Received support from Jasper regarding some questions with the Forminator Pro plugin settings. Access to support was immediate. Jasper then proceeded to answer all my questions clearly, efficiently and professionally, solving the issue easily within a couple minutes, while educating me so that i fully understand how the settings work so i can easily do this on my own going forward. WPMU consistently over the years has provided support that sets the bar i the (any) industry. With many tech companies and other service providers offering "support" via annoying chatbots, followed by long waits to connect to an untrained agent that simply wastes one's time while refusing to connect you to actual tech support "tech support doesn't take direct calls", WMPU is an exception and should be the gold standard with other companies strive toward in their customer support. Really really wondering what kind of a business operates like so, like I'm tired of writing about it - it's impressive if you just read my comments on this persons website … and ironically the first time I commented I spoke up for them. But I'd really like some actual legit answers on such a scenario that seems pretty unheard of as one that was loyal to them for yrs … on and off, what does one even do in this situation, it's so unprofessional. Katharine Cerny is exemplary in every way! She has helped me with WP error codes, WP coding specific to my theme DNS records for email and she is thoughtful and patient! Her skill set with all things WP and WPMU is amazing and I'm always grateful when her name pops up in my help chat.
I'm moving my multi sites to wpmudev hosting. Every host is setup slightly different so I know I'm going to be chatting with support. The automatic script did 99% of the work. After that process completed there were little adjustments to be made. A support person was available quickly in the chat and any issue got resolved within minutes.
So far the migration has been relatively easy and the new servers are much faster than my former host.

This service is great! I started using this service as soon as it was developed. I haven't been as keen on maintaining my website when Gutenberg first came on the scene, but I've revved back up and have been blessed to still have WPMUDEV holding down the fort in the background. The customer support has been awesome. They are always proficient at responding back when there's an issue, and they 're always keeping me apprised of how to resolve any scenario, even if it's not their issue.
Just wish I had come by this solution years ago! One of the truly must haves services! Free trial is a great idea and doesn't take long to work out that you should invest, as soon as you load the first site to the dashboard you see the power of what they can do.
Just plain awesome support whenever you need it. I have just recently signed up and have logged several calls needing help on setting up my new site, every single time I was helped in quick and professional way, resolving all my issues. I am a client for life!

One word, Jacobo. This guy needs a cape and his own office, sweet company car and personal parking space. In a phrase? Give this guy a raise! He really took to the problem my website is dealing with like an ambulance tech might take to a bleeding wound! Although the site needs some outside assistance from the host, Jacobo got under the hood quickly and tracked down the source of the bleed and got us point back in the right direction. He also saved me from canceling service last second as I'd just signed up and was frustrated until being told that an emailed service ticket might take up to 24 hours and that I needed to chat to get action faster. So bonus compliments to Jacobo for keeping me a customer and am really impressed with their service!

This a most professional organisation. The experts really are! They're knowledgeable, as you would expect, patient and very helpful. They sorted a complex issue with Gutenberg for me. And I am delighted.
I had a critical error from my plugin that crashed my entire WordPress site and admin portal. The support technician, Luis, was patient and thorough and was able to help me solve my problem promptly. He then provided an explanation of what went wrong and fixes I can try for next time. Great service experience!
I had an urgent need with an even urgent(er lol) deadline to meet! The request I made was not something WPMU usually grants, but they made an exception... and it just made me feel so good to know that even one out of thousands (I'm guessing lol) does matter to them.

I just downloaded the Hustle Pro plugin... so far it's great. I've had to do "chat" support 3 times today and they are quick to answer and quick to help! I'll update this review if anything changes, but I'm optimistic it will still be great!

In the tech / web field I have never... NEVER come across such a great group of developers. The customer service is beyond compare. The products are functional and beautiful. On the occasion that something isn't working right (seriously - it's tech - there are always glitches here and there) I have always been provided with assistance to resolve or work around - even if it means helping me find someone else's plugin to do the same job. It turned out to be more than I needed. I had trouble uninstalling, deactivating or deleting the program I installed. Will say that the support I received was absolutely stellar! Over and above... patient... and finally got the issue cleared up! Most excellent.

Plugins need lots of support, users get banned on a whim of staff. Huge nag screens all over your dashboard.
