Awful situation, don't touch this service.
Money taken immediately, but there wasn't any communication till last minute before match started. In case you guys unable to provide service on time don't take money. I had to buy another additional ticket to get on match. Double cost for me. Not recommended to anyone.

Order tickets on 11/08 for today Man United game and started to chase for digital tickets on 14/8. Had several live chats with 'Danny' & Samantha saying they will be email me over and been promised (had email confirmation too)to have them no later than 1pm on day of the match. We had to travel over 1.5h to get to Manchester and we chase up again as it was 3:30pm and no tickets on email as yet. During that time I've received an email that order cancelled. They gave me 2 options to decide. This time of a day when you have travelled, spend all that money and travel long time for them to cancel like that. There's no reason to mess people like that, also asking for refund and don't know it takes how long. PLEASE AVOID!

It's a Scam. Don't think about buying here. Paid around 600 pounds for 2 tickets for the West ham - Man City game, and never received them. Even contacted them via chat, phone, mail... nothing got their attention. I'll try to make a formal complaint to the police, as I feel robbed.

We booked one week before three tickets for fifa world cup 2022, But they can not arranged the ticket and today they refund full amount.

I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with wowtickets.football. I purchased tickets for the Arsenal vs West Ham match as a special birthday gift for my son, a huge Arsenal fan. Despite ordering a month in advance and receiving multiple confirmation emails, the tickets were not delivered on the day of the match. This failure was not only unexpected but also deeply upsetting.

My attempts to resolve this issue through emails were met with vague explanations about problems on the club's website. However, these responses did not address the core issue – the non-delivery of the tickets for which I had paid. The lack of a concrete resolution or any form of compensation is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, my son and I traveled a great distance for this match, fueled by the excitement and anticipation of seeing his favorite team play. The disappointment of not being able to attend the match, despite having seemingly valid tickets, was immense.

The service provided by wowtickets.football has been utterly unsatisfactory. It has not only led to a significant financial loss but also a deeply disheartening experience for a young fan. I strongly urge others to be wary of using this service, as it lacks reliability and accountability.

In conclusion, I find wowtickets.football to be completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. This experience has been a huge letdown, and I hope my review will serve as a caution to potential customers.

I ordered 2 tickets with a face value of £60 for Chelsea game on Saturday 13 April and paid an obscene £400, them the game was moved to Monday 15th so I can't go and Danny Marti from Wow customer support said that it wasn't their problem and they have no obligations notifying clients of date changes and I should be grateful for their service! So I lost £400 and no refund or even any suggestions they would assist in re-selling the tickets for me!
They are clearly Cyprus based criminals that tout tickets, take a £280 fee and then tell you FO. Hiding in Cyprus behind a Ltd cover company there is no way of recourse. NEVER USE THESE CROOKS!

Endless waiting for tickets and no reply. Seems like a scam. We are in London, but no tickets for us. They keepup a chat for windowdressibg. Please avoid.
