep making you waste your time writing email after email. Their "money back guarantee" is a scam, too!

I had a lifetime license for iSkysoft video converter.
Apparently Wondershare took over iSkysoft.
Then they reduced the capabilities of iSkysoft video converter and forced an upgrade to iSkysoft video converter. It no longer downloads from youtube. Then they want you to purchase the Wondershare replacement product. I recommend to AVOID this company and their products.

I tried the repair function one time and it mostly failed. Never used the terrible service ever again. I put a reminder to cancel the service after the year was up. The company randomly charged me for another year. Tried canceling and they repeatedly denied me. This is another ome of those scam services where they get you in the end with the subscription. This is also a Chinese company. Their branding may look like Microsoft, but it is not. I moght be out 42 bucks, but hopefully I save someone from ever trying this. Don't get desperate. Find a reputable American company. These companies live through people subscribing and forcing them to pay. Don't nale the mistake I made dealing with this terrible Chinese company and I'm in the United States. I dropped the ball on that one. I wish I checked sitejabber last year on them.

Purchased video editor which continously crashed my PC, tried contacting Wondershare within an hour of downloading the program but had no response, so had to purchase a video editior from Movavi, which works a treat. Requested a refund from Wondershare to no avail. Feel completely ripped off, never even got to use Wondershare will not be dealing with them again... terrible customer service.

I purchased a "DVD to Blackberry Converter" from Wondershare.com on 10-31-09 and still have not received the Key Code to download the product. I've tried for 4 days to contact them and have received multiple confirmation that my order was received, but still can not get a response or the Key Codes needed for downloading. Really poor Customer Service and they already have their payment.
