I ordered a specific hardback book 'the last queen' and received a softback. No replies to emails or telephone calls and no system for returns. I wrote a review on this site (that now looks to have disappeared) and received an email asking me to return the book for a full refund. I returned the book and forwarded the proof of postage to WOB as requested (that was six weeks ago). After several emails requesting the refund i have still had no reply and no refund. I used to buy a lot of books from WOB because i liked their business model but on this occasion they have really let themselves down. It's clear they need a better returns and customer service department.
Tip for consumers:
Generally a great service and great business model but when it went wrong the service just went to pot, customer service and response was not existent

As usual and pleasure doing business with you. I was a little disappointed with, Where the Crawdads Sing it was a bit tatty, however all the other books were in very good condition.
Well wrapped, very good time in being delivered by the Post Office and well wrapped

Brilliant place to get all your books can spend a whole day looking at them
