We have been purchasing from WorldWide Ticketcraft for many, many years. Previous experiences were smooth and although I understand there was a merger, having all of our information lost was frustrating. The ticket proofs I received were also impossible to read due to low quality. The school purchase process was also complicated, having to order online but email a PO.
Your website is very easy to navigate! I always know exactly what I am ordering. The product always arrives in a timely manner, and the price is great for a non-profit.
Your site is really easy to work with. I could suggest finding a way to upload the seating chart for reserved tickets right on the site when you place the order to make it even easier.
Ordering was quick - had to call 2 times today to make sure I would receive overnight order - woman who answered the phone was very curteous and professional and answered all my questions.
Differentiating between the shipping and billing address was confusing. The page where the order is processed should reflect both so the customer is confident in case the addresses are different.

Site is a bit buggy. Sometimes clicking on a button brings up the dynamic snippet as a new page rather than updating the current page. Slow page load times.
Website said color I wanted was out of stock. Called offices and very helpful associates explained website was not current. He double checked and infact my desired color was in stock!
I had to resubmit the entire order because it kept saying 1 item was missing a shipping address. I only had one order and it DID have a shipping address. Very annoying.
I am unhappy to see that the shipping charges are almost 50% of the cost of the item I purchased.
Next time I order I may have to look for another company.

Everyone that I communicated by email with was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't happy that I had to delete and recreate my tickets after our tax exempt status was updated.
The shipping fees are high, and I would have liked a tracking number sent so I knew when I would recieve my order. Other than that, the people I have spoken to are nice.
I like your products but your website seemed to be having trouble today. It wouldn't add my items to the cart. it took a few tries to get it to process.
New website is great. I'm talking about your customer service and Martha who is your representative. I had to tell her my credit card literally 10 times. Someone else had to call and ask my because she couldn't understand me. She is very rude and seems very clueless. I requested white GT002 which I've been reordering for about 3 years now. My order was completely wrong. I received blue ones, green ones, yellow ones and a few white ones. 3000 of them were also the wrong size and about an inch shorter in length.
In this error my business has to halt for 3 days, she wouldn't expedite my package. She wanted to send back the error tickets back on my dime, when it was your company's fault in the first place. I spoke with her that shouldn't be.
Regardless, her communication is terrible to the customer. I felt taken in this error I'm losing money for 3 days in not being able to have these tickets. I have not been even compensated in the slightest. This will be my last order with you guys unless you fix this issue asap.
