We have been purchasing from WorldWide Ticketcraft for many, many years. Previous experiences were smooth and although I understand there was a merger, having all of our information lost was frustrating. The ticket proofs I received were also impossible to read due to low quality. The school purchase process was also complicated, having to order online but email a PO.
Great DIY functionality. Need a function to copy and modify an item already on the order, or be able to use a saved item over again.
YOUR SIGHT IS INCREDIBLY GLITCHY. I HAD ISSUES UPLOADING PHOTOS, EDITING MY TICKETS, AND INPUTING A SHIPPING ADDRESS. I STARTED OVER PROBABLY 4 TIMES. FIX IT
Took a few minutes to figure out how to enter information, but once I got it down it was pretty easy

It was very user friendly, however, it would have been easier to edit one ticket and customize it for each night. Unless I missed it!
The website is a little cumbersome to maneuver around when ordering, but the Customer Service personnel are very knowledgeable and willing to help.

I re-entered the shipping address numerous times only to find that the product will shipped to my billing address which is different!
Web site server was not responding for a while, was worried whether I was going to be able to place order online.
