Crap Service. It seems they are all about take take take. When it come to refunding money they are a joke. Still waiting for £50.00 refund since 19th August!
Sounds to me a scammer. Will be reported to the police.
I contacted this web site to sell my wifes car. They said they would send someone to my address to look at the car. They wanted £ 49/99 they said I had to pay it into Barclays bank witch I did. When I ask what this was for they said incase it was a phony address they said I would get my money back when they have looked at the car. But nobody arrived on the time they gave me I phoned them after an hour they said that someone had let them down and ask me if I could drive the car to southend essex I live in East Sussex I told them it was too far. Then I ask about getting my money back they said they would post it to me next day. Still waiting a week later.
Made an appointment with wonga4cars for 4pm they didn't show up, called them at 4.45pm to see where they were, said they had been let down and did I want to make another appointment, NOT LIKELY, no customer service, just take take take, they said they would refund me on the day now after 4 calls to them they will not refund, do not touch this company with a barge pole have no thought for the customer what so ever!
I made an appointment for Wonga4cars to buy my car. Someone turned up and inspected the car.
I was quoted £3,000 online but I had not mentioned I had a crack in the bumper and was offered £2,800 which they paid me cash on the doorstep.
I found my experience with Wonga4cars a delight and will use them again and highly recommend.
