We have been purchasing from WorldWide Ticketcraft for many, many years. Previous experiences were smooth and although I understand there was a merger, having all of our information lost was frustrating. The ticket proofs I received were also impossible to read due to low quality. The school purchase process was also complicated, having to order online but email a PO.
It was a very good. Creating my tickets was very easy. I had some technical problem but the company's IT representative looked into the problem, fixed it and got back to me with the problem fixed the next day. It was less than 16 hours. Kudo's for the fast turn around and great customer service.
It would be AMAZING to have a template so that we could just change a color and the date for shows that have a run rather than one-night-only events. I'm a teacher who kept getting interrupted, and it was time-consuming and more difficult to make my own template than just change the couple of things for each night of the show.
It would be nice if your credit card form specified which security number it wants for American Express cards. And, I could not find shipping options. Other than that, all good.

I have used you guys for the past 5 years for my children's theatre company tickets, but good grief! You no longer offer "general seating" DIY and I had to finagle the "general admission" to get the info on a computik. Then information wasn't remembered from tix to tix (different days/times) and each one was a big do-over! Aaagh! Took me SO LONG I missed your 2:00pm cut-off by 5" (and four days if you count when I first started this whole thing) Quite frustrated. Will chill out, see how long it takes the tix to arrive and mull over using you in the future.
I am surprised by how much shipping of 1 pack of Chinese raffle tickets costs. We are a small team of 7 doing a basket raffle at our Relay for Life and didn't anticipate this expense :-(
would like a "copy" function when designing multiple items with minor differences. This would speed up the time it takes to produce the multi item orders.

YOUR DO IT YOURSELF AND ONLINE ORDERING IS VERY A LONG PROCESS AND VERY DIFFICULT. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO ALSO HAVE OUR ORDER SCREWED UP THE PAST TWO YEARS BECAUSE THE WRONG AUDITORIUM SEATING CHART WAS USED. WE ARE HOPING THAT THIS YEAR WILL BE BETTER!!! Quick and easy to follow. Misprint on website, though. When choosing ticket quantity and color, it reads 500 for set price, but in quantity selection bar it reads packs of 1000.

It seems the site always go backward or I have to redo something I have already done. example it took me 45 minutes to make 2 tickets because I ended up doing them twice.

Once I called for help, the help I received from both people I spoke with was awesome. But the website is clunky: difficult to recall past orders, keep items in the saved folder for future etc.
The website is slow and confusing at times. I needed to call customer service twice while placing my order online. The customer service reps were very helpful and apologetic.
CREATING TICKET WAS A SLOW PROCESS, HAVING TO RESTART IMAGES OVER FROM TOP OF LIST WAS FRUSTRATING. UPLOADING IMAGES WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE WHERE I WANTED THEM MOSTLY BC OF THE EXTRA LAYERS...CONFUSING.
