WOW Tickets Football

Order tickets on 11/08 for today Man United game and started to chase for digital tickets on 14/8. Had several live chats with 'Danny' & Samantha saying they will be email me over and been promised (had email confirmation too)to have them no later than 1pm on day of the match. We had to travel over 1.5h to get to Manchester and we chase up again as it was 3:30pm and no tickets on email as yet. During that time I've received an email that order cancelled. They gave me 2 options to decide. This time of a day when you have travelled, spend all that money and travel long time for them to cancel like that. There's no reason to mess people like that, also asking for refund and don't know it takes how long. PLEASE AVOID!

I ordered 2 tickets with a face value of £60 for Chelsea game on Saturday 13 April and paid an obscene £400, them the game was moved to Monday 15th so I can't go and Danny Marti from Wow customer support said that it wasn't their problem and they have no obligations notifying clients of date changes and I should be grateful for their service! So I lost £400 and no refund or even any suggestions they would assist in re-selling the tickets for me!
They are clearly Cyprus based criminals that tout tickets, take a £280 fee and then tell you FO. Hiding in Cyprus behind a Ltd cover company there is no way of recourse. NEVER USE THESE CROOKS!

It's a Scam. Don't think about buying here. Paid around 600 pounds for 2 tickets for the West ham - Man City game, and never received them. Even contacted them via chat, phone, mail... nothing got their attention. I'll try to make a formal complaint to the police, as I feel robbed.

Told us our tickets would be at the hotel in Madrid after paying 7.8k for two tickets - travelled to Madrid from the UK 3 days before the final and when we got there - there were no tickets- asked them when they would arrive and received and email back to say we didn't have any. My young boy was gutted. What an uncaring exploitative company

I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with wowtickets.football. I purchased tickets for the Arsenal vs West Ham match as a special birthday gift for my son, a huge Arsenal fan. Despite ordering a month in advance and receiving multiple confirmation emails, the tickets were not delivered on the day of the match. This failure was not only unexpected but also deeply upsetting.

My attempts to resolve this issue through emails were met with vague explanations about problems on the club's website. However, these responses did not address the core issue – the non-delivery of the tickets for which I had paid. The lack of a concrete resolution or any form of compensation is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, my son and I traveled a great distance for this match, fueled by the excitement and anticipation of seeing his favorite team play. The disappointment of not being able to attend the match, despite having seemingly valid tickets, was immense.

The service provided by wowtickets.football has been utterly unsatisfactory. It has not only led to a significant financial loss but also a deeply disheartening experience for a young fan. I strongly urge others to be wary of using this service, as it lacks reliability and accountability.

In conclusion, I find wowtickets.football to be completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. This experience has been a huge letdown, and I hope my review will serve as a caution to potential customers.

They wrote me one day before we flew to London for the game, that my tickets were canceled, and i will get my money back!

Now we flew from Austria to London, had no tickets, and I did not get the complete money back-only less than the half.
They told me that they cant refund the booking fee.

So - i didnt get tickets and they refunded not the whole money!
Thx for nothing.

We booked one week before three tickets for fifa world cup 2022, But they can not arranged the ticket and today they refund full amount.

Although I was concerned to book tickets with a reseler - everything went smooth, i received my Arsenal v Bayern tickets as promised to my hotel - seats were in a great location and I had a great time with my son and wife (too bad Arsenal had such a horrific loss) - I will definitely use them again in my next visit to London - cheers

Endless waiting for tickets and no reply. Seems like a scam. We are in London, but no tickets for us. They keepup a chat for windowdressibg. Please avoid.

I have 6 emails stating they are processing my refund and after 3 months still no refund.
Do not trust.

They do not inform you that you will not get your tickets and know your seats until you finish the purchase process. You get an email after that explaining that you will get your tickets close to match day, I got mine one hour before the game.
I was told first that they will be sent to my hotel but that was never the case then on matchday I got an email in the morning asking me to go to a bar in the Liverpool area to receive my tickets which I did because I had no other option. They had a phone number which I called the guy told me to come to the bar and meet him there but once I arrived he said he did not have the tickets but he can offer me some other ones on the corners while mine were supposed to be Centerfield. He said he has nothing to do with that it was the company's fault.
To make the story short a nice guy called me from New York and offered me options and at the end I got some sort of okay tickets much better than the guy offered me at the bar.
Do not be fooled by those phone numbers since however usually answers the phone has no clue on what's going on, they only take your side of story and tell you somebody else will answer you back and it's a waiting game from there. I had to take taxis multiple times from downtown Liverpool to the bar and vice versa since there is nothing in the bar area it's just a residential area and I did not want to stay there with my 14 year old son. I had to make and receive multiple international calls to New York and you can only imagine the roaming charges on those. So if you are going to do this Verity to pay at least three to four hundred dollars extra between taxes and international calls while there. Again the only one who offered me Solutions was the guy who called from New York I think his name was Danny otherwise forget it the whole process is a big chaos.
