One of the best service for online cake delivery service... they provide all the flavor like Blueberry, cheese cake, chocolate cake etc. ordered a surprised cake for my parents. This surprise made my parents very happy and whole family had a awesome time while conferencing through video call.
Ordered flowers for a friend in Russia. They refused to provide me with the name of the local flower shop they used to deliver. Also did not indicate on their website that not providing a phone number of the addressee would delay delivery so it was unnecessarily late.

I ordered a wrapped bouguet of 50 pink roses for €324, for Valentines day and received a bouguet of 15 colorful roses. When I complant someone from "customer service" wrote that "quality and color may vary because of availability". This is such a joke. See pics below to understand.

These guys are scammers. They say they will guarantee delivery on your day. There scam is take your money, make up fake reason for flowers not delivered ( mine was wrong phone number) lie lie. Then they came back and said sorry and it will be there a few days ago. Still nothing. This company is just a bunch of code writers in a room somewhere. Faking like they're a flower company.
This company is affiliated with send flowers to the Philippines, and every order I have made has either not happened or being substandard. My last two orders were failed to be delivered. Even after they promised a guarantee, they would not be a problem! The follow-up has been atrocious and there, if it's to remedy the problem have also failed. I am completely disgusted with them
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday a week in advance to be delivered yesterday. As of today they have still not arrived. Emails are being ignored and the phone is not answered. I am beginning to question if this is a scam.

Ordered flowers for a birthday a day in advance (they guaranteed the delivery date) and the next day instead of delivery received an "urgent" email that the local florist "ran out of fresh flowers". And the suggestion that they will make the delivery the next day. Very disappointing, frustrating, the whole surprise effect was ruined. Then I checked other reviews of this company and they are devastating (when will I learn to do this before placing an order?) Now I am just wondering if I will ever get a refund?

Such poor service do not waste your time they market a 'same day delivery even if its placed 7 hours on the same day they come back to you with an excuse of such they are unable to deliver and send an email at 6.23 pm to advise you of their lack of service. Lack of communication and unprofessional. You should not promote services you are unable to fulfill, and neither should you take payments from customers if you are unable to comply with their delivery expectations! I would have been more than happy to find an alternative delivery option from another provider if I was advised at an appropriate time frame. It is irrelevant to me if your local provider is unable to take the order I pay you, I use your services, and you offer me the delivery expectations and when you email for compensation and to advise on complaint methods or speak to a higher officials 'Sara' is only able to issue me a refund and help me with nothing else. Complete and utter disgrace and a waste of my TIME!

CAKE - SAME DAY DELIVERY
Today, I made an order using their website and they sent me an email letting me know about the order and then I checked the website multiple time during the day for the order status and there was no update of my order. The order was sent so late and was completely different from what I ordered. I order a teddy bear that looked nice on the pic they had but then I received something different like an inch teddy bear and even the chocolates were a different brand, Never buying something from them again.
Doesn't deliver, makes up excuses and refuses to refund for incompetence or lies on their part. Don't order from this company, save your time and use another.
To me it seems a scam, they claim they were able to deliver a product in Naas but, no, then they tell me can we give something that equals what you paid?

I ordered flowers to be delivered in the Phillipines. I thought this association was the right place to go. Boy was I wrong. The flowers arrived half dead with the petal edge on the roses turning black. And the roses did not even open. I called for a refund and they refused to do so. I then contacted PayPal to step in as I used PayPal to pay for the order. The company contacted me a few days later stating that they would grant a refund if I returned the flowers to their office in Dubai, UAE. And I had to pay for the return shipment which cost more than the (by now) totally dead flowers. This made no sense. The flowers came from a local florist in the Phillipines and should have been returned to the local florist who delivered the flowers in the first place. This was a scam to make an irate customer go away and not have to issue the refund. Who in their right mind would send dead flowers half way around the world to a place where the flowers did not even come from and pay a higher cost for return shipping?
Look for a reputable and honest company to deal with. Not these guys.
