We have been purchasing from WorldWide Ticketcraft for many, many years. Previous experiences were smooth and although I understand there was a merger, having all of our information lost was frustrating. The ticket proofs I received were also impossible to read due to low quality. The school purchase process was also complicated, having to order online but email a PO.
I initially had trouble trying to figure out how to recreate past tickets but Kelly was very helpful. It was very frustrating that I had to delete and recreate the tickets after our tax exempt status was updated. Other than that it was a good experience. The tickets arrived in a timely fashion and look AWESOME! I will definitely order our tickets from WWTC again!

We've been ordering our tickets from Worldwide Ticketcraft for several years now, and they're always great! The online design tool is super easy -- I love being able to just update last year's ticket design without having to start over from scratch. Phone support, when needed, is also absolutely top notch. 100% would recommend to anyone.
Great to deal with! Quick responses!! BUT I received my order today and my tickets were wet. I know we've experienced some rainy days but the tickets themselves should be sufficiently wrapped up so if the box is left in a puddle or however the box gets soaked, the tickets don't get ruined and end up smelling like mildew....like mine :(
It was great! You had just what I needed. I spoke to a person at W,W &L a couple of weeks ago to place an order. She took down all of my information (we also had it on file) including my cc number (Amex), just as we have always done. She said she would pass on the information to a sales agent, but so far no ticket stock, no email, and no phone call. This process was a lot easier!
Ordering is tedious when you have 6-7 different tickets and it takes a long time to get every thing in the shopping cart. I would also like a billing address and a shipping address option but I did not see one.

So far so good! The one thing I would suggest is offering smaller sets of raffle tickets so that those of us with smaller events don't have to commit to 500. Perhaps there could be a 100-200 option. Also, I was a bit shocked by the high cost of shipping when I was checking out. It too me off guard that shipping was half the cost of the product itself...so wondering if you may be able to offer a more economical shipping option for some?
I don't like paying Sales Tax to a company that is not based in NY. I normally don't pay Sales Tax on my online shopping orders.
**I was happy to find sheets of tickets, each sheet having one Number. It makes the raffle process much simpler- For the people in charge of the Raffle, as well as the Ticket Holders. No more long strips of tickets to search through for the winning number. Thank You!
Honestly, it just takes so long to input (almost) the same information for 3 different ticket days. Why I can't save and re-use the info like the good old days is beyond me. That having been said, you guys do good work and I just need to start typing earlier in the day...
Once I remember how to duplicate ticket order for different days for the same show, it was so easy. That's what happens when you only do this once a year. Great company to work with. Have done business with them for many years and will continue to do so.
I would like to let management know that Joe, who works with dance studios, was amazing! He walked me through the whole ordering process and was so helpful. He was so kind throughout the transaction even though I was totally computer illiterate. I think Joe deserves a raise!! :)

Trouble recreating the same ticket with three different backgrounds -- had to retype everything each time. When entering credit card, system bounced me out a couple times and I had to start completely from scratch.

I'm glad your server is back up and hope you all are recovering from Irma. I'd thought my original order was lost when I couldn't get to pay for it, so I generated a slightly different one - but you did have the first in your memory. I picked one of the two.

Website is not user friendly....did not let me know why they could not process order. Called and was told they do not accept Discover Card. Should be noted in message Also when told there are five colors available for tickets, then show only four. Very frostrating.
Customer service was excellent! Kelly went out of her way to provide information and assistant with customizing tickets to meet my needs. Again this year, it is a pleasure to do business with your company!
It would be nice if you could use the same template, so I would not have to start all over again for each ticket ordered. It took a really long time to create 6 tickets. If my template could've been saved, so i could just go back and edit the date and color of the ticket, it would make it much more user friendly.
Very satisfied with the ordering and ticket design process on the website. Also great customer service phone support. We were very pleased with how the tickets looked and every aspect of the process. We'll definitely order from you again for next year's holiday concert. The only thing we'd do differently next year is to also order ticket envelopes from you too!
