We have been purchasing from WorldWide Ticketcraft for many, many years. Previous experiences were smooth and although I understand there was a merger, having all of our information lost was frustrating. The ticket proofs I received were also impossible to read due to low quality. The school purchase process was also complicated, having to order online but email a PO.

When I went to items saved, there was nothing there, but when I went to view cart, I was able to see my ticket. A little confusing
When I would try to save multiple ticket orders, the new ticket order would overwrite the previous ticket order.
