This was my first order. The tickets are well-priced and perfect for my fundraiser. I especially liked the choice of colors for the raffle sheets. We were able to coordinate color to our theme. Fantastic!

It would be nice to be able to copy an entire design in the save for later area to make slight modifications to them. For example, I needed to order two types of tickets that were identical except that one set were marked as "Student Tickets." To place them both in the same order, I had to re-create the same ticket, twice, from scratch.

Overall the process went smoothly and was very intuitive. BUT, the process of getting my order into the shopping cart was not at all clear and I had to click through my saved layout several times. Even now, I'm not sure exactly what I did to place the tickets in the shopping cart so I could checkout.

Have used and recommended you for nearly 10 years and counting. Website is easy to use, customer service is great, and I always get compliments on how great the tickets look. Thanks for everything!!

The only thing I wish I could do on this site is copy and past information from one ticket to the next for events that last multiple nights. It's time consuming to have to re-enter everything 4-5 times when the only thing that changes is the color of the ticket and the date. But, we do love the look of the tickets. Thanks!!!

After placing my order, I was notified that it could not be shipped to the address that I had provided and asked to provide an alternate one. Other places would've just sent the package and not cared. Not you guys... Awesome! I will order from you again.

Overall great experience and easy to use website. The only thing that would make it better is if there was an easier way to duplicate a ticket design - as in when you want the same design for 3 different dates. If that option was available, it wasn't easy to find.

I have used your service for years but each time I try to log in I have a problem with my log in and pw. It seems to be every time that I finally just check out as a guest. There must be some issue with the way it is set up that you might want to review. I never have a problem with the product.

Would like the ability to copy tickets in the saved for later option so that I can make two versions of the same ticket for the same event (i.e. student and adult tickets). The ability to "re-order" from order history and edit etc. is nice, but I need that functionality BEFORE placing the order, paying for shipping etc.

I love getting our tickets from you. However, I really wish I could copy my project for multiple days performances. I know I could have done what the FAQ's suggested....but it is still a frustration. However, it is my ONLY complaint...so I guess that's still pretty good!

Overall, Ticketcraft is a great place to purchase diy tickets. Navigating the website to get multiple tickets for an event is a little tricky. Also the question about how many tickets you need only applies to that night, not overall.

I used to have really good website and customer service. Not sure what has happened. My last few orders have been slower than normal. This one, another website issue which is constant. I tried to call customer service today because this order shows cancelled. Was told everyone was at lunch. How could EVERYONE be at lunch... we have used you guys for over 10 years and the last few have been very poor I regret to say.

Every time I have to order, I totally dread it. The website crashes or cancels my order. I use it from multiple computers and multiple browsers. This last order, though it showed on the screen was all duplicative though I ordered different. My show is Thursday and this was suppose to ship Friday. No confirmation. I am guessing I will need to get emergency printing here in California.

The charge credit car page wouldn't work but wouldn't tell me why. When I went back a couple of pages and added my shipping option it processed. it would have been nice to know why it wouldn't process so I could have solved it sooner.

I like the editing options, quick reply on the instant messaging and the prices, but because I can't save the original ticket to create a second is very frustrating for someone who takes a while to create the first one. For that option alone, I may spend more money to save more time. I am a repeat costumer and otherwise happy Thank you.

The service is impeccable, the response time from the team is almost immediate and the turnaround time for production is fast. The items are great quality and received in a speedy manner. This is the third time I have ordered with them and will continue to do so.

The price doubled on the charge processing??? I'm not sure if the system doubled my order or just the charge. Please call to confirm. I ordered 2 cases of 2"x5.5" generic tickets @ $85 each case = $170. The charge shows $340??? Order #*******

The editor allowed me to upload a custom image, but I had a hard time including it into a custom designed raffle ticket. My only suggestion would to streamline that to make it less confusing. Otherwise, it was very easy to order! Thanks!

I found the checkout process difficult. Originally it wouldn't let me place an order, telling me my details were not correct? But I decided to log in a different way and got through the process. Now I'm worried as to whether I just paid for the correct tickets. I'm hoping I ordered the new tickets and not my old tickets that I ordered last year connected to my account.
