I bought a cable through them and it apparently got lost in the mail because according to tracking it's been over a week and it's still at the post office well e replacement doesn't feel I should get my money back for shipping! Also I paid for expedited shipping so I am losing out on that, I try to contact them and then they send me an e mail about making returns but I don't want to just do that because I'm going to lose my shipping money. I don't feel it is my fault or for lost in the mail I simply asked if they could just send me another!
